Development of a model for an equation for estimating construction costs based on the resource-based cost estimating system for TBM (TBM 공법의 자원기반 적산 방식에 의한 개산 공사비 예측 식 모델 개발)

  • This study attempted to estimate construction costs in accordance with the resource-based cost estimation (unit cost price) system by diameter for TBM method, and analyzed the direct cost and the total cost. Based on such figures, this study performed a regression analysis and proposed a model for an equation for estimating construction costs. model for the resource-based cost estimation (unit cost price) system classified by diameter for TBM method proposed by this study can be effectively applied to business planning, preliminary investigation, feasibility study, construction cost estimations in the early design stages.

  • URC 로봇 클라이언트는 원가 절감 및 하드웨어 경량화를 위해 최소한의 요소로 구성되며, 필요한 기능을 외부 디바이스와의 연동 또는 서버를 통해 전송받아 작업을 수행하게 된다. 기존의 URC 로봇 시스템은 이기종간의 제약 없는 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 웹 서비스를 사용하고, 워크플로우 표준 언어인 BPEL 을 기반으로 한 워크플로우 엔진을 사용하고 있다. 로봇 클라이언트의 제한 된 자원으로 인해 대부분의 URC 로봇 시스템은 서버에서 BPEL 엔진을 동작시키고, 네트워크를 통해서 클라이언트의 서비스를 호출하는 구조를 가지게 된다. 이에따라 기존 로봇 시스템은 클라이언트 서비스 호출로 인한 네트워크 부하가 발생하는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 경량화 된 B2J 시스템을 이용하여 로봇 클라이언트에서 BPEL의 실행을 수행하는 DBRS를 제안한다. 기존의 B2J는 BPEL 문서를 Java 코드로 변환, 컴파일, 실행하는 과정을 같은 환경에서 수행했으나 DBRS에서 사용되는 경량화 된 B2J 는 변환자와 실행자를 분리함으로써 요구사항을 낮추고 로봇의 제한된 자원을 절약한다. DBRS 는 다른 BPEL 엔진을 사용하는 로봇 시스템에 비해 클라이언트의 제한된 자원을 절약하고, 로봇 서비스 호출에 의해 발생하는 네트워크 부하가 감소한다.

  • 반도체 성능 향상으로 신호를 전달하는 회로의 단위가 마이크로 미터에서 나노미터로 미세화되어 선폭(linewidth)이 점점 좁아지고 있다. 이러한 변화는 검출해야 할 불량의 크기가 작아지고, 정상 공정상태와 비정상 공정상태의 차이도 상대적으로 감소되어, 공정오차 및 공정조건의 허용범위가 축소되었음을 의미한다. 따라서 검출해야 할 이상징후 탐지가 더욱 어렵게 되어, 높은 정밀도와 해상도를 갖는 검사공정이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 이유로, 미세 공정변화를 파악할 수 있는 신규 검사 및 계측 공정이 추가되어 TAT(Turn-around Time)가 증가하게 되었고, 웨이퍼가 가공되어 완제품까지 도달하는데 필요한 공정시간이 증가하여 제조원가 상승의 원인으로 작용한다. 본 논문에서는 웨이퍼의 검계측 데이터가 아닌, 제조공정 과정에서 발생하는 다양한 센서 및 장비 데이터를 기반으로 웨이퍼 제조 결과가 양품인지 그렇지 않으면 불량인지 구별할 수 있는 가상계측 모델을 제안한다. 기계학습의 여러 알고리즘 중에서 다양한 장점을 갖는 XGBoost 알고리즘을 이용하여 예측모델을 구축하였고, 데이터 전처리(data-preprocessing), 주요변수 추출(feature selection), 모델 구축(model design), 모델 평가(model evaluation)의 순서로 연구를 수행하였다. 결과적으로 약 94% 이상의 정확성을 갖는 모형을 구축하는데 성공하였으나 더욱 높은 정확성을 확보하기 위해서는 반도체 공정과 관련된 Domain Knowledge 를 반영한 모델구축과 같은 추가적인 연구가 필요하다.

A Study on the Digital Therapeutics Based Community Care for Rehabilitation in Dysarthria in the Post-COVID-19 Era (Post-COVID-19 시대 마비말장애 재활을 위한 디지털 치료제 기반의 커뮤니티케어 방안)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore ways a digital therapeutics-based community care plans for the rehabilitation in dysarthria in a situation where non-face-to-face services are expanding in the COVID-19 era. To this end, a qualitative study was conducted on experts working in hospitals, speech-language pathology centers, and social welfare centers, and as a result of the study, 3 topics, 9 sub-themes, and 18 content units were derived. Based on the analysis results, the digital therapeutics-based community care model consisted of 9 types: remote diagnosis, telepractice, rehabilitation training program, peer supporters, clinical support, communication, psychosocial intervention, and care plan services. This study will be able to provide basic data for health care & welfare services using digital therapeutics and guidelines for establishing shared care plans based on multidisciplinary cooperation.

