The webtoon market has been consisently developing in the digital market. Under such circumstances, The Korea webtoon market is rapidly growing and leading of them. This is the time to prepare the base of a stable environment for the webtoon market which shows a swift rise. The Korean webtoon is surely aiming at the global market as well as the domestic one. As the Korean webtoon companies spread out to the world briskly, The leading publication cartoon market, Japan tries to break into the Korean digital market. The domestic market that has the good-quality cartoons through exportation and importation to make people of all ages enjoy them. and also the Korean webtoon is in the center of the global webtoon markert. The early model of Korean webtoon, line-webtoon is translated in English, Chinese, Thai language and Indonesian language to use on the mobile applications and web. Nevertheless, It is just the stating point. With Eradicating of the Achilles heel of the digital contents, illegal distribution and finding materials for cultural discount rate minimized cartoon, The Korean webtoon can become the highest in the global market and hold it. Moreover, not only webtoon but also published cartoons are existing together to have a long run. Beyond the existing cartoon books printed on paper, we should reach toward the digital books with portability and economic feasibility to make the contents stay out longer.

With the recent increasing influence of multimedia content other than the text-based content, services that help to process information in content brings us great convenience. These services' representative features are searching and masking the sensitive data. It is not difficult to find the solutions that provide searching and masking function for text information and image. However, even though we recognize the necessity of the technology for searching and masking a part of the audio data, it is not easy to find the solution because of the difficulty of the technology. In this study, we propose web application that provides searching and masking functions for audio data using audio partitioning method. While we are achieving the research goal, we evaluated several speech to text conversion APIs to choose a proper API for our purpose and developed regular expressions for searching sensitive information. Lastly we evaluated the accuracy of the developed searching and masking feature. The contribution of this work is in design and implementation of searching and masking a sensitive information from the audio data by the various functionality proving experiments.

전라남도 국민참여형 위성영상 블로그 시스템은 2006년도 행정자치부 자치단체정보화지원사업의 일환으로 구축된 것으로서， 사용자가 고해상도 위성영상 위에 직접 자신의 글，사진， 동영상을 올리고，이를 다른 사용자나 시스템과 공유할 수 있도록 구축된 시스템이다. 본 시스템이 궁극적으로 구현하고자 했던 과제는 다음과 같다. (1)지리정보 혹은 기타 정보의 고정성을 탈피하고，(2)지리정보와 멀티미디어 자료의 효율적 통합을 통해 geoUCC를 구축하며，(3)사용자의 참여를 통한 지리정보 제공 방식의 쌍방향성을 구현하여，(4) 사용자를 일방적 자료 활용자에서 자료 생성자로 발전시키고 궁극적으로는 자치단체와 국민 간 새로운 방식의 소통 방식을 생성하는 것이다. 본 시스템 구축의 결과로서 본 시스템에서 일반 국민에게 서비스되는 내용은 다음과 같다. (1) 전라남도 전역의 1m급 고해상도 위성영상의 대국민 서비스，(2)전라남도 전역에 대한 지번 단위까지의 주소 검색 서비스，(3)웹 상에서의 실시간 3차원 GIS 서비스，(4)Web2.0의 철학을 반영한 RSS, Trackback 및 Tag 검색 기능，(5)사용자가 직접 고해상도 위성영상 위에 자신의 글， 사진，동영상，홈페이지 등을 올릴 수 있는 "위성영상 블로그 쓰기 기능"，(6)국내 거의 모든 포털 사이트의 블로그와 홈페이지를 지원하는 시스템 연계(퍼가기) 기능 등이다. 결론적으로 본 시스템의 사용자는 고해상도 위성영상 기반의 지도 위에 자신의 여행기，사진， 동영상을 올림으로써 자신만의 사용자제작콘텐츠(UCC)를 생성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라， 이를 다른 사용자와 공유， 활용함으로써 실질적인 쌍방향，참여형 지리정보시스템을 이용하게 된 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction and effective variables in online learning for low-income students. An Web-survey was conducted to measure its satisfaction and effectiveness. 285 students participated in the study. T-test and ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The result of satisfaction was fairly positive. In addition, there were differences in effectiveness. In specific, the each group of female, elementary school, higher level of achievement, and higher level of self-regulated learning group students showed higher satisfaction than the others. Suggestions and future research are discussed.

