본 논문에서는 고령화 사회로 인한 치매 환자 증가 문제해결을 위해 웹(web) 기반으로 동작하는 치매 예방용 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 사전 준비단계로 치매 관련 시스템 및 기술고찰을 통해 개발범위를 규정하였고, 이를 근거로 프로그램을 작성하였다.

OSMU is now one of the most important keywords in the media industry. However, how to educate future media workers who can design and implement OSMU is an unsolved problem to media educators. In order to overcome the limitations of two perspectives of OSMU, namely economic perspective and storytelling perspective, this study propose a new OSMU education model for college students. Beginning with creating local content using MediaWiki, this model consists of five phases of media windowing, including MediaWiki, smartphone application, Web design, multimedia e-magazine for tablet PC, and publication. A Chuncheon-based university has been experimenting with this new OSMU education program. MediaWiki has played important role for creating local content collaboratively. All That Chuncheon application is now on service via SKT Tstore and Chuncheon Web pages has been designed successfully. Multimedia e-magazine and book publication is under preparation. The experiment has been successful so far, mainly due to the strategic choice of local content as the source of following media window. Also students have been strongly motivated for participating in this OSMU program.

There are many famous, well-known special collections built with unique and valuable materials in the libraries all around the world. These special collections are very important for the public and especially for the researchers. Digital access and the Web have altered the landscape of special collections and allowed increasing numbers of users to locate and access rare and valuable materials of special collections. This change has also affected libraries with the responsibility of building and managing special collections. The goal of this paper is to provide readers with insight into the culture of the special collection and to suggest good ideas for public libraries to build their special collections by introducing the special collection building cases in USA and Korea through investigating the public library websites.

현대사회는 전통적인 경제체제에서 디지털 경제체제로의 급속한 이전과 더불어 정보기술이 국가발전의 주요 원동력으로 등장하게 되었다. 특히, e-정부의 출현은 기존의 정부서비스에 대한 시공간적 제약을 극복하는 새로운 패러다임으로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구는 e-정부 실현을 위한 대표적인 사례로 KICIT을 중심으로 정보기술의 활용사례와 더불어 EC-Bank를 중심으로 한 지방정부의 사이버 마케팅에 대한 사례연구를 통해 e-정부의 조기 실현을 위한 산업부문의 e-비즈니스화에 대한 하나의 대안으로 소개하였다. e-구미의 모형은 행정, 생활, 산업 차원에서의 네트워크화, 균형과 조화, 부문간의 연계로 시행정의 디지털화, 사이버 정보생활의 실현 및 산업의 e-비즈니스화의 실현을 중심으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 KICIT은 중소도시에 집중되어 있는 지역정보센터의 산학관 협력의 모델케이스로 효율적으로 운영되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이제는 구미지역 기업체와 연구교육기관에서 핵심적인 지원기관으로 지역관련기관과의 보다 유기적인 협력을 계속 유지. 발전해 나가야 할 것이다. 지자체의 사이버 마케팅 사례인 EC-Bank는 정보서비스를 단순히 제공하는 수준인 전자상거래의 초기단계로 사이트 및 콘텐츠 관리의 소홀로 인하여 초기의 목적을 거의 이루지 못한 실정이다. 앞으로 산학관의 친밀한 협력과 e-프로세스의 대혁신을 통해서 새로운 업무활용, 웹기반의 거래처리 및 e-비즈니스 모형의 창출을 위해 계속적으로 노력해야할 것이다.

본 논문은 반려동물 강아지를 위한 전용 관리 및 지역 애완동물 병원과의 연동을 통한 긴급 조치 서비스망의 구축, 반려동물 강아지를 키우는 사람들의 커뮤니티 운영을 위하여 필요한 스마트 App.과 Web Site에 관한 설계 연구이다. 먼저, 본 논문은 서론에서 기존의 반려동물 강아지의 관리 및 긴급 구조 시스템에 관련된 상표출원 동향을 조사한다. 본론으로, 본 논문은 한이음 프로젝트로서 반려동물 강아지 서비스/시스템/콘텐츠의 설계, 대학생 멘티들이 참여하는 역할분담을 연구한다. 결론적으로, 본 논문은 반려동물의 평상시 관리와 비상시의 긴급구조에 필요한 IoT기반의 스마트시스템과 Web Page, 스마트 단말기에서 작동하는 App.의 설계, 제작, 시험, 인증에 관하여 필요한 준비사항, 시스템 개발의 절차와 지식재산권, 기술문서의 작성법에 관하여 연구한다.