Factors Influencing Quantity Variations in BIM-Based Quantity Take-offs for Building Finishing Works (BIM기반 건물 마감수량 산출 시 수량 차이 요인)

  • With the growing adoption of Building Information Modeling(BIM), many studies on BIM-based quantity take-off are being conducted. However, the absence of standardized quantity take-off protocols for BIM-based methods has led to a decline in accuracy. This study aimed to compare quantity take-off results from 3D models with those derived from traditional 2D-based quantity take-off methods and modeling approaches, specifically for finishing work, and to identify the underlying causes of any discrepancies. The analysis revealed significant variations in the quantities of walls, floors, and ceilings, with walls exhibiting the largest deviation. The primary cause of these discrepancies was that when interior and exterior surfaces were modeled as a single composite object, it became impossible to accurately set the height of individual finishing materials, resulting in overestimations of the quantities. Consequently, the study demonstrated that modeling interior and exterior components as separate composite objects in 3D models can significantly reduce quantity take-off discrepancies. Moving forward, the establishment of precise quantity take-off standards through additional case studies will be crucial for improving cost management in BIM applications.

  • In spite of the variety of business environments around start-up firms, almost all existing studies on business strategy of new IT firms. The purpose of the present research is to examine the relationships of the corporate capability, competitive advantage and performance of IT enterprise. There was much research for IT enterprise in other lands, but there was a little in Korea. Through previous literature, we can't find differences between IT enterprise strategies and common corporation strategies. So this research treats new strategies of IT. This research is explanatory and three research questions. This research focuses on the determining factors(corporate capability, competitive advantage) and management performance of IT enterprise in Busan area. In order to test the established 3 hypothesis, several multi-variate analyses are used. Factor analysis is used to reduce the competitive advantage question to its underlying factors. Finally, multi-variate regression and analysis is used to determine whether performance differences The result of this study would be useful to practitioners on management and entrepreneurship. Finally, this study is expected to encourage entrepreneurs to create new possibility in IT enterprise and to assist more new operating business strategy.

Technical Value Model and Evaluation for Smart In-vehicle Network (스마트 차량내(內) 네트워크 기술가치 모델 및 평가)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the technology value model based on profit approach and IITP practical guide for Ethernet network technology, which is the core technology of autonomous vehicles and connected cars in the hyper-connected industry. In-vehicle network, Ethernet technology, Ethernet port count, port pricing, and application data for technology assessment are sources of global market research organizations. The data on the company's COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), operating capital requirement, capital expenditure, and income statement data are used by the Bank of Korea's Business Analysis Report. According to the results of the study, the product market size was estimated to be US $470.3 billion and the technology market size was $52.1 billion over the seven years of economic life cycle of technology. The market value of the technology was estimated to be $260 million reflecting the possibility of entry into the market. In the case of the corporate management analysis report, the average value of the IITP and the top 25% were $0.7 million and $40.2 million, respectively. -27.8 million, and -73.6 million dollars respectively. This implies that government support for policy support is needed when conducting corporate R&D with high cost-to-sales ratio. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the evaluation of technology demand based ICT R&D technology in the industrial internet market in the fourth industrial revolution era.

  • Architecture-based competition has become a very important issue in many industries. As companies seek lower cost, fast development, and more customizability at the same time, modular architecture of products and processes seem to be an inevitable choice. Existing literature, however, has only focused on the basic contents of architecture-based competition. Different competitive environments and technological competencies of incumbent companies influence the evolutionary dynamics of dominant architecture of industries. In this paper we suggest a new theoretical framework to deal with the complex co-adaptation process of architecture-based competition. We first explore the emerging modular architecture in Chinese commercial vehicle industry, and then compare it with the architecture strategies of Korean companies. Based on the explorative case study, we propose new hypotheses relating the market demand, technological competencies of major players and dominant architecture in an indus-try.

Design and Implementation of RFID-based Tracking System for Logistics Management on the Steel Industry (RFID 기반의 철강업 물류관리를 위한 추적시스템의 설계 및 구현)

  • Recently, the Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) system has been growing with many promising features in technology and applications fields. Especially, a lot of efforts for the application of RFID system in the field of logistics management have been conducted. In addition, in logistics section of steel industry a remarkable efficiency can be attained by application of the RFID system. However, in the RFID system applied for the steel industry, lots of problems were found to be solved in recognition of the tags and antennas. This paper presents the feasibility of deploying RFID in the steel industry as a tool for reduction of the production cost. An application of the steel industry to RFID-based tracking management system was proposed. The results of this paper showed that the recognition rate of material input and output was found 100 percent and secured 99 percent of detection rate in the location. In conclusion, the proposed RFID-based tracking management system was approved superior to the existing system in terms of productivity.

A study on the characteristics of high frequency road noise transmission at the rear seat of a hatch back compact car using PBNR (Power Based Noise Reduction) method (파워기반 소음감소 기법을 이용한 준중형 해치백 후석 고주파성 로드노이즈 전달특성 연구)

  • It is known that the road noise on the rear seat of a hatchback type car is worse than that of a sedan type car because of the weakness on sealing structure. Therefore, a sound sealing system and sufficient absorption/insulation performance are required. In the case of a compact segment car, however, the application of the sufficient absorption and insulation materials is limited, because of the restriction on the production cost and weight of the car. In this study, we estimate the noise transmission path on the vehicle's body structure from tires and ground using the PBNR (Power Based Noise Reduction) method which is useful in quantitative measurement. Based on these results, we suggest an alternative absorption/insulation method for the better performance of rear seat road noise reduction in a compact hatchback car.
