In this paper, I survey the actual condition of management of EIMS(Educational Information Management System) which have been used at the elementary, middle and high school. I investigate of the opinion of school personnel for the effect of EIMS. I specially research on the effect and problem of NEIS. The research method which I used is a questionnaire. After I divide the school into the city and the suburban, into the NEIS model school and the other school. I sample school personnels. The collecting data is analyzed by the frequency, percentage, cumulative percentage, and chi-square test. In this paper, I survey the actual condition, the effect and the problem of management of EIMS and propose a improvement measure. I hope a improvement measure which I propose in this paper helps them to manage the EIMS in the further.

This study covers the basic information of the small libraries nationwide, holding materials, facilities/equipment, human resources, budget, usage/users, and service etc. The survey is divided into 4 steps to produce accurate statistical data and analyze it. As a result, total 3,349 small libraries meet the criteria of the Library Act in 2010. Their holding materials, facilities/equipment, human resources, budget, usage, service program are lack of providing the knowledge information and reading culture service, which is defined in the Library Act. In particular, the majority of small libraries(80%) are in poor condition to operate library facilities/equipment, budget, and their operation. This study proposes some suggestions to overcome the poor condition and to make small libraries prosperous in the near future.

본 고는 성남병원 최염이사장의 연세대학교보건대학원 학위논문으로 정부에서 국민의료의 균점을 위해 추진중인 민간지역병원운영실태의 전반적인 특성과 근본적 문제점을 중심으로 병원운영의 제도적 발전방향을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구서는 51개 민간지역병원중 현재 개원한 38개병원을 대상으로 실태조사표, 설문서 및 자문을 통한 자료에 의한 것으로 결론적으로 정부가 국민에 평등한 의료혜택을 부개하고자 설립한 민간지역병원은 시행 2차년도를 맞는 현실에 있어 도출된 문제점에 의해 운영난에 봉착하고 있음을 나타내고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 투자를 통해 건립된 민간지역병원의 성공적인 정착과 국민의료의 균점시혜를 위해서는 본계획의 면밀한 재검토와 이에따른 제도적 보완이 뒤따라야 한다며 이에 관한 세세한 문제점을 제시하고 있는데 본 지는 병원운영 발전에 도움을 주고자 이를 전호에 이어 게재하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the actual status of the math after-school program in the elementary school and the content of the program. We survey the 115 math external math lecturers of the 100 elementary schools in Busan and analyze the results. Research questions are set as follows. 1. What is the status of the elementary math after-school? 2. How is the content of the program of the elementary math after-school? The results of the survey are analyzed as follows. First, any of the external math after-school lecturer did not major in math education and 87% of them majored in another discipline. Second, 47% of the external math after-school lecturers are employed by privately-held companies. Third, 64.4% of the content of the after-school programs is the supplement and deepening of the regular math class. Fourth, 76.5% of the time of the first class of the math after-school program is 50 minutes and 46% of the math after-school opens 5 classes per a week. Fifth, most programs consist of the problem-solving style class. Sixth, it is difficult to run the math after-school according to students' level and grade. Based on the above discussion, I suggest the following. First, math after-school class should be the action-oriented class to motivate the positive and interested participation of the students. Second, lecturer training and various math class programs is required to improve the quality of the math after-school class.

The purpose of this study is to investigate operating practices of human resources nourishing institutions and analyze the degree of satisfaction to the e-learning learners in Busan. This study adopted a questionnaire method in research of 70 human resources nourishing institutions and 758 e-learning learners in Busan area for empirical analysis. Techniques used in analyzing data was frequency analysis. SPSS for windows programs were applied in the analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, it is found that there is a widespread affirmative perceptions in the fields of both operating practices and satisfaction on e-learning. Second, however, it is also found that more efforts needed to be made in some areas such as method for effective e-learning and the management of programs, and more concerns should be need to the age group of fifty-over. These groups are short of understanding and acceptance of e-learning environment.

IMF이후 건설 물량은 감소하고 있는 경향이나 재해율은 그다지 감소하지 않고 있고 여전히 중대재해는 계속 발생하고 있는 추세이며, 건설업체에서는 안전관리에 대한비용을 더욱 아끼려 하고 있어 비용절감을 위해 재해예방을 위한 안전시설 비용이나 안전활동 비용을 투자하지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 중·소규모 건설현장 안전점검의 실태를 조사 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 효율적 운영방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다 현행 안전점검의 실태조사를 위하여 안전점검의 관계담당자인 전국의 노동부 지방노동관서 근로감독관, 한국산업안전의 각 지역본부 및 지도원 기술직원, 안전점검대상 건설현장 관계자에게 각각 설문 조사지를 배부하여 실태를 조사하고 분석하였으며, 또한 노동부의 최근 년도인 1999년, 2000년도의 재해발생통계 및 안전점검실적 자료, 대한건설협회의 최근 년도별 건설공사 수주금액, 공사규모별 현황 및 외국의 건설현장 안전점검사례를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이러한 실태조사 등 수집된 자료분석 및 각종 참고문헌 연구를 통하여 안전점검의 대상현장을 선정하는 기준과 위반사항에 대한 행정 및 사법조치 기준에 대한 문제점을 제시하고 이러한 문제점에 대하여 효율적인 개선대책을 제시하였다.

Integrated operation schools were introduced to Korea in 1998 with an operation of eight schools, and their number has now increased to 106 and is still growing. Although various problems have been pointed out in research on integrated operation schools over the past two decades, these have not been reflected today. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to comprehensively summarize the concepts, backgrounds, recent status, types, etc. of the integrated operation school and to present its problems in terms of curriculum, teacher management, student management, operation and management of educational facilities, and law and policy through literature review and to propose measures for improvement. This allowed us to compare the concerns of the integrated operation school with the results of the actual research and organize improvement measures.
