  • 본 연구는 새로운 부하(고온의 저장물)가 냉장실 내부에 인입됨에 따라 발생하는 온도불균형을 해소하기 위해 채택된 집중냉각 방식에 있어서의 회전날개의 정지각도 결정 알고리즘 관한 것으로, 특히 냉장실내의 온도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 압축기 (Compressor) 및 냉기팬(냉기를 냉장실내에 불어넣기 위한 팬)의 운전상황을 입력으로 냉장실내 여러 영역에서의 온도를 추정하는 퍼지적응모델을 이용하여 온도불균형 영역을 검지하고, 이에 따라 회전날개의 각도를 제어함으로서 냉장실 내부의 온도평형을 신속히 이루게하는 특징을 가지고 있다.

  • SMART 인간기계연계(MMI : Man Machine Interface)는 발달된 컴퓨터 기술과 디스플레이 기법을 기반으로 설계되고 있으며, 이는 안전성과 생산성을 향상시키려는 의도를 갖고 있다. 현재, 최신 기술을 적용한 제어실 설계는 인간기계연계 설계자, 발전소 운영회사, 규제기관 등 모두에게 관심의 대상이다. 최신 기술을 제어실 설계에 적용할 경우에는 객관성 있는 설계 평가를 통하여 설계 결과가 안전성 향상에 기여함은 물론 운전작업자에게 유용함을 가시적으로 입증할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 SMART 인간기계연계설계 평가를 위해 개발된 절차의 구성과 평가작업 내용을 기술하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 일사량과 온도 및 실부하 패턴이 고려된 3kW급 계통 연계형 태양광 발전시스템의 플랫폼을 제시하였다. 가정의 실제 전력 사용패턴 분석을 위해 하루의 일사량과 온도가 고려된 PV 시뮬레이터와 24시간 실부하의 사용패턴을 이용하여 부하모델링을 수행하였다. 또한 제안된 PV 시뮬레이터와 부하모델링을 적용하여 계절별, 시간별 태양광 발전 전력과 실부하의 전력사용량을 비교 분석 하였으며 시뮬레이션을 통해 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • In general, FMECA is a technique for identifying failure modes and devices which could result in fatal outcomes. Also it can be used in design or in maintenance through establishing priorities. The purpose of this paper is aimed at improving the driving conditions in advance through analyzing the operation failure phenomena quantitatively with FMECA analysis on the onboard signal system equipped with ATC/ATO, and through deriving the risk factors. This paper suggests an alternative solution for improving the performance of ADU by analyzing a case with FMECA.

  • this paper proposes the operation algorithm of 1MW class Battery Energy Storage System(BESS) installed at the extra-high voltage customer. The objective of the proposed algorithm is to reduce electric charges during the operation of the BESS interconnected to power system. This paper simulates the electric charges in 1998 considering Season and Time of Use Rate and Power Factor in the assumption that electricity demand in 1998 is the same amount of that in 1997 and shows the saving of about 40 million won in the total electric charges. The results comparing the real electric charges of June. July and August in 1997 with that in 1998 show that the implementation of the proposed algorithm could significantly reduce electric charges during the operation the BESS.

  • The objective of this study was to investigate performance characteristics of thermal management system(TMS) in a fuel cell electric vehicle with 100kW Fuel Cell(FC) system. In order to build up analytic modelling for TMS, each component was installed and tested under various operating conditions, such as water pump, radiator, 3-Way valve, COD heater, and FC stack etc. and as the results of them, correlations reflecting component's characteristics with flow rate, air velocity were developed. Developed analytic modelling was carried out under various operating conditions on the road. To verify modelling's accuracy, after prediction for optimum coolant flow rate was fulfilled under certain operating conditions, such as FC system, water pump speed, opening of 3-way valve, and pipe resistance, analytic and experimental values were compared and good agreement was shown. In order to predict cold-start operating performance for analytic modelling, coolant temperature variation was analyzed with $-20^{\circ}C$ ambient temperature and duration was predicted to rise in optimum temperature for FC. Because there is appropriate temperature difference between inlet and outlet of FC stack to operate FC system properly, related analysis was performed with respect to power consumption for TMS and heat rejection rate and performance map was depicted along with FC operating conditions.

