With the rapid development of media environment and contents production technology, the era of multi-platform convergence transmedia has emerged, and communication method through trans media contents has attracted attention. Transmedia content refers to the concept of translating individual content into multi-platforms, which creates an expanded worldview of convergence. In addition, the interaction generated in this process is very important and difficult to control in the progress of the content. In this paper, we focused on the combination of transmedia content and gamification concept as a solution, and based on the 'MDA framework' which is a theoretical system of analysis and approach for implementing game design, We looked at the structure. It is expected that a review of the fundamental game design structure, which establishes a prediction system of value and fun experiences through the balance of technology and emotions, will be helpful as a basis for designing trans media contents.

In this study, the authors aimed to give careful consideration to the circulation of bioenergy (Qi) by using cardiorespiratory massage technique. Finding enlightenment in harmony with nature thousands of years ago, our ancestors created Qi using natural breathing and tried to achieve good health and long life by controling the up and down movement. Experiencing the importance of the abdomen during the hungry times, also, grandmothers cured diseases by rubbing the abdomen, which is the ocean of life with their soft, soothing touch of hand. Naval breathing therapy was formed, based on natural breathing, emotional recognition of grandmothers' soft, soothing touch, and the Theory of Unified Reason and Energy that is the key of Oriental medicine. Natural breathing and Yakson massage are kinds of naturopathy to change body and mind, cure diseases naturally, and maintain the improvement in physical functions by taking care of the abdomen through the creation of Qi and the up and down movement and keeping dynamic balance between the natural world and the inside and outside of human body. It is anticipated that this study could contribute to the practical spread for an active application of naval breathing therapy and be broadly used in scientific clinical researches.

풍수해저감종합계획은 해당 지역의 풍수해 위험요인을 종합적으로 조사 분석하여 피해예방 및 저감을 위한 각종 구조적 대책과 비구조적 대책을 종합적으로 제시하는 방재분야 최상위 종합 계획이다. 풍수해저감종합계획은 자연재해대책법 제16조, 같은 법 시행령 제14조, 같은 법 시행 규칙 제4조의4에 따라 특별시 광역시 특별자치시 특별자치도 및 시 군에서 수립하고 있다. 또한 자연재해대책법 제16조 6항에서는 광역도시계획, 도시 군기본계획 및 도시 군관리계획의 수립 변경권자가 광역도시계획, 도시 군기본계획 및 도시 군관리계획을 수립하거나 변경하는 경우에는 시 군, 시 도 풍수해저감종합계획을 반영하도록하고 있다. 그러나 시설물 위주의 저감대책, 풍수해위험지구 정보의 한계, 풍수해위험지구의 자연재해위험개선지구 지정으로 인한 개별사업에 의한 재해저감 대책 수립 등의 이유로 현실적으로 반영이 잘 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 실제 경기도 도시기본계획의 방재 및 안전계획 부분의 풍수해저감종합계획과의 연계를 검토한 결과 대부분의 지자체가 방재대책과 관련하여서는 원론적인 측면에서만 언급하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 풍수해저감종합계획의 도시계획에서의 활용도를 높이고자 하천, 내수, 사면, 바람, 해안재해 등 재해유형별로 풍수해의 직접적 발생과 풍수해 발생에 영향을 주는 공간적 영역, 개발 상태, 개발예정 등 토지이용현황 및 계획 등을 고려하여 풍수해중점관리구역, 풍수해선제관리구역, 풍수해전략관리구역으로 구분하여 설정하는 방법론과 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 도시계획 수립 시 풍수해관리구역을 어떻게 활용할 것인지에 대한 방안을 제시하였다. 향후 풍수해관리구역 지정과 관련한 법제도 및 지침 등이 마련된다면 풍수해관리구역은 풍수해저감을 위한 토지이용 및 기반시설, 건축물 제한 등 도시계획적 대책 마련에 적극적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the problems caused by the lack of institutional establishment of broadcasting contents' concept, to present the categories and significance of broadcast contents concepts, and to promote discussions on defining broadcasting contents concepts. As the pattern of enjoying contents becomes fragmented, broadcasting contents such as dramas, entertainment, and documentaries are enjoyed in various ways through N-screens, beyond the distribution structure of the traditional broadcasting industry. But, the concept of broadcasting contents is subordinate to(or even absent from) the distribution structure of the broadcasting industry. This paper seeks to correct this problem by proposing a new definition of broadcasting contents. First of all, as a result of looking at the need to define the concept of broadcasting contents in various ways in principle, legal, and industrial aspects, broadcasting contents needed to be defined as a new concept independent of broadcasting media. Based on this, the existing discussions on the concept and type of broadcasting contents were reviewed to confirm the direction for establishing broadcasting contents concepts, and to define broadcasting contents into higher categories (liberal arts, entertainment), and lower categories ('documentaries, current affairs, education', 'dramas, animation, music, variety, sports').

This study is to understand those determinants of performance differences of Korean small and medium firm's subsidiaries in Vietnam based on the resource based view. We have visited 21 Korean SME's subsidiaries in Hochiminh city area in Vietnam and interviewed CEO of those subsidiaries for 1-2 hours to make each case. Based on case content analysis, we can get those results that eight management capabilities such as securing competent local managers, clear and smooth communication with local employees, establishing good labor-management relations, raising the rate of factory operation and subcontracting, firm specific quality control system, timely financing, establishing good relationships with local communities, and fostering friendly relations with local public officers are major determinants of performance differences. Also we can know that various factors including local experiences in Vietnam have influenced those management capabilities. To be a high performer in Vietnam, foreign subsidiaries of Korean SMEs have to build and develop major management capabilities continuously.