Recently, many streaming videos including drama, music videos, and movies have been extensively given on the web. Such video services are on negative lines in any service restriction depending on the age of users and then whole part of a video have been restricted considering the age of users. Therefore, in this paper, we will present a new method that provides the access depending on the ages of users and also sets the video rating of each scene in a video. To get this restricted access for video, we will first divide a streaming video into many scenes using histogram techniques. Each scene gets an access control depending on the nudity level. Finally, we will make the video indexing including the access level depending on its nudity level and then hide restricted scenes using several masks in playing that streaming video.

Acquisition of information through the broadcast media is essential for modern life and each broadcaster has progressed its service over the internet with the development of digital technology. Under this circumstance, this study presented the results which compared and analyzed the web accessibility evaluation for Korea, USA, and Japan's leading broadcaster web sites. According to the study results, there was no significant difference in the level of accessibility in all web sites of three countries, but accessibility compliance rate such as alternate text, skip-navigation of repeated region, and title was somewhat insufficient for Korean web sites. In addition, accessibility errors in the brightness contrast of the text contents, the run of the functions that a user doesn't have any intention, the clear statement of the default language, and the label provision were investigated. Therefore, Korean broadcasters should urgently improve and modify these errors and problems for effective web accessibility.

WebDAV is a protocol to support collaboration among the workers in geographically distant locations through the Internet. WebDAV extends the web communication protocol HTTP/1.1 to provide a standard infrastructure for supporting asynchronous collaboration for various contents across the Internet. To provide the WebDAV functionality in legacy applications such as web-based collaborative systems or document management systems, those systems need to be implemented additionally to handle the WebDAV methods and headers information. In this paper, we developed an Apache-based WebDAV server, named DAVinci(WebDAV Is New Collaborative web-authoring Innovation)which supports the WebDAV specification. DAVinci was implemented as a form of service provider on a mod_dav Apache module. Mod_day, which is an Apache module, is an open source module to provide WebDAV capabilities in an Apache web server. We used a file system for storing resources and the PostgreSQL database for their properties. In addition, the system provides a consistency manager to guarantee that both resources and properties are maintained without inconsistency between resources and their properties.

Recent advancements in the IT industry have made daily life more convenient than ever before. In particular, studies have focused on the position detection of individuals using the GPS in smartphones, and this application has been utilized actively in emergency rescue organizations. However, existing methods send the location information of a user to a predetermined guardian set by the user or to a control center when the user enters into or deviates from a predetermined space. Such spaces are created by an arbitrary radius, thereby making it difficult to set a detailed area by using an existing radius-area creation method in an unstructured space and path with a specific road, such as for trekking, amusement parks, or mountaineering. This study proposes a novel method for setting up an area by connecting multiple radii to improve the existing radius-area creation method in order to easily set a detailed area in smart devices or on the Internet. In addition, an optimization method for resource use is proposed by comparing the operation results in which a user's location is detected by using the proposed location-based area setup method and deviation detection.

The present research integrates the core aspects of anger with the theory of planned behavior to investigate factors influencing online activism in a Web site. This study conducted online survey, and the sample was members who joined the V4400 Sobi-ja-heem Web site. The Web site Sobi-ja-heem was initiated by a consumer who was irritated at the cell phone manufacturer Samsung Inc. because its model, "Anycall" had major product defects such as the malfunction of the camcorder, poor tone quality, fuzziness of the screen, and broken text messages. The findings suggests that adding anger in Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) enhances the explanatory power of the theory in predicting an intention to participate in activities to correct the issue, which indicates the possibility of combining emotion and the TPB in the prediction of online activism.
