Child abuse and neglect are recently increasing in Korea, and although the government has actively improved the child protection system, the number of abused children and the rate of cases judged as abuse have continuously risen. Given that 75% of child abusers are parents, child abuse and neglect are expected to recur. To prevent such a recurrence, various intervention programs for abused children and their parents are required. The purpose of this study were to design a recovery support service process and investigate the effectiveness of pilot program for families of origin, including neglected(protected) children, to improve the system by which these programs are operated, and formulate policy alternatives that reinforce "family preservation" principles. The pilot program was implemented from June to November 2020 in 4-local healthy family support center. The number of program participants and the frequency of participation in each other differed, because of the difference in number of confirmed coronavirus cases in each region and the requirement for social distancing. Through the program, a community-based service process was developed for neglected(protected) children and their parents, and cooperative networks between related facilities and institutions were established. The study formulated the following recommendations: First, a cooperation system among government departments mandated to provide different services to neglected(protected) children is needed. Second, wider and various channels through which abused children can avail of protective services should be developed within communities. Third, more stable environments for program operation should be cultivated, and cooperative partnerships should be sought for knowledge sharing among relevant government departments. Another necessary measure is for a center to develop its own business model, in which the duplication of services provided by involved organizations is avoided. Finally, clear guidelines, administrative standards, and specific plans for program operation should be arranged. Also regional characteristics are maintained, but services should be standardized.

진료 및 간호서비스는 다른 제조업과는 달리 무형의 서비스에 대한 간접비의 비율이 두드러지는 특성을 지니며, 이러한 특성으로 인해 의료기관의 전략적 계획수립, 수익성 분석, 경제성 분석, 의료서비스 제공의 질 관리 등의 의사결정에 적극 활용되어야 하는 원가 분석에 어려움을 겪어왔다. 전문 간호 분야인 가정간호는 1회 방문 시에 다양한 활동들이 모여서 가정간호서비스가 수행되므로 가정간호의 원가분석에는 각 행위들이 모인 활동에 대한 분석에 근거한 정확한 원가 정보가 요구되고 있다. 활동기준원가의 기본 요소는 자원, 활동, 자원 동인, 활동 동인, 원가 대상이며 이에 따라 가정간호사업에서 활동기준원가의 각 요소를 정의하고 전통적 원가 계산이 아닌 활동을 중심으로 가정간호사업의 업무 알고리즘을 분석하여 활동기준원가관리시스템을 설계한다. 가정간호사업의 활동기준원가관리시스템은 가정간호의 효율적 운영과 의료기관의 경영 개선과 항께 실질적 원가계산을 통해 정부가 건강 보험 수가를 결정하고, 보험 수가의 적절성을 평가하는데 중요한 기초 자료를 제공하게 될 것으로 기대한다.

This study focuses on the mediated effect of value of children with a purpose of examining the influence of maternal family-of-origin. A group of 247 mothers having young children in the age of 3 to 5 years participated in a survey which is consisted of the scale of family-of-origin experiences, parenting attitude and value of children. The study results show four aspects: First, family-of-origin experiences have positive effect on value of children. Second, maternal value of children also appears to be positive on parenting attitude. Third, family-of-origin experiences have positive effect on parenting attitude. Lastly, value of children shows mediated effect between family-of-origin experience and parenting attitude. In other words, having high level of positive awareness in family-of-origin experiences brings positive value of children, and the value of children brings positive effect on parenting attitude. Therefore, multilateral measures and methodical supports are needed to develop positive value of children, and consideration on father is required as a joint partner of rearing children.