Confucius made endless thoughts on such themes as enlightening for the internal value of human, how to draw out such value and how to make personal relationship in order to overcome the chaotic Chun-qiu age. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' stated by Confucius passes us the theoretical meaning for making a good relationship with the others, which is realization of Benevolence. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' pursues moral, public and golden-mean value. This pursuit is made to look for harmonization and coexistence in personal relation, community based relation and, furthermore, relation with the nature, so that a great man is an entirely-good person who has realized the spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness'. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' throws to us many issues to think of for the social unity, 'living together', which is the central theme of today. The objects for which the 'living together' shall be embodied are the minor groups of our society and those who are relatively expelled from the power and benefit including multi-culture based families, north Korean refugees and etc. Such open mind for harmonization and coexistence gives us, furthermore, another important issue to think of also in the matter of environment that includes the ecosystem and the entire nature.

Korean churches and theology of today are experiencing a decline in reliability and a lack of communication from the Korean society due to the absence of proper reflection. Moreover, with the COVID-19 Pandemic, the church is led to a situation where the problem of survival has become a concern. In addition, churches and theology failed to restore the public nature of faith from civil society, and how these beliefs could be developed in terms of Christian education has become an important theological task. The restoration of the public nature of the church brings interest in public theology, and if education is an important area of the public forum, we pay attention to educational philosophers who provided the basis for publicness and civil democracy education philosophy in Christian education. Rousseau, as an educationalist who opened the modern philosophy of education is opening up the civil society through discovering the existence of children with the proposition "Return to Nature" in the 18th century. This study aims to use Rousseau's educational philosophy in his books Emil, The Theory of Inequality Origins, and Social Contract Theory as the basis of educational theory that opened the foundation of the public domain and civil society.

The importance of software has been growing rapidly owing to the development of various Internet and e-business applications. The traditional approaches to software evaluation are based on the development process perspective, and their major concerns are no strongly related to use or customer-oriented evaluation of software. According to resource-based theory, company's resource is consisted of human, technology, market value, and finance. Customer satisfaction improved by product satisfaction and service satisfaction. Based on the previous studies the factors of human resources, technology, customer satisfaction are selected to evaluate software company's competence This research suggests the factor effecting on sales performance. And then statistical methods are used for verifying relationship between the factor and sales performance.

In the ever-changing policy promotion environment, front-line public officials often have difficulties in public relations because they do not know what and how to do it precisely. Everybody says, "Promotion is important, publicity is a problem," however, the policies will inevitably become useless if citizens are not aware of them. Therefore, this study aims to examine Asan City's policy promotion strategy using social media, the core of mobile communication. In particular, mobile social media service is crucial because it is desirable to actively use it to improve its efficiency and strengthen public communication. In understanding and implementing policy promotion, a practical guide for policy promotion that public relations officials can refer to according to the situation is needed, not a formal manual. In addition, looking at how public institutions operate social media will be an opportunity to provide guidelines for using social media as a powerful means of promoting policies in public institutions in the future. We expect that social media will inform information more quickly and respond efficiently in an emergency information protection situation.

전세계적으로 기후변화로 인해 3년 이상의 기간동안 지속되는 다년 가뭄의 빈도와 심도가 증가하고 있으며, 이로 인한 피해도 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 반영하여 전국 다목적댐 및 용수댐에서 모두 주요 가뭄 대응 대책으로 사용되고 있는 현행 용수공급 조정기준을 개선하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 가장 먼저, 장기 기억 반영이 가능한 시계열 모형인 ARFIMA(Autoregressive Fractional Integrated Moving Average) 모델을 사용하여 다양한 강도의 장기 기억을 가지고 있는 연간 유입량을 생성하였다. 이후, 연간 유입량을 k-최근접 이웃 방법 기반의 배분 도구를 사용하여 10일 단위 유입량으로 분배하였으며 이를 대체 용수공급 조정기준을 생성하기 위한 입력 변수로 사용하였다. 새로운 용수공급 조정기준은 매 시점마다 새롭게 업데이트되는 정보를 통해 현행 기준과 함께 적응형으로 저수지 운영에 사용되었다. 다년 가뭄이 반영된 유입량으로 적응형으로 저수지 운영을 관측 유입량 하에서 빈도와 크기의 측면에서 분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과, 심각한 실패(물 부족 비율 30% 이상)의 빈도의 경우 현행 기준 운영 시 6.14%에서 적응형 운영 시행 시 2.99%로 개선되었지만, 전체 기간 동안의 신뢰도는 적응형 운영보다(26.42%) 현행 운영 하에서 더욱 나은 결과를 보였다(41.19%). 위와 같은 분석 결과는 심각한 실패의 빈도와 크기를 줄이는 용수공급 조정기준을 시행하는 원론적인 목적과 일치하기에, 본 연구에서 제안하는 다년 가뭄에 대비한 적응형 운영 방안은 향후 길게 지속되는 가뭄 조건에서 저수지 운영 정책으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
