Over the past five years, the number of patients with sleep disorders has increased by about 250,000 from 840,000 in 2017 to 1.09 million in 2021. In addition, sleep disorder is a factor that causes dementia risk factors, and furthermore, the population with sleep disorder is a very important policy issue in terms of stable health insurance financial management in the future in terms of national health management in the super-aging trend. Therefore, this study aims to establish an efficient treatment environment in medical institutions responsible for the current status of polysomnography and effective reimbursement policies for the recently increasing population with sleep disorders, and appropriate sleep management policies for future sleep disorders through correct implementation. We are trying to find out the actual condition and improvement plan through interviews with related organizations and experts.

Engineering's work area for plants is a technical area that directly affects productivity, performance, and quality throughout the lifecycle from planning, design, construction, operation and disposal. Using the different types of data that occur to make decisions is important not only in the subsequent process but also in terms of cyclical cost reduction. However, there is a lack of systems to manage and analyze these integrated data. In this paper, we developed a knowledge base-based plant engineering analysis platform that can manage and utilize data. The platform provides a knowledge base that preprocesses previously collected engineering data, and provides analysis and visualization to use it as reference data in AI models. Users can perform data analysis through the use of prior technology and accumulated knowledge through the platform and use visualization in decision-support and systematically manage construction that relied only on experience.

In modern times, damage caused by the spread of the Internet has become very diverse. In particular, due to the craze of K-pop since 2008, the damage caused by copyright infringement in the domestic and international music markets has become the biggest problem in the Internet market. However, the manpower of the police and copyright protection agencies to solve these increasingly intelligent crimes is insufficient. Therefore, we are trying to find out the role of the public interest detective as a supplementary force for the public authority and as a substitute for the copyright protection agency that can provide legitimate help for victims in the prevention of music copyright infringement and disputes. For this study, first, the concept and types of music copyright, the concept of public interest detectives, the current status and system of music copyright were identified, and the role of detectives for music copyright protection was explored through system operation and status analysis of protection agencies and literature review. Through the results of this study, it is hoped that the role of a professional detective in the public interest dimension of music copyright protection can be a good soil for the development of the detective industry in the future.

The world has rapidly become culturally diverse, and Korea has gradually grown into a multicultural society, mainly due to marriage immigrants and foreign laborers, whose number exceeds over one million nationally. Their adjustment and acculturation in Korea, however, dose'nt seem painless and untroubled, and public libraries are in duty to provide multicultural service for these population. Providing useful services on the homepage makes it possible for users to find the information they need without having to visit the actual library. A more detailed research will be conducted by examining the multicultural services provided by the public libraries in Australia, Canada, the United States, and Japan, the leading multicultural societies. The further examination will be conducted on these libraries in terms of four aspects, that is, information, literacy, education, and culture, as declared by Public Library Menifesto. In Korea, translation and interpretation services, homework help, child literacy are necessary services at the public library, Management of independent multicultural site, shared services between Regional Central Library and Community Public Library, cooperation with libraries, government and organization will be helpful to multicultural library services.

This paper strives to shed a light on current academic resource sharing initiatives, and seeks the measure for the cooperative information resource management. It first attempts to draw outcomes and suggestions on the basis of issues and implications identified through the analyses in the aspects of management, service, and infrastructure of academic resource sharing in other countries. For this job, research methods such as interviews and on/offline literature review are employed. Specific projects to be analyzed via literature and web site review, although not detailed in nature, are National Technical Information Service(NTIS) and The National Science Digital Library(NSDL) in the United States, Intute of United Kingdom, and Australian Research Repositories Online to the World(ARROW) of Australia. Next, the paper discusses such an issue as the orientation of national level academic resource sharing initiatives based on the comparison of characteristics of current academic resource sharing project. For this, a thorough comparison on background, outlines and characteristics of the projects and analysis on the specifics of each project were conducted as well.

