Projects applying the CDM methodology AM0035 of the $SF_6$ Emission Reductions in Electrical Grids should provide direct monitoring of all the key parameters that are related to estimation of baseline and project emissions including detailed explanations of key operating conditions and procedures, and an explanation addressing uncertainty as the result of EB meeting 41. Through this study, recovery ratio during maintenance, purity of $SF_6$ before and after disposal, replacing, loss rate of $SF_6$ before and after reclamation, leakage emission from electricity consumption and fossil fuel combustion, considered conservatively the key parameter of various monitoring. Consequently, confirmed the reduction in the amount of reduction due to the baseline emission decrease, project emission increase.

항공분야 산업은 기계/전자/소재/정보통신 등 첨단과학기술이 유기적으로 융합되어 운영되는 대표적인 IT융합산업이다. 특히, 항공기에서 IT기반 기술이 융합되어 적용되는 곳은 조종사의 성공적인 임무수행을 위한 항공기에 탑재된 응용 소프트웨어와 항공전자장비들로 구성된 항공 임베디드 시스템이다. 항공 임베디드 시스템은 항공기의 성능과 직결되고 신규 개발 및 성능 개량 시 필수적으로 개발해야하는 시스템 종속적인 1차 시스템과 시스템 독립적이며 국내외 부품시장에서 구매 가능한 서브시스템인 2차 시스템으로 나눌 수 있다. 최근 기간산업에 IT 활용 비중이 점차 높아짐에 따라 IT가 기간산업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 핵심 요소로 부상하고 있으나, IT산업은 성장이 점차 둔화되고 있는 실정이다. 지식경제부는 이에 따라 기간산업의 경쟁력을 높이고 IT기반 융합신산업을 창출하기 위해 5대 IT융합 신 산업 창출과제를 발표했다. 5대 과제중의 하나인 국방전력 극대화 사업으로 우리 기술로 개발한 초음속 고등훈련기인 T-50에 탑재되는 임베디드 소프트웨어 및 컴퓨터를 국산화하고 있다. 본 사업으로 비행운용프로그램, 실시간 운영체제, 미들웨어, 임무컴퓨터 및 무장관리컴퓨터 등이 순조롭게 개발될 경우 전량수입에 의존하고 있는 T-50의 1차 시스템을 100% 국산화할 수 있을 것으로 기대되며 수입대체 효과와 유지보수비용 절감으로 약 2조원의 부가가치 창출이 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 현재 개발을 진행하고 있는 항공 임베디드 시스템에 대하여 알아본다.

When a cyclotron produces $^{18}F^-$, accelerated protons interact with metal parts of the cyclotron machine and induces radioactivity. Especially, the target window and chamber of the target assembly are the main parts where long-lived radionuclides are generated as they are incident by direct beams. It is of great importance to identify radionuclides induced in the target assembly for the safe operation and maintenance of a cyclotron facility. In this study, we analyzed major radionuclides generated in the target assembly by an operation of the Cyclotron 18/9 machine and measured dose rates after the operation to establish the radiation safety guideline for operators and maintenance personnel of the machine. Gamma spectroscopy with HPGe was performed on samples from the target chamber and Havar foil target window to identify the radionuclides generated during the operation for production of $^{18}F^-$- isotope and their specific activity. Also, the dose rates from the target were measured as a function of time after an operation. These data will help improve radiological safety of operating the cyclotron facilities.

In order to solve the problems of maintenance and security for information-infrastructure, public organizations and some of leading companies adopted Server Based Computing(SBC) infrastructure. The effectiveness and possibility of SBC has become focused with the Cloud-Computing infrastructure, which is a extended concept of SBC, as it is being magnified as a main part among the internet business models for the next generation. The purpose of this study was to analyze its probability in elementary and secondary school and find out its effectiveness. In order to do this, three model schools have been selected from GyeongBuk, ChungNam, ChungBuk province and they were managed by SBC infrastructure. And We conducted analysis of satisfaction for teachers and students, interview with teachers and classroom observation as a effectiveness verification. As the results of the analysis, First, we can find out which part we should consider more when we are to adopt SBC infrastructure. Second, the level of satisfaction for teachers is 3.45 and students is 3.2. Therefore, this study was concluded to contribute to find directions what should be considered when setting the SBC infrastructure in elementary and secondary schools.

