In this paper proposes the latest network-assisted online telemedicine service to coincide with the point being discussed for health care providers to match patients, patients with personalized medical service support system. In order to design the system, to understand the requirements of the patient personalized medical support service system, the data were normalized and were designed architecture client server structure. Further, in order to implement the system that was designed to define the structure of server and client, ontology repository, we implement the system. In this paper, as a result of the test by creating a scenario and prerequisites for testing patient personalized medical service support system that is design and implementation, selecting a patient's condition, department of symptoms by the selected but it was confirmed that the inference is, inference medical institutions that fits department inferred one following upon the items medical patient has the required.

행정자치부는 지식정보화시대에 부응하는 표준 ${\ulcorner}$사이버 혁신선도마을${\lrcorner}$을 조성하여 각 지역별 주민과 행정간 서비스 전달체계의 획기적 개선을 통하여 모범 사례가 될 수 있는 행정과 주민 모두에게 도움이 되는 시스템을 구축하기 위한 전국적 사업을 진행하였다. 이 사업을 위하여 전국적 공모를 하였는데 여기에 선정되어 정부의 예산지원과 지자체의 적극적 지원으로 이 사업을 시작하게 되었다. 사업내용은 면과 17개 마을 간의 화상회의 , 원격방송, 홈페이지 , 마을별 PC사랑방 구축이었다. 이를 통해 얻는 이익은 시간적 경제적으로 이익이 될 수 있는"꼭 사용해야 하는 정보화 도구" 를 구축하는 것이고, 이장 등 마을 핵심리더들과 노년층의 정보화 도구에 대한 활용도 제고 "행정 서비스로 주민 간 의사전달 체계" 의 근본적 구조 개혁을 가져왔다. 또한 언제 어디서든지 사용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스형으로 만들어 주민 정보화마인드를 심어주었으며 , 타 기관에서도 사용할 수 있는 " 표준,보급형 " 모델을 창조하였다.

병원 이외의 환경, 특히 댁내 기반의 헬스 모니터링 관련 연구는 최근 헬스케어 시스템 관련 연구자 및 개발자들의 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 심장병이나 당뇨병 같은 만성질환을 앓고 있는 경우에는 생리학적 요소들을 일상 생활 중 지속적으로 모니터링 하는 과정이 특히 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 댁내 환경에서 서비스되고 있는 헬스케어 시스템과 병원에서 운용되고 있는 헬스케어 시스템과의 연동을 지원하고, 클라우드 환경을 활용한 생리학적 데이터 분석을 지원하는 통합 헬스케어 시스템의 구조를 제안한다. 또한, 제안된 통합 헬스케어 시스템의 구조를 활용한 질병진단 시나리오도 제시한다.

In this paper, we proposed a multi-agent based healthcare system (MAHS) which is the combination of medical sensor module and wireless communication technology. This MAHS provides wide services to mobile telemedicine, patient monitoring, emergency management, doctor's diagnosis and prescription, patients and doctors, information exchange between hospital workers in a long distance. Also, MAHS is connected to Body Area Network (BAN) and a doctor and hospital workers. In addition, we designed and implemented extended JADE based MAHS that reduces hospital server's burden. Agents gather, integrate, and deliver the collected patient's information from sensor, and provide presentation in healthcare environment. Proposed MAHS has advantage that can handle urgent situation in the far away area from hospital like Islands through PDA and mobile device. In addition, by monitoring condition of patient (old man) in a real time base, it shortens time and expense and supports medical service efficiently.

It needs to control each objects on various platform and transmit multimedia data to multiple receivers which are for developing a multimedia service with multimedia live streaming in a distributed environment. In this paper, we present a DLS (Distributed Live Streaming) package which support l:N multimedia live streaming in a distributed environment. Also, it has extended RMI which is a distributed object technology and JMF using multimedia transmission/processing. A java-based DLS package has been designed to separate a transmission and a control for more efficient distributed processing. It is possible to apply in development of multimedia service supported 1:N transmission and runned independently to any platform.

M2M 서비스 지원을 위한 이동통신 인프라 기술은 3GPP에서 MTC(Machine Typer Communications)라 부른다. 최근 3GPP SA1, SA2 에서는 MTC 디바이스와 MTC 서버 통신 모델 기반의 서비스 모델 및 지원에 관한 네트워크 구조 기술표준이 추진되었다. 이 후 후속 작업으로 3GPP SA1에서는 TR 22.888(MTCe: Study on Enhancements for MTC) 문서를 통해 MTC 디바이스 간 통신 시나리오 및 use case 개발이 추진 중이다. TR 22.888 문서에는 MTC 디바이스 간 통신 접속 시나리오 및 use case를 정의하고 이에 대한 3GPP 네트워크 요구사항을 개발하고 있다. 현재 TR 22.888v0.7 에서는 5가지의 MTC 디바이스 간 통신 시나리오가 개발되었다. 각 시나리오는 MTC 디바이스가 접속을 원하는 원격 MTC 디바이스와 연결 설정 과정에서 직접연결, MTC 서버를 통한 연결, 네트워크/MTC 서버 내에 이름 분석 기능(name resolution function) 지원을 통한 연결, 그룹 통신 내 MTC 디바이스 간 연결, 네트워크 코디네이션(network Coordination) 지원을 통한 연결 등으로 구분된다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 M2M에서 디바이스간 직접 통신에 관한 시나리오 및 usecase를 분석한다.

