  • Beveridge report has been supported by domestic and overseas since the second world war and has considerately effected on welfare policy of many countries including UK. But criticism regarding his social security's principles assumptions continuously has been proposed since the 1990s. Certainly, no one might object to the truth that there might be no possibility to come true Beveridge's principles and assumptions. However according to this studies, some of these criticisms were based on wrong understanding, interpretation or recent situation and policy which was executed differently from Beveridge's meaning. It's shown that Beveridge has been more misestimated than what he has to be suffered. Therefore from now on, it is constructive to endeavor to set up the better principles and assumption of social security which can adhere to social solidarity and universalism as well as preserve and improve welfare state' ideology and value considering transformed circumstances rather than criticize Beveridge's principles and assumptions that was suitable for that time.

  • Squash & Stretch principle is playing an essential principle for animation action. The application of this principle gives the illusion of weight and volume to an animation character, and makes it possible that an animation action be the smooth and soft by escaping from the stiffness and rigidity. If an action of human or object on animation is expressed like a real world, it seems to be unnatural. Any action without Squash & Stretch will look rigid, uninteresting and not alive. It can be applied to movement of all objects, characters' actions, dialogues and facial expressions with a basic rule of mass, volume and gravity. Any action will not be well expressed without this principle. To be a good animation action, it should be deeply applied in 3D animation, not only 2D animation. Thus, a systemic analysis of Squash & Stretch principle is required.

  • This study aims to assess the development effectiveness of the Paris Declaration (2005). Using data collected by the OECD/DAC from 78 developing countries for the period 2005~2010, this study evaluates the role played by the Paris Declaration principles alone and in interaction with aid in promoting per-capita GDP growth. The analysis shows that the overall net impact of aid on promoting economic growth has been negative. However, aid effectiveness has been enhanced by the sound policies or institutions and some Paris Declaration (PD) principles. Of the five principles of the PD, only the alignment and, to some extent, mutual accountability principles of the PD did show a significant and positive role in making aid more effective for economic growth of aid recipient countries. Therefore, OECD's statement that the PD enhances aid effectiveness is supported only partially. These findings have significant implications for the importance accorded to sound policies and institutions in the growth literature, and for future international development cooperation agenda.

  • Green Design is mostly discussed in the field of industry design on the concept basis, while less attention to environmental issues have been paid by neither designer nor manufacturer, which thereby adds to the necessity of the study on Green Design methods and process to a great extent. This article through the classification and analysis of DFX, researches on which kinds of designs in the Clock products market are invested with green design concept as piloted by the principle of DFMs, DFR, DFA and DFD. DFX means design for excellence, and also "design for X", where X is a variable with many values. Under the label Design for X, a wide collection of specific design guidelines are summarized. This article conducts DFX principle assessments on Clock by selecting 30 products of Clock market varieties as the samples, and conducts the field design practices centering on those materials of the least conformity with green design tenet amidst the Framework assessment results. In the course of field practices, DFMs principle is introduced, and embodies the significance of DFX method guidance by virtue of the ultimate results of conceptual designs conducted in the guidance of theoretical basis.

  • As a result of analyzing the relationship between the smart growth principle and the regenerating factors of the port waterfront city, it was found to be highly related to the port waterfront regeneration plan. Factors that are related to the application of smart growth principle derived from association analysis are as follows: ⯈ community development suitable for walking ⯈ differentiated and attractive community building with definite place, ⯈ open space, farmland, beautiful natural scenery, environmental preservation, ⯈ strengthening and inducing development for existing communities, and providing diversity of transportation options. However, in the Jeju port redevelopment plan, the principles such as ⯈ complex land use ⯈ advantage of high-density architectural design method, ⯈ various housing opportunities and options, etc., need to be applied in implementation design. Since Jeju city and Jeju port possess the strong characteristic features of port waterfront city, so it is necessary to develop jointly applying smart growth principle through integrated port waterfront city regeneration plan.

  • Some clauses of the prior review rules for broadcasting commercials, which are enforced by the Broadcasting Act violate the right to free speech guaranteed by the Constitution. The range of prohibited expression under the clauses are too vague and overbroad to distinguish between permissible and impermissible broadcasting commercials. The clauses also fail to pass the constitutional principle that restrict government from excessive regulation on constitutional rights. The principle has a four-pronged test on the government action; 1) the validity of its goal; 2) availability of appropriate means; 3) necessity of infringement; 4) and balancing test of interests. Some clauses of the prior review rules that forbid expressions on sensitive political and cultural issues fail to pass none of the four-pronged standards.

Body : The principles of motor learning is stage of learning, type of task, practice and feedback. Depending on stage of learning, therapist need to apply of the principles. In early stage of learning, therapists should be promote patient's awareness about therapeutic goals, task performance environment and how to perform. Whole practice, blocked practice and constant practice improve performance skill. In the latter stage of learning, therapists have to design a intervention protocol for patient to use the implicit feedback. Random practice and open task facilitates performance skills. Conclusion : When establishing the a intervention plan for adults with hemiplegia, therapists should systematically developed the principles of motor learning. • This study examines the extent to which the differences in perceptions regarding principles of journalism and political identity between journalists and their news organizations are related to journalists' psychological burnout. To understand this, this study analyzes the secondary data of the 2017 South Korean journalists' consciousness conducted by the Korean Press Foundation. Psychological burnout consists of three subdimensions of MBI-GS: cynicism, lack of professional efficacy, and exhaustion. The differences in perceptions regarding the principles of journalism between journalists and their affiliated news organizations is measured by the differences in each of the seven reporting principles. This study found that the larger the difference in the perception of objectivity between journalists and their affiliated news organizations, the more likely they were to experience cynicism, lack of professional efficacy, and exhaustion. The greater the difference in political identity between journalists and their own organization, the more likely they were to have greater cynicism and exhaustion.