2010년부터 2019년까지 지난 10년간 한국의 ODA 현황을 규모와 유형 측면에서 살펴보면, 양자 간 원조 중 유·무상원조 비중은 큰 변동 없이 OECD DAC 회원국의 평균을 밑돌고, 다자 간원조는 21~31% 수준을 유지하고 있다. 프로젝트 원조가 꾸준히 가장 큰 비중을 차지하며 사회 인프라 및 서비스 분야에서 가장 많은 사업이 추진되고 있다. 특히, 수자원과 위생 부문은 사회 인프라 및 서비스 분야에서 보건(33%)과 교육(25%)에 이어 가장 높은 비중(19%)을 차지하고 있다(10년 누계, 약정 기준). 2020년 7월, 현 정부는 '개발 협력을 통한 코로나19 회복력 강화 프로그램(Agenda for Building resilience against COVID-19 through development cooperation, 일명 ABC 프로그램)'을 발표하고, 개도국의 경제·사회 회복력 강화를 위하여 기존 ODA 사업에 ICT와 친환경 사업 요소를 접목한 디지털 및 그린뉴딜 ODA 사업을 적극 발굴, 추진하겠다고 밝혔다. 지난 10년간, 한국과 가장 많은 다자 간 원조를 추진한 지역개발은행(36%)과 세계은행그룹(35%)에서도 코로나19와 같은 위기극복하기 위한 뉴노멀로서 환경 사업의 비중을 높이고 있다. 예컨대, 아시아개발은행은 코로나19에 대응하기 위한 도시 차원의 단·중기 행동 계획으로 도시 상하수도 시설의 지속적인 원활한 운영과 필수적인 물, 위생, 보건(WaSH) 서비스 제공을 최우선적인 조치로 발표하였다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 한국의 ODA 정책 방향을 검토하고 국제사회의 추진 동향을 분석하여 향후 한국이 특화하고 경쟁력을 가질 수 있는 환경 분야의 ODA 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과는 ODA를 통해 해외 진출을 도모하는 민간기업과 국력 향상의 수단으로써 ODA를 적극적으로 활용하겠다는 기조를 지닌 새 정부의 ODA 전략 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The study aimed to investigate the current status and policy issues of senior clubs, focusing on the senior employment programs in South Korea. The current status of senior clubs was reviewed based on their legal basis, organization, project type, finance, project performance, and operational difficulties(low revenue yields, high labor intensity and low wages, lack of funding, weakness in provision of a legal basis, etc.). The policy directions of such clubs were also defined as follows: (1) establishment of the role of senior clubs(a local senior center of job creation projects, an execution entity of business senior employment programs matching the regional characteristics, and a center for community change through the promotion of awareness of the problems of and related to the elderly and through empowerment of the elderly); (2) improvement of the quality of jobs(need-based and sustainable job creation, quality improvement in education, improvement of the elderly practitioners' working conditions, and collaboration and partnerships among the public-private sectors); and (3) legislation and amendment of senior employment programs.

The purpose of this study is to measure the utilization of a day care service and service quality by SERVQUAL model, also to discuss policy implications based on this. The data analysis is conducted with 208 users of a day care service in Deajeon metropolitan city, Chungnam and Chungbuk area. The analysis result is as follows. First, it shows positive definiteness on tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy in all categories because perceived level is higher than expectations. Perceived level after using the service is more highly rated than expectations before using it by most of seniors who use the service. Second, service quality is examined in accordance with demographic characteristics, but the difference is not statistically significant. Third, examining service quality in terms of characteristics of centers, it shows statistically significant difference in perceived level depending on management type of location, a number of provided programs per week, and the size of a facility and in expectations depending on established institution. Forth, as a result of examining service quality in accordance with characteristics of service users, there is no meaningful difference statistically.

기존 IoE 환경에서 수집데이터는 특정 서비스를 위한 도메인 지식과 연계되어 서비스를 제공한다. 하지만 수집되는 데이터의 유형이 다양하고, 정적인 지식베이스가 상황에 따라 동적으로 변화하는 IoE 환경에서는 기존의 지식베이스 시스템을 통하여 원활한 서비스를 제공할 수 없었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 IoE 환경에서 발생하는 대용량/실시간성 데이터를 시맨틱으로 처리하여 공통 도메인 지식베이스와 연계하고 기존의 지식베이스 추론 방법과 기계학습 기반 지식 임베딩 기법을 통하여 지식 증강을 유기적으로 진행하는 빅시맨틱 시스템을 제시한다. 제시한 시스템은 IoE 환경의 멀티모달(정형, 비정형) 데이터를 수집하고 반자동적으로 시맨틱 변환을 수행하여 도메인 지식베이스에 저장하고, 시맨틱 추론을 통해 지식베이스를 증강 시키며 증강된 지식베이스를 포함한 전체 지식베이스를 정형 및 반정형 사용자 쿼리를 통해 지식정보를 사용자에게 제공한다. 또한, 기계학습 기반 지식 임베딩 기법을 통해 학습·예측을 함으로써, 기존의 지식베이스를 증강하는 기능을 수행한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 시스템은 공장내의 에너지 정보를 수집하여 공정 및 설비 상태 및 운영정보를 바탕으로 실시간 제어를 통한 에너지 절감 시스템인 공장 에너지 관리 시스템의 기반 기술로 구현될 예정이다.

With the advancement of the internet, the use of personal information in online interactions has increased, underscoring the significance of data protection. Breaches of personal data due to unauthorized access can result in psychological and financial damage to individuals, and may even enable wide-ranging societal attacks aimed at those associated with the victims. In response to such threats, there is active research into security measures using blockchain to safeguard personal information. This study proposes a system that uses middleware and IAM (Identity and Access Management) services to protect personal information in a BaaS (Blockchain as a Service) environment where blockchain is provided via the Internet. The middleware operates on servers where IAM roles and policies are applied, authenticates users, and performs access control to allow only legitimate users to access blockchain data existing in the cloud. Additionally, to understand the impact of the proposed personal information protection method on the system, we measure the response time according to the time taken and the number of users under three assumed scenarios, and compare the proposed method and research related to personal information protection using blockchain in terms of security characteristics such as idea, type of blockchain, authentication, and confidentiality.