  • An electrodialysis process was operated for a long period to investigate the scale formation on the membrane surface. During the desalination process, concentration of $Ca^{2+}$ and $SO_4^{2-}$ ions increased continuously in the concentrate compartment and eventually caused precipitation on the cation exchange membrane (Neosepta CMX) surface. During the initial scale formation, the performance of the process and membrane characteristics did not show significant changes, except the decrease in limiting current density of the CMX membrane occurring due to increase in the salt concentration in the concentrate compartment. Eventually, the limiting current density of the fouled CMX membrane dropped significantly to $300\;A/m^2$ as water dissociation occurred in the CMX membrane. It was concluded that the fouling was caused mainly by the scale formation on the cation exchange membrane surface in the concentrate and consequent water dissociation. Also the scale formation was reasonably predicted by the solubility of $CaSO_4$.

  • In this paper the novel operation method of concentration winding BLDC motor of air conditioner compressor to improve efficiency is proposed.. Because it demands generally the need of more confidential sensorless operation, it Is hard to apply to three phases - three excited operation by reason of intricate calculations. In order to improve the defects of 120 degrees electrical conduction method, a novel PW Pattern is proposed. Established three phases - two excited system on real load air conditioner is used in experiment.

IT화 대응 변압기 유지보수$\cdot$지원시스템

  • 최근 몇 년 사이 설비투자가 억제되어 고경년(高經年)변압기나 과부하로 운전조건이 어려워진 변압기가 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 기기의 운전신뢰성 유지와 정비$\cdot$보수를 위한 토털코스트의 삭감 요구가 제기되고 있다. 변압기의 운전신뢰성을 유지하기 위한 센서 및 장치는 점검$\cdot$순시의 지원, 이상징후의 검출은 물론 기기의 상태를 정확하게 파악함으로써 적절한 유지보수의 지원을 목적으로 하는 것이 제품화되어 있다. 이와 같은 변압기의 감시$\cdot$진단센서 기술과 IT(정보기술)를 이용한 IT화 대응 변압기 유지보수지원시스템을 개발하여 공장내의 실(實)변압기에 설치, 실용성을 확인하였다. 이 시스템은 기존의 광역네트워크를 사용하여 유지보수거점에 위치하면서 원격지의 변압기 운전상태와 감시$\cdot$진단정보를 필요에 따라 액세스할 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 유지보수거점에서는 기기감시서버내의 데이터와 화면을 임의로 액세스할 수 있고 유지보수정보의 공유화와 이상검출시의 유중가스센서의 기동, 부하시 탭전환장치(LTC)의 토크파형 표시에 의한 조기대응과 이상해석$\cdot$진단정도(精度)의 향상에 효과를 발휘할 수 있다. 시스템은 변압기의 중요성, 토털코스트에 맞추어 구축된다. 이 때문에 센서, 각 장치간의 데이터 전송에 대해서는 온라인, 오프라인 및 각종 I/F를 준비하여 시스템의 선택성$\cdot$확장성을 고려토록 하고 있다. 차후 IT화 대응 유지보수지원시스템이 변압기 운전신뢰성 유지와 유지보수코스트 삭감에 효과를 발휘할 것으로 기대한다.

  • This paper describes a daily operation scheduling of cogeneration systems using Genetic Algorithm. The simulation was performed in the case of bottoming cycle. The efficiency of cogeneration system which has nonlinear characteristic is obtained by the least square method based on the real data of industrial cogeneration system. In this paper, Genetic Algorithm is coded as a vector of floating point representation which can reduce computation time and obtain high precision The simulated results show that the genetic algorithm can be efficiently applied to establish the operation scheduling.
