A Study on Integrated Intelligent SCADA System for Industrial Facilities Management (산업설비 안전관리를 위한 지능형 원격감시 제어 통합시스템 연구)

  • 사회 기간산업이라 할수 있는 전기, 가스 석유등의 대단위 산업설비들은 사고 발생시 대량의 인명, 재산 피해를 가져오기 때문에 고도의 안전관리 시스템 하에서 운용되고 있다 이러한 기존 산업설비들의 안전관리는 서로 분산, 독립적인 안전관리 시스템들을 사용하고 있다 분산, 독립적인 안전관리 시스템은 산업설비에 대한 사고나 고장발생시 대부분 사람에 의존한 상황처리 작업을 수행하게 된다. 즉 사고가 발생하면 다른 안전관리 시스템들을 확인하고 그 결과를 통합하는 과정을 거처 상황처리에 대한 대책을 세우게 된다 이러한 과정은 추가적인 인력소모와 시간소모가 발생하게 되고 상황처리자의 미숙한 상황처리로 인한 사고가 발생하기도 한다. 본논문에서는 이러한 독립 안전관리 시스템의 단점을 극복하고 사고 발생시 신속, 정확하고 효율적인 상황처리를 위해 개별적인 안전관리 모니터 시스템들을 통합하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 기존의 독립적이고 단편적인 상황추론을 국복하고자 통합된 지식베이스와 모니터 시스템들의 실시간 자료에 근거한 블랙보드 기반의 제어지식을 이용하여 종합적인 상황추론을 수행한다. 이를 위하여 각 시설물들에 대한 고장진단 시스템을 포함하는 지능형 원격감시 제어 통합시스템을 제안한다.

  • Data transmission via the car driver's tethered smart phone may have a volume-dependent billing in case car driver' phone transmits data in real-time to the remote data center. The on-board diagnosis data generated are temporary stored locally to mobile remote diagnosis application on the car driver's phone, and then transmit to the data center later when car driver connects to the Internet. To increase the easiest of using the remote vehicle application without blocking other tasks to be executing on the cloud, node.js stands as a suitable candidate for handling tasks of data storage on the cloud via mobile network. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed architecture by simulating a preliminary case study of an android application responsible of real time analysis by using a vehicle-to- smart phones applications interface approach that considers the smart phones to act as a remote user which passes driver inputs and delivers output from external applications. In this paper, we propose a study on development of Remote Vehicle fault diagnostic system features web server architecture based event loop approach using node.js platform, and wireless communication to handle vehicle diagnostics data to a data center.

  • In order to remain competitive, a manufacturing company needs to maintain the optimal condition of its manufacturing system. Machine tools as an important element of a manufacturing system consist of complex mechanical as well as electronic components. Therefore, diagnosing the troubles of machine tools is a tricky process which requires a lot of experience and knowledge. Since providing machine tool users with necessary services at the right time is very difficult and expensive, a remote diagnosis system is to be regarded as a good alternative, with which users can diagnose and fix the machine troubles. This paper presents a framework for a remote machine tools diagnosis system by combining the world wide web technology and backward reasoning expert system.

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented DCS terminal remote monitoring middleware for real-time auditor and management terminal status signal with relay and fuse status at power management room. The middleware consist of four component as event analyzer, event manager, service manager and user interface. We expected economic effects extend relay life-time that pre-detected errors and prevented relay fault.

  • In this paper, we propose a real-time remote monitoring system for distributed solar power generation system. The proposed system consists of PVC, UTC, OTC and monitoring server. PVC collects the operational information from the PV's inverter via serial interface. The sensing data is transmitted to the server by wireless communications and stored in the DB server. The PV's status is monitored via UTC, and the operating of PVC and UTC are managed by OTC. In addition, by providing information about the power generated by PV system and failure diagnosis in real time, the proposed system shows the possibility of reducing the maintenance costs and improved failure recovery time.

  • KBA, 하이델베르그, 만로랜드, 고모리, 미쓰비시 등 유수의 인쇄기 제조회사들이 전용 모뎀이나 인터넷 등의 네트워크를 통한 원격진단(Romote diagnostics) 서비스를 운영하고 있다. 이 서비스는 각 제조사가 보유하고 있는 네트워크를 통해 담당 기술자와 인쇄기 오퍼레이터가 온라인으로 연결, 서비스맨의 방문 없이도 인쇄기 A/S를 구현할 수 있도록 하는 시스템이다. 최근 들어 이 시스템은 발생한 문제를 해결하는 것에 그치지 않고 인쇄기의 상태를 점검함으로써 고장을 사전에 예방을 하는 방법으로 진화하고 있다. 이 시스템이 미국에서 어떻게 활용되고 있는지를 살펴보고, 국내에 진출한 대표적인 업체들의 서비스 준비상황을 점검해 본다.

  • This paper describes "the remote automatic diagnosis and repair system which automatically reads the problems such as "out of order" occurred on equipment at customer's equipment from a remote computer center using HTTP(hyper text transfer protocol). It shows the scheme of the network configurations and features of the system. In addition, a way to implement the overall system, the specific functions of unit, and the operational specifications between the center's computer and customer's computer are also presented.also presented.

  • This space is for the of your study in English. If simple menu item changes or the addition of check items are necessary on GUI menu of existing test equipments for military facilities that are programmed by using RAD tools such as Visual C++, they should go through complex steps, such as numerous conducting steps, coding, flash design modification, recompiling and distribution. It is cumbersome process and waste much time. Also, on implementing them, it was worried about leaking secrets because a number of military security considerations were included. To solve such as the above problem, we proposed commercial RIA technologies and a COTS fault diagnostic knowledge-based system that implemented by the XML data design technique in this research. The proposed approach solves the problem of existing methods, reduced inspection time, and improved performance, usability, and maintainability.

  • The CNC machine toots has two kinds of fault. One is the fault due to degraded parts and the other is the fault due to operation disability. The phenomena of degradation is predictable but the operational fault is unpredictable because it occurred without any warning. The major faults of CNC machine tool are operational faults which are charged over 70%. This paper describes the model of remote service and the intelligent fault diagnosis system to diagnosis operational faults of CNC machine tools. To generalize fault diagnosis, two diagnosis models such as SF(Switching Function) and SSF(Step Switching Function) are proposed. The SF is static model and SSF is dynamic model for expression of fault. The SF and SSF model can be generated using SFG(Switching Function Generator) which is developed in this research. The three major operational faults such as emergency stop error, cycle start disability and machine ready disability are applied to experiment of fault modeling. To remote service of faults fur CNC machine tool, the web server and client system based internet are proposed as the suitable environment. The developed two technologies are implemented with the internal function of open architecture controller. The implemental results for two technologies are presented to validate the proposed scheme.
