The paper has tried to analyze the sense of 'meta-praxis' in the educational discourse. Against the dichotomy of theory vs practice, the senses of practice and 'meta-praxis' can be hold under the Greek conception of human activities such as theoria, poiesis and praxis. We can establish the meaning of meta-praxis contrasted with one of metaphysics, not with one of meta-theory. Some significant points included in the concept then have been minutely examined so as to lead us to get the recursive structure and practicability. The Buddhist notion such as 'Well-Rounded Discretion' and the linguistic one such as 'Grand Father' throw light on the educational practice and discourse. These are ones that we never fail to recognize in terms of 'meta-praxis'.

This paper presents a new method, which uses defected ground structure (DGS) on the ground planes of planar transmission lines such as microstrip and coplanar waveguide (CPW), to reduce the size of amplifiers. The main idea can be summarized as follow; DGS on the ground plane of microstrip or CPW line shows an increased slow-wave effect due to the additional equivalent L-C components. So the electrical length of the transmission line with DGS is longer than that of the standard transmission line for the same physical length. Then, the length of the transmission line with DGS can be shortened in order to maintain the original electrical length to be the same. This leads the matching of the original amplifier to be kept. In order to show the proposed method is valid, two kinds of amplifiers, the original amplifier and reduced amplifier, are fabricated, measured, and compared using both microstrip and CPW. The measured performances of the reduced amplifiers with DGS are quite similar to the ones of the original amplifiers for both microstrip and CPW amplifiers, even though the size of matching networks of the amplifiers with DGS are much smaller than those of the original amplifiers.

A new method to reduce the size of microwave amplifiers spiral-shaped defected ground structure(Spiral-DGS) is proposed. A microstrip line having Spiral-DGS on the ground plane produces increased slow-wave factor and electrical length for the fixed physical length. In addition, it provides an excellent rejection characteristic for a finite frequency band like band rejection filters. The rejection band is used for rejecting harmonic components of amplifiers. The reduced microstrip line lengths in matching networks by Spiral-DGS are 39 % and 44 % of the original ones in input and output matching networks, respectively. It is shown that the measured S-parameters of the reduced amplifier agree well with those of the original amplifier. The measured second harmonic of the reduced amplifier is much less than that of the original amplifier by at least 10 dB. The same technique is applied to reject the third harmonic using the proper Spiral-DGS for the third harmonic frequency. The measured third harmonic is smaller than that of the original amplifier by 25 dB.

2010년 8월 오리고기 원산지 표시제가 제도화되어 시행중이다. 그러나 지난 연말 발생한 AI로 인해 오리고기 수급상황이 악화되면서 오리가격이 상승하였다. 그에 따라 중국산 훈제오리고기와 대만산 냉동오리의 수입량이 증가, 값싼 수입 오리고기를 재포장하여 국내산으로 둔갑 판매하거나 원산지 미표시 등 부정유통 사례가 크게 늘어나고 있다. 이에 협회는 국내 오리산업을 스스로 지키자는 취지에서 지난 5월 25일, 오리고기 유통 감시단을 발족하고 오리고기 원산지표시제의 조기정착을 위해 부정 유통 신고센터 운영을 본격 가동하고 있다. 지난 5월 전임 유통감시원으로 위촉된 김순이 양은선씨는 소비자 시민모임 회원으로 오리고기의 주요 소비처인 서울, 경기를 집중적으로 홍보 감시하면서 오리고기 원산지 표시제의 유통거래질서 확립에 기여하고 있다. 오리고기 유통감시원은 오리고기 원산지 표시 점검 및 부정유통을 감시함으로써 불법유통을 차단하고 오리고기 원산지표시제 정착을 위해 노력함은 물론 판매점 출입 시 명예감시원증을 제시, 방문목적을 밝히고 감시원으로서 품위를 유지하는 임무를 갖고 활동하고 있다. 오리고기 부정유통 사례를 막는 이들의 활동은 소비자와 오리 사육 농가를 보호하고, 올바른 정보전달을 통해 소비자의 신뢰를 구축할 수 있으며 이는 향후 오리고기 소비 확대에 기여할 수 있는 촉매의 역할이다. 평소 자발적으로 소비자 시민모임 활동에 참여하고 있는 김순이 양은선씨를 본지에서 만나봤다.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the future prospects for establishing the True Donghak phase of Daesoon Thought. The True Donghak refers to 'the future prospect of having a true life, true thinking, and true living' in which enjoying the world in a state of good fortune became a true reality after the death of Suwun, according to faith in Gucheon Sangje. The correlation between "Attending to the Lord of Heaven" in Donghak, and "The Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth" in Daesoon shows the prospect of achieving the Daesoonist transformation into energy to gain true life and re-creation. The correlation between "Nourishing the Lord of Heaven" in Donghak and "Attending to Study and Attending to Law" in Daesoon show the transformation of Daesoon-reason into true thinking and renewing. The correlation between "Humanity is Divine" in Donghak and "The Salvation of Humanity is the Will of Heaven" in Daesoon show transformation into the practice of Daesoon for the true living and renewing. This investigation utilizes the literature review and the generation theory of life-philosophy to examine revelations regarding the conversation between Spirit and Mind. This is the future prospect for the establishing the True Donghak phase of Daesoon thought. It consists of a threefold connection among life, thinking, and living. The "public-centered spirituality of Daesoon Truth" which connects and mediates among people appears in three aspects. Firstly, it is thought to be the vision of the true life through the 'renewal of active, energetic power' bestowed by Gucheon Sangje. Secondly, it is thought to be the vision of true thinking through the "renewal via freedom from delusion". Thirdly, it is thought to be the vision of true living through the "renewal of true mind". To bring about the creation of true Donghak, Gucheon Sangje incarnated to the Korean peninsula instead of Suwun and the salvation of the world salvation now centers on Korea with regards to the threefold connection future prospect. Gucheon Sangje's revelation addresses and solves the postscript problem of Chosun and further establishes a Utopia. Suwun established Donghak but failed later on due to his lankiness. At last the true Donghak has been opened for the future by Gucheon Sangje and Jeongsan's fifty years of religious accomplishments. In the long run, it has been developed further by Woodang's Daesoon Jinrihoe.
