인터넷의 발전에 따라 교육 형태는 인터넷을 이용한 원격 교육으로 변하고 있다. 현재의 동향은 주로 영상 강의 시스템으로 치우쳐 있다. 그러나 이 시스템은 원격 강의를 위해 고용량의 전용선과 고가의 멀티미디어 장비가 필요하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 현재의 인터넷 환경에서 웹과 자바를 이용하여 사용자의 편의를 고려한 자동 문제 출제 시스템과, 출제된 문제를 임의로 추출하여 학습자가 문제를 요구할 때마다 매번 다른 유형의 문제를 보여주는 시스템을 제안하고 구현한다. 그래서 편하고 안정적인 시스템을 제공하는 동시에 현재의 교육 시스템을 병행하여 최대한의 교육 효과를 내면서도 경제적인 교육 시스템을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다.

정보화 기술의 눈부신 발전에 따라 정보과학 영재교육의 필요성이 대두되면서, 정보과학 영재 판별 및 프로그램 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 그 대상이 대체로 초${\cdot$중등 학생들을 대상으로 하고 있어, 정보과학에 잠재성이 있고 전공 선택에 목전을 두고 있는 고등학생을 대상으로 한 정보과학 영재교육은 부재한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 고등학생 대상의 정보과학 영재교육의 필요성과 효과적으로 시행할 수 있는 교육 방법의 한 형태인 원격 교육, 특별히 웹을 통한 정보과학 영재교육 프로그램과 원격 정보과학 영재교육에 필요한 교육 체제를 제시하고자 한다.

가상현실 기반 실시간 원격교육 시스템에서는 오디오와 비디오 그리고 Presentation Slide외에 3D VRML Data를 이용하여 강의를 구성한다. 강사의 음성과 화상 외에 텍스트와 2D, 3D Graphics를 이용함으로써 강의의 효율을 높이고 있다. 이러한 실시간 강의 시스템에서 발생하는 각 미디어간의 동기화를 위해 본 논문에서는 Synchronization Event Model(SEM)을 정의하고, 이것을 기반으로 한 가상현실 기반 실시간 원격 교육 시스템에서의 멀티미디어 통합 브라우저를 설계하고 있다.

As of December 2013, 63 distance education training centers has been operating in the form of private, university affiliated and national/public centers. LMS is related to distance training quality as the system because distance education training centers are managing training by using LMS. In this paper, LMS functions of distance education training centers were analyzed to enhance the quality of distance training. In results of the analysis, it is showed 70.07%, 72.09% and 70.41% that implementation ratio of necessary LMS functions for trainee, manager and tutor. Functions of the lowest implementation ratio were "training support" of trainee mode, "statistics management" of manager mode and "communication" of tutor mode. The results of this paper will be helped to improve LMS for effective distance training of distance education training centers.

Web-based teaching-learning systems through the internet has continuously pursued the learner-centered educational environment by promoting the interaction between leachers and students. As a result, learners haute become free of the limit of time and space and have more ways to have access to education information more easily. Consequently, the development of the internet has resulted in the changes of the educational environment. Web-based distance education through the internet is now expected to be applied widely in various fields of education. In fact, distance education through the internet has taken place in a new education paradigm. The purpose of this paper is to promote the economical and educational efficiency of all the procedures from developing the system to operating in a remote training cyber system. Therefore in developing the system, we designed it to raise the efficiency by making main modulo into components and by reducing the terms and cost by reuse. Also lute meant to raise the efficiency of education by applying constructivism as an educational basic.

인터넷 이용의 확대로 가정마다 컴퓨터 보급이 크게 증가하면서 인터넷을 이용한 교육이 증가하고 있다. 학교에 가지 않아도 컴퓨터를 이용하여 듣고 싶은 수업을 원하는 시간에 지구촌에 있는 학생들과 함께 수업을 듣고 토의할 수 있다. 컴퓨터의 보급 증가와 인터넷 사용증가로 인하여 인터넷 교육이 하나 둘 나오기 시작했다. 그리고, 미래 프로젝트의 하나인 실시간 원격 교육이 가능하게 되었다. 실시간 원격 강의 시스템을 이용하면, 시간과 비용을 줄일 수 있고 누구든지 장소에 구애받지 않고 교육을 받을 수 있다. 앞으로 정보 통신망의 발달과 음성 및 화상 압축기술이 발달하면 실시간 동영상 등으로 학생들은 더 종은 교육을 쉽게 접할 수 있게 될 것이다.

정보통신기술의 발달과 인터넷의 등장으로 원격교육은 새로운 교육패러다임을 주도할 역량있는 교육방식으로 대두되고 있다. 하지만 이런 시점에서 학교교육을 보다 효율적이며 실용적으로 지원할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 특히 초등교육에서의 원격교육은 이제 걸음마를 시작한 단계이며 평가분야에 대한 연구는 전무후무한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학습자가 동영상 원격교육으로 학습과정을 진행한 후 만족할 만한 성취수준에서 자기평가를 실시하고 동영상 촬영하여 평가자료를 탑재하며, 이를 토대로 교사가 피드백할 수 있도록 시스템을 구축하였다. 이는 학습자가 학습과정 뿐만 아니라 평가영역에 있어서도 개인의 수준과 여건을 고려하여 자기 주도적으로 자기평가를 함으로써 자기주도적 학습능력을 향상시키며, 초등교육과정을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Based on recent fast development of computer and telecommunication technologies, the Distance Education System(DES) was introduced and utilized widely in the area of education. For an immediate and fluent communication between the teacher and the student under DES, the chatting subsystem was effectively used. However, the current chatting systems are not able to receive and transmit the mathematical symbols despite their indispensability in the process of problem and solution setting under remote mathematical education. In this study, thus, Equation Chatting System that can receive and send the mathematical symbols under the graphical user interface was designed and implemented.

본 논문에서는 웹 상에서 자기 주도적 학습 능력을 필요로 하는 수학의 개념적 학습을 멀티미디어 체계적인 웹 기반 코스웨어 설계모형을 제시하였으며 학습자 중심의 교육 방법으로 원격지에서 멀티미디어 요소를 웹 기반으로 하는 실시간 수학문제 풀이 원격교육 시스템을 구현하였다. 이는 웹 기반의 수학 코스웨어(Coureware) 및 텍스트 모드로 제작 설계되었다. 이 수학 문제 풀이 원격교육 시스템은 자기 주도적 수학문제 푼이 단계학습을 목적으로 한다.
