엘리베이터의 고장 상태를 원격지에서도 상시 감시할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다 엘리베이터에 고장이 발생하는 경우에는 신속한 수리가 매우 중요하지만, 엘리베이터마다 전문 기술 인을 상시 근무시키는 일은 쉽지 않다. 본 논문은 최근 발달한 컴퓨터와 통신망 기술을 이용하여 대량의 엘리베이터를 원격지에서 전문적으로 감시하게 하여 엘리베이터 이용자에게는 보다 안전한 운전과 신속한 수리를 보장받게 하고 엘리베이터 관리회사는 신용과 효율성을 확보할 수 있게 하기 위한 것이다. 이 시스템은 엘리베이터 상태 감시 모듈, 비상사태 상태감시 모듈, 음성 및 데이터 통신망 및 원격 모니터링 시스템으로 구성된다. 상태 감시모듈은 엘리베이터의 비정상적인 동작을 상시 감시하여 이상 발생 시 엘리베이터의 관리회사에 즉시 통보하며, 비상사태 감시 모듈은 엘리베이터 내부의 소음 상태를 측정하여 강도나 엘리베이터의 갇힘 상태 등을 감시한다. 또, 음성 및 데이터 통신망은 기존의 전화 연결 망에 모뎀을 통하여 연결되게 함으로써 저렴한 가격으로 구성이 가능하게 하며, 원격 모니터링 시스템은 관리회사에 보고된 엘리베이터의 이상 상태를 그래픽을 통하여 적절히 표시하고 응급 조치 연락망에 연락하거나 수리에 필요한 기구나 부품들을 제시한다.

This study examines the effectiveness of semi-occluded vocal tract exercise (SOVTE) conducted through telepractice for 10 female teachers who have experienced vocal discomfort while working in early childhood education facilities (childcare centers, kindergartens). The effects of SOVTE conducted through telepractice were evaluated based on the Korean voice handicap index (KVHI), the Korean version of the voice activity and participation profile (K-VAPP), vocal effort, and auditory perception evaluation by using the grade, roughness, breathiness, asthenia, and strain (GRBAS) scale. The results show that total, functional, and physical scores of KVHI significantly reduced after SOVTE. The total score in K-VAPP significantly reduced after SOVTE. Moreover, vocal effort significantly decreased after SOVTE. However, statistically significant differences were not noted in GRB scales before and after SOVTE. In conclusion, early childhood teachers experienced reduced vocal discomfort SOVTE conducted through telepractice. The study results indicate that voice therapy conducted through telepractice is an effective method for reducing vocal discomfort in early childhood teachers.

현재 코로나로 인한 각 나라의 입국 제한이 사라지면서 국내외 여행 예약률 증가에 따라 그만큼 비행기 예약도 늘어나고 있다. 그런데 객실 승무원의 근무 환경은 매우 열악하기 때문에 육체적, 정신적 피로를 누적되게 한다. 이는 승객에게 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 없게 하고 안전사고를 대처하는 데 있어 문제가 된다. 본 논문은 객실 승무원이 스마트폰 앱을 이용하여 편리하게 객실 상황을 확인하고, 원격 제어하며 서빙카트를 조작하여 승객의 주문에 대한 서비스를 제공하는 '원격제어가 가능한 비행기 객실 관리 시스템'을 제안한다. 이 시스템을 이용함으로써 객실 승무원은 객실 상황을 판단하여 즉각적인 대처를 할 수 있고, 항공기 효율적 운용을 위한 안전성과 정시성을 확보하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

국토교통부는 공항의 지상조업 근로자 근무환경을 개선하기 위하여 2019년 11월부터 40개 과제를 발굴·시행하는 등 노력해 왔으나, 근원적인 안전관리체계 개선이 필요하다는 판단에 따라, 노조와 지상조업사 등 관계기관과 간담회를 통해 수렴한 의견을 바탕으로 국토교통부는 승객이동, 항공기 견인 등 항공운항의 필수 역할을 하는 지상조업의 서비스 및 안전성을 높이기 위해 '지상조업 안전관리 강화방안'을 수립했다. 본 논문은 공항에서 지상조업 시 안전하고 신속하게 할 수 있도록 하는 '공항용 원격 주행 멀티카트' 기술을 제안한다. 현장이 아닌 컨트롤러를 이용한 원격으로 주행하여 지상조업자의 안전을 보장하고, 카트에 멀티파츠를 장착하여 지장조업 장비의 유지 보수를 편리하게 관리하며 라이다 센서, 카메라, 적외선 센서 등을 이용하여 장애물을 피하는 멀티카트를 구현하여 공항 지상조업의 발전을 선도할 것이다.