건설현장관리에는 설비관리$\cdot$공정관리$\cdot$품질관리$\cdot$원가관리$\cdot$노무관리 등이 있는데 흔히 생산성향상과 원가 절감을 목표로 하는 공정관리와 원가관리의 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 안전관리는 어느 정도 무시되어야 한다고 생각하는 경향이 있다. 그러나 안전관리도 마찬가지로 원가의 절감을 지향하고 생산성 향상을 목표로 하고 있어 제반관리와 분리될 수 없다.(중략)

Based on previous research for end-users information needs, this research is to investigate DB costing method for decision-making on pricing of DB service by critical factors. The first phase of the research classifies the elements of DB product cost accounting by activities of the circulation system of information in DB service. The second phase is to develop model based on results of DB product costing in the first phase of research. The third phase of research is to present the process of DB product cost accounting by applying the model to an on-line service company. Finally, the research develops the pricing decision model to determine the priority of each factor by survey from major on-line service companies in America and Japan. It is essential to research further regarding the DB product costing and pricing methods in order to determine a proper DB service charge. The right Pricing decision in the DB service charge will contribute to the growth of the DB industry.

최근에 전자상거래 시스템에 다양한 에이전트를 적용하여 전자상거래를 보다 활성화시키고 효율적으로 운영하려는 경향이 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 에이전트 연구는 판매자의 실제 이익보다는 구매자의 선호도에 따른 물품을 추천하는데 그 기능이 제한되어 있으며, 한 단계 더 나아가 가격과 이윤 문제를 다룬 연구가 있어도, 제시한 가격이 판매자의 이윤에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지 파악하기 어려운 문제가 있었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 원가 회계 이론에 기반한 여러 가지 원가 산정법 중 고저점법과 학습 곡선법의 비교 분석을 통하여 원가를 보다 정확히 산정하고, 판매자는 이를 반영하여 입찰가를 결정함으로써 적정 이윤을 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 판매자가 이윤을 높일수록 경매 유찰 가능성이 커지므로, 과거 낙찰 기록 데이터의 분석을 통해 판매자가 적정 낙찰율을 확보할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 각 원가 산정법을 적용한 에이전트 성능 실험을 통해 적정 이윤을 보장하면서도 낙찰율을 향상시킬 수 있음을 연구한다.

품질관리. 통상 우리들이 '품질관리'라고 하는 것은 만들어진 제품의 양, 불량을 구분하여 불량품을 가려내는 것을 말한다. 그러나 이미 만들어진 불량을 선별해 내는 것만으로는 그로 인하여 고객으로부터 제기될 수 있는 불만을 어느 정도 완화시킬 수는 있겠지만, 그 제품에 투입된 원가는 이미 어찌할 수 없는 단계인 것이 대부분이다. 회사로서는 손실을 감수할 수밖에 없으며, 그러한 일이 지속적으로 발생한다는 것은 제품의 제조원가를 상승시키게 되고, 회사의 경쟁력 감소의 주요한 원인이 될 것이다.

최근 삼계탕용 육계의 수출과 생산공급 부족으로 인해 육계 판매가격이 생산원가 이상을 상회하고는 있으나 이러한 가격은 일시적인 상승으로, 이를 기회로 무질서하고 무계획적으로 대량생산을 서두른다면 수급의 불균형으로 생산이 과잉되어 가격폭락을 가져와 스스로 피해를 보게 될 것이다. 최근의 부로일러 가격의 상승은 소비가 위축된 상태에서 공급부족으로 오는 것이니 만큼 이를 기회로 하여 대량입추를 서두른다면 다시 큰 불황을 맞을 것이다.

This study was performed to evaluate the methodological quality of nursing costs analysis research based on the activity-based costing in Korea. Data were collected from database of Research Information Shraing Service, Korean studies Information Service System, DBpia and National Assembly Library. Eight studies were published on thesis and journal until Oct, 2015. Quality assessment tool was consisted in 5 factors based on activity-based costing. Studies of 87.5% were calculate the nursing units' costs in the hospital. All papers were appropriate in labor costs in resource factor and activity factor, but only 2 paper was appropriate in overhead cost allocation. Through this result, we found the necessity of improving accuracy in nursing costs analysis. These results can be helpful to manage cost and performance in nursing practice.