본 논문은 분산환경에서 객체 공유를 통하여 서로 다른 전문가들의 협력 작업과 개발팀 구성원간에 정보 공유, 상호의존적 업무 수행, 공동의 산출물 생성등의 작업을 지원하는 공유시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관한 것이다. 분산 공유 시스템은 ITU-T의 멀티미디어 회의 국제 표준인 T.130 시리즈를 근간으로 회의 세션관리, 동적 참여와 발언권 제어를 하는 회의 제어기, 멀티 캐스팅 통신을 지원하는 다자간 통신서비스, 응용프로그램 객체를 공유하게 하는 공유 기법으로 중앙 집중형 구조를 갖는 GUI 공유 방식과 복제 구조를 지원하기 위하여 이벤트 공유 방식을 지원하는 원격제어기가있으며 사용자 정보와 공유시 필요한 정보 관리를 위한 데이터베이스 프로세서로 구성되어 있다. 따라서 각 구성요소에 대한 설명과 전송량이 많은 GUI공유기에서 시스템 성능 향상의 주된요소인 네트워크 부하를 줄이는 셀(cell)단위의 전송 메커니즘에 대하여 기술하고 있다.

In emergency situations, first aid workers are the main task of trauma evaluation and care. However, the scope of first-aid treatment is small and they are mainly carried out to the emergency room of the hospital. If a specialist who is in charge of an emergency situation is connected and emergency medical treatment through remote medical direction is performed, accurate diagnosis and appropriate care can be helped. This paper has developed an smart application(app) to support remote medical direction for emergency medical services. The developed smart app allows emergency rescuers to call a doctor at a remote location and transmit real-time status of emergency patients to vital sign and video. This will help to diagnose the patient's condition accurately. In addition, emergency care can be instructed and response in the emergency room can be made quickly.

멀티캐스트 응용을 다루는 기존의 많은 네트워킹 솔루션들은 특정한 트랜스포트 기술에 기반을 두고 있기 때문에 인터넷, ATM과 같은 하부 트랜스포트 네트워크에 따라 서로 다른 접근 방법을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 여러트랜스포트 네트워크에 적용 가능한 새로운 멀티캐스트 서비스 구조(MSA: Multicast Service Architecture)를 제안한다. MSA는 기존의 트랜스포트 네트워크 프로토콜들이 연결제어를 위하여 그대로 사용될수 있도록 설계되어 최소한의 변경으로 기존 트랜스포트 네트워크 상에서 운용될 수 있다. MSA는 트랜스포트 네트워크에 독립적으로 다양한 멀티미디어 멀티캐스트 응용들을 수용할 수 있으며 망 중심의 통신관리체계를 규정한다. MSA는 여러 가지 개념들을 도입하여 유연하고 확장성 있는 통신관리를 지원하는데 특히 호/연결제어 기능을 단말로부터 분리하여 정의함으로써 원격제어와 제어의 이동성을 지원할 수 있다. 따라서 사용자는 보다 다양한 방법으로 멀티미디어 멀티캐스트 서비스를 이용할 수있게된다. 또한 단말관리자와 가상 디바이스 개념을 도입하여 응용 개발자가 트랜스포트 네트워크나 물리적 디바이스의 상세한 특성을 모르더라도 응용을 설계할 수 있도록하였다. MSA를 구성하는 여러개의 서비스 컴포넌트들은 미들웨어 상에서 동작한다. 우리는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 MSA를 분석하였다.

Service blueprint is used to show the interaction between each service element at a glance and to understand the flow of the whole service centering on the customer at the stage of proposing a new service system. It was proposed in the 1980s before online business was developed. However, current services are changing in a way that provides various forms and channels, and the service blueprint seems to be not enough. To reflect this problem consciousness, we selected PSS among diversified service business models and propose a service blueprint type optimized for each business. After collecting 137 PSS cases to be used in the research, we made a business matrix and classified the cases and selected two representative cases to conduct two experiments. As a result, six types of service blueprint corresponding to the matrix could be derived: online service type, online remote support type, self rental type, online order type, traditional type, and offline support type. The validity of the proposed types of service blueprint was verified to confirm the suitability of those types.