최근 들어 근로자의 이동시간 단축을 통한 에너지 절감뿐만 아니라 저출산 고령화에 따른 노인 인구의 경제활동 유도, 출산여성에 대한 경력단축 방지, 장애인에 대한 근로활동 제공 등을 위한 근로 환경의 변화가 요구되고 있다. 이러한 근로환경을 제공하기 위한 스마트워크는 기존 사무실에서 근무하는 환경을 탈피하여 댁내, 스마트워크 센터, 또는 이동 중에도 마치 직장에서 근무하는 것처럼 업무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 스마트워크는 현재 사용중인 여러 가지의 기술들을 근로환경에 맞게 채택하여 구현할 수 있으며, 특히 근로자의 업무 생산성을 높이기 위한 협업기능이 제공될 필요가 있다. 영상협업 기능은 영상, 음성 및 콘텐츠 공유를 통해 원격지 간에 효과적인 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 제공하는 기능이다. 본 논문은 스마트워크에서 영상협업을 제공하기 위하여 요구되는 상호연동 기능확장을 위한 표준화 이슈에 대하여 기술한다.

최근 코로나로 인하여 원격 근무의 증대와 디지털 트랜스포메이션(DX)으로 인한 클라우드 사용의 증가, 그리고 사이버 보안에 있어서의 끊임없는 새로운 공격의 등장과 공격 면(Attack Surface)의 확대가 증가 일로에 있다. 특히 기존 네트워크 중심의 보안 방식인 경계 보안(Perimeter Security) 방식은 새로운 네트워크 환경, 새로운 형태의 근무 형태로 인한 컴퓨팅 환경의 변화, 새로운 형태의 사이버 공격 등의 다양한 공격에 대한 방어 한계 등으로 인하여 새로운 전기를 맞이하고 있다. 즉, 기존 경계 보안의 한계를 보완하기 위한 차세대 보안 개념의 하나인 제로 트러스트 보안 방식이 최근 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 고에서는 제로 트러스트 보안에 대하여, 미국 국립표준기술연구소(NIST)가 발표한 제로 트러스트 아키텍처SP 800-207을 중심으로 제로 트러스트 보안 개념, 등장 배경, 제로 트러스트 기본 구성, 제로 트러스트 도입과 성숙도 모델, 제로 트러스트 아키텍처 접근 방식 등에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

최근 선박 및 해상 물류 자동화는 물류증대와 복잡한 선박의 운용에 비하여 근무조건이 상대적으로 열악한 형편이다. 때문에 과도한 선원의 업무량으로 인하여 IMO(International Maritime Organization, 국제해사기구)에서는 선박이 운항함에 있어 해상에서 발생 할 수 있는 모든 사고(인명, 해상오염, 선박의 손실)를 미연에 예방할 수 있는 최소한의 장비로 선교항해 당지경보시스템 (BNWAS)을 모든 여객선과 국제항을 운항하는 150GT 이상의 모든 선박에 탑재하도록 하고 있다. 본 논문은 선교항해 당지경보시스템의 Alarm 상태를 원격에서 관리할 수 있는 서버 관리 프로그램을 개발하여 적절한 조치를 할 수 있는 지능형 선교항해 당지경보시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

A new paradigm, 'telework' and 'distant education' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. In the computer and information communication technology areas related with web-based telework? distant education, the disabled expect vocational rehabilitation. Therefore nowadays, the disabled effort to adapt to the new information era by web-based telework and distant education. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of web-based telework -distant education center to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the telemedicine cooperation experience of nurses working in remote areas. Methods: A focus group interviews were used to collect data. All interviews were recorded and transcribed. Content analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: The three main categories and seven sub-categories of telemedicine cooperation experience that emerged are 1) requirement of education on remote support service, 2) consideration of the recipients of medical support services and the characteristics of the area, and 3) difficulties in conducting telemedicine cooperation. Conclusion: As a result of the study, legal protection should be given priority, and it is necessary to select an area where remote cooperation is essential, to discover subjects, and to reduce the burden of work and division of manpower and duties.

The background of this study is that machine learning administrative services are recently attracting attention as a major policy tool for non-face-to-face administrative services in the post-corona era. This study investigated the types of work expected to be effective when introducing machine learning administrative services for Seoul Metropolitan Government officials who are piloting machine learning administrative services. The research method is a machine that can be introduced by organizational unit by distributing and collecting questionnaires for Seoul administrative organizations that have performed machine learning-based administrative services for one month in July 2020 targeting Seoul public officials using machine learning-based administrative services. By analyzing the learning administration service and application service, the business characteristics of each machine learning administration service type such as supervised learning work type, unsupervised learning work type, and reinforced learning work type were analyzed. As a result of the research analysis, it was found that there were significant differences in the characteristics of administrative tasks by supervised and unsupervised learning areas. In particular, it was found that the reinforcement learning domain contains the most appropriate business characteristics for machine learning administrative services. Implications were drawn. The results of this study can be provided as a reference material to practitioners who want to introduce machine learning administration services, and can be used as basic data for research to researchers who want to study machine learning administration services in the future.