기존 네트워크상에서의 라우터나 스위치와 같은 중간 노드들에서 단순히 패킷의 헤더만을 처리하는 수동적인 기능을 개선하여, 사용자가 패킷 내에 프로그램 코드와 데이터를 함께 전송하고 중간노드에서는 필요한 프로세스를 처리할 수 있는 차세대 네트워크를 액티브 네트워크라 한다. 지금까지의 액티브 네트워크 기술 현황을 볼 때 네트워크 관리는 표준화된 관리 구조를 가지고 있지 않으며, 대부분의 연구들이 액티브 노드에 중점을 두고 있으며, 네트워크 내의 트래픽 제어나 성능 향상을 위한 네트워크 관리 구조에 대한 연구는 아직 미흡한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 수동적 네트워크와의 연동 및 서로 다른 액티브 네트워크와의 상호 운영을 고려한 액티브 네트워크 관리 시스템의 Infrastructure를 디자인하였다. 본 논문에서 디자인한 액티브 네트워크 관리 시스템의 모델을 기초로 하여 보다 효율적이고, 유지 보수 및 다른 네트워크와의 통합 관리가 용이한 시스템 구성을 구현할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

네트워크를 기반으로 한 인터넷의 급속한 발전은 개인간의 관계뿐만 아니라, 기업간의 업무 내역에 있어서도 많은 영향을 주었으며, 기존 기업간 문서 교환 시스템의 표준으로 활용되어 오던 독자적인 VAN망을 이용한 전통적 방식의 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) 역시 많은 변화를 가져 왔다. 전통적 방식의 EDI가 기업 간 거래 수행을 할 수 있도록 '표준 포맷'으로 된 기업 거래 문서를 컴퓨터로 상호 통신한다는 EDI의 기본적인 개념에 충실하며 정확한 데이터 전송 및 보안이 가능한 장점에도 불구하고, 초기 구축비용 과다와 패쇄적인 구조로 인하여 시스템 확장에 어려움이 있으며, 또한 유지 보수 및 운영에도 지속적인 추가 비용이 소요되는 단점을 함께 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위와 같은 전통적 방식의 EDI 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 컨테이너터미널과 선사간의 EDI를 이용한 메시지 송ㆍ수신 업무를 지난 2001년 8월 정부에서 기업간 전자 거래를 위한 데이터 교환 모델로서 권고한 ebXML 프레임워크를 이용하여 ebXML기반 EDI시스템으로 구현하였다.

Recently, new appliances have become built-in ethernet Port but most of the old devices have serial port. So, it complicates and needs long time to maintain at a long distance. It can only controllable and fixable using modem. In this paper, we developed an embedded STEP converter within Linux operating system and other application software so that serial devices(PBX) can control in the ethernet network After completion of development processes, test was conducted. In the remote places, it was connected the STEP converter and controled the serial PBX. Finally, we confirmed that it can apply to other equipments.

항로표지시설(Aids to Navigation, AtoN)은 항해하는 선박의 안전 및 효율적인 항해를 위하여 설치 운영되는 것으로 현재 우리나라는 총 4,722기의 항로표지시설을 해양수산부 산하 해사안전국 항로표지과를 중심으로 해양수산부장관 소속으로 11개의 지방해양수산청을 두고 항로표지시설 설치 유지 및 보수관련 업무를 수행하고 있다. 그러나 각 직무에 대한 명확한 업무분석이 이루어지지 않고 지방청별 관리해역을 기준으로 항로표지시설을 관리하고 있어 실질적인 업무 상 어려움이 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 항로표지시설을 인적요소와 물적요소로 구분하여 전체 항로표지시설 관리체계의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 업무량 기반의 항로표지시설 관리 인적요소 체계를 구성하고, 이를 통한 거점등대 중심의 효율적인 물적요소 관리체계 구축하고자 한다.

기존의 홈 자동화 시스템은 유선 전화망을 이용하여 사용자는 집으로 전화를 걸어 안내방송에 따라 서비스 코드를 입력하는 방식이었다. 하지만 이러한 음성 제어 방식은 사용자가 서비스 코드를 인식해야 하는 경우 주위 환경이나 통화 상태에 따라 사용이 불편할 수 있고 신뢰도가 떨어질 수 있으며 유지 보수적인 면에서 확장성이 낮은 단점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 WAP을 이용한 무선 홈 자동화 제어 시스템을 소개하며 이 시스템은 WAP 서비스를 이용하여 집안의 가전기기를 제어하거나 기기의 상태 정보 등을 사용자의 무선 핸드폰으로 전달해 주는 시스템이다. 즉, 무선인터넷 프로토콜인 WAP을 이용하여 시각적으로 사용자에게 시스템 정보를 전달해 주도록 했으며, 운영체제가 포팅(porting)된 임베디드 시스템을 사용함으로써 홈 자동화 제어 시스템이 쉽게 확장 가능하도록 설계 및 구현하였다.
