  • 김성수 한나라당 의원 주최, 한국농어민신문사가 주관한 '원유가협상 그 이후 진단과 대책마련 국회토론회'가 지난 10월 19일 국회에서 열렸다. 정부와 생산자 유가공업계, 낙농진흥회 등 대표자들이 참석해 차분한 분위기에서 열렸지만 주체벌 입장차는 여실히 드러났다. 쟁점사항은 협동조합중심의 집유일원화와 통계청 우유생산비의 신뢰성 문제, 낙농산업 제도 개선방안(원유기본가격연동제), 생산자 중심의 유가공공장 건립 등이었다. 낙농강국과의 자유무역협정이 진행되고 있는 가운데 낙농산업을 안정적으로 발전시키려면 정부의 강력한 제도개선의지와 각 이해주체들의 최선의 절충점 도출이 시급하다.

  • In this paper, we propose a feed identification method using neural network to predict feed in crude distillation unit. The proposed FINN(feed identifier by neural network) is functionally composed of two modes-training mode and prediction mode. Also, we implement a neural network-based soft sensor system using Borland C++(3.0) Builder. The effectiveness of the proposed neural network-based feed identification method is shown by simulation results.

Study on the Optimizing Ultrasonic Cell for Depth Measurement of Crude Oil (원유 깊이 측정을 위한 초전도셀 최적화에 관한 연구)

  • Until now, most of the studies related to the ultrasonic sensor was in the water or the air. This study is for ultrasonic sensor in crude oil. because the ultrasonic cell use high voltage, it can cause an explosion. So, in crude oil, it did not use an ultrasonic sensor. This is the study of the ultrasonic sensor that generates ultrasonic waves while preventing explosion. Through this study, when trasmit ultrasonic in the crude oil, it found the most adaptive diameter, thickness, transmit frequency of ultrasonic cell to measure the depth of the crude oil and sludge. In conclusion, when a 200kHz frequency is generated by applying a voltage of 24V to the ultrasonic cell, the optimum diameter of ultrasonic cell is 26~28mm, the thickness of ultrasonic cell is 9mm.

Effects of Feeding TMR Feed with Dietary Citrus Byproducts on Chemical Properties of Raw Milk from Holstein Cow's Raw Milk (원유의 이화학적 특성에 미치는 감귤 부산물 TMR 사료 급여의 영향)

  • In this study, the effects of feeding providing Holstein cows with with TMR feed including amended with undried citrus byproducts on the properties of their raw milk were investigated. Two samples were used for the experiment: T0 (raw milk produced by dairy cows fed with TMR feed not including citrus byproducts) and T1 (raw milk produced by cows fed with TMR feed including citrus byproducts). The All experiments were conducted with Holstein cows at a dairy farm in the on Jeju island, and were repeated three times, in each, after of which raw milk obtained from 7 cows of each samplein each group was analyzed[ED highlight - please ensure this is correct]. The daily milk yield and somatic cell numbers of T0 and T1 were 24.16 kg and 25.97 kg, and 660,000 thousands and 445,000 thousands, respectively, which means that feeding citrus byproducts to cows increases daily milk yield and reduces somatic cell numbers. There was were no significant differences between T0 and T1 in terms of the raw milk's total plate count, specific gravity, titration acidity, and or the amount of milk protein, lactose, nonfat solids, free amino acids and volatile compounds, while raw milk in T1 showed significantly lower levels of milk fat in raw milk. The antioxidant activity of raw milk was improved by citrus byproducts TMR feed containing citrus byproducts.