By employing the subscriber concept in broadcasting services, IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) operators provide various grades of services to subscribers based on the billing level of the subscribers. With the income from subscribers for a basis, IPTV operators plan to provide high quality services. Since Web browser-based IPTV provides T-commerce and E-commerce services as well as television services, users may frequently visit other service domains to buy goods or content. To provide the user with charged or private services, these service domains request authentication of user. The existing authentication system is not appropriate for the IPTV service environment because the environment unavoidably forces the user to cross from one authentication-based service domain to another. Single sign-on provides a user with transparent authentication services by enabling an authenticated user to move between authentication-based service domains without any re-authentication. Like this distributed environment, since the IPTV service environment also provides a variety of authentication-based services, transparent authentication service needs to be provided to subscribers who want to access charged or private services. In this paper, we propose a new user authentication scheme for the IPTV environment. This scheme integrates the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), which is a standard for XML-based single sign on. We validate this scheme using a simple use case scenario.

As the Web technologies and wired/wireless network are improved and various new multimedia services are introduced recently, need for searching multimedia including video data has been much increasing, The previous approaches for multimedia retrieval, however, do not make use of the relationships among semantic concepts contained in multimedia contents in an efficient way and provide only restricted search results, This paper proposes a multimedia retrieval system exploiting semantic relevancy of multimedia contents based on a domain ontology, We show the effectiveness of the proposed system by experiments on a prototype system we have developed. The proposed multimedia retrieval system can extend a given search keyword based on the relationships among the semantic concepts in the ontology and can find a wide range of multimedia contents having semantic relevancy to the input keyword. It also presents the results categorized by the semantic meaning and relevancy to the keyword derived from the ontology. Independency of domain ontology with respect to metadata on the multimedia contents is preserved in the proposed system architecture.

As a marine leisure industry has being developed and demands for leisure culture have rapidly increased, the needs for services offering marine safety and related information are growing. Accordingly, in the study I developed the contents providing server to support this with ENC agent who presents geographical information of digitalized Electronic Nautical Chart satisfying with the standard(S-57) by International Hydrographic Organization and a web searching agent who builds a database by collecting marine-related information in order to provide a variety of realtime information such as weather, fishing and news. In addition, I designed and embodied network based mobile contents which can be presented on a WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) based portable handset by receiving an ENC and other processed information from server. With the results produced by such experiments, I measured a compressibility corresponding to a image compression format of electronic nautical chart transmitted and analyzed the correlation between increase in packets of requested information and the cost.

최근의 디지털 사이니지는 대형 고해상도 디스플레이를 이용해 사용자에게 초고해상도 파노라마형태의 볼거리를 제공하거나 사용자와 인터렉션 등을 통해 맞춤형광고를 제공하는 등 다양한 형태로 발전하고 있다. 또 개방형 디지털 사이니지의 발전과 함께 대형 멀티 사이니지를 이용한 초고화질 영상콘텐츠를 다양한 서비스 단말장치의 연동과 웹기반의 상호운용성을 갖춘 관리시스템이 활발히 연구될 것으로 보인다. 본 논문에서는 수십대에서 백여대 이상의 고해상도 디스플레이를 연동하여 초고해상도 영상표출의 기술의 구현방안과 정형화된 영상 해상도가 아닌 초고화질 영상의 개별 콘텐츠에 대한 동기화 시키는 기술을 이용하여 멀티 콘텐츠 플레이 단말기에서 고해상도 영상을 Play Sync하는 기술을 연구한다.

Smartphone subscribers exceeded 30 million people, Smart Korea is up on this track, and leaping to 'Smart powerful nation from 'IT powerful nation. Of course, the popularization of the smart phone called 'PC in the hands' has brought a revolutionary change to nation livelihood, and also to business and government, too. The current usage of Smartphone is not just a simple function call, people can communicate anytime, anywhere with it. However, the screen size and the existing flash or video files do not run when trying to access to the homepage for PC with Smartphone. and it may gives the inconvenience to people who use mobile devices. Therefore, in this paper, it is a study for the provision of an efficient service for Smartphone users through the establishment of website for mobile in mobile circumstances.

The purpose of this study is to construct a digital archive system by analyzing the collections of the Korean Christian Museum at S University, which has a large number of materials related to Korean Christianity published in the modern period from the time of Korea's enlightenment until liberation. In order to construct a digital archive system, indexes and metadata for the collection are complied according to the pre-defined format. After digitizing the selected collection, a database is built using metadata information, and the actual system is divided into a web standard-based management system and a user service system. Also a content-based search system is constructed, which provides the matching value of retrieval results in units of one character and an automatic search term completion function to enhance user convenience. Therefore, collections in the museum, which are difficult to access the original text, are digitized and provided so that they can be easily used, laying the foundation for the long-term development of humanities contents for improving the accessibility and availability of collections for both researchers and the public.
