In the circumstances which a highly reliable operation in electric power facilities of extra high voltage and large capacity is needed, the importance of a preventive diagnostic technology is growing large day and day. The settlement of a preventive diagnostic technology for optimization and efficient management on the electric power facilities like GIS enable the reduce of repair fee, the improvement of safety and the systematic management of electric power facilities. The remaining life prediction of facilities will play a decisive role as a core technology of a preventive diagnostics in the future. And so it is necessary a continuous research and concern for the development of a preventive diagnostic technology hereafter.

The purpose of this research is possible to reduce cost of management and maintenance to realization of smartphone and using data server network technology instead of GPS. Former wireless bus information system was focused on supply side management structure and national spread thus it needs to establish GPS terminal, Windows CE, Window XP embedded and LCD panels which provide only one way communication of information of public traffic information. Therefore, former system management and maintenance cost are very expansive. This research is not use GPS terminal and other hardware equipment but design and realization using smartphone and data network server. This system also provides low cost of management and maintenance. It is not only service downtown area but also out of town and small and medium-sized cities. This system functionally gets a satisfying result user convenience and satisfaction using function of set-up route map, real-time display, and running statically analysis.

가상화 기반 기술이란 단일 서버의 자원을 다수의 정보시스템이 서로 나누어 사용할 수 있는 기술이다. 본 논문에선 현재 운영되고 있는 서버에 대하여 유지 보수 계약 등의 원가 절감 및 고 사양 HW를 제공한다. 그리고 다양한 가상화 솔루션 제공 및 발전(안정성, 고가용성)에 대해 알아본다. 통합 및 가상화 구성시 비용절감 및 효율성 극대화를 위한 표준화된 설계 방법론이 필요하다.

국내 시스템 구축(System Integration) 및 유지보수(System Maintenance) 사업은 긴 사업 기간과 함께 하나의 사업을 다양한 업체와 함께 협력하여 개발을 하며 운영되고 있다. 이 중 대형 IT서비스업체는 컨설팅 및 제안을 통해 고객의 업무와 요구사항을 파악하며, 프로젝트를 이끌기 위해 방법론을 적용하여 사업 체계 관리 및 운영을 주로 담당한다. 그런데 이와 같은 관리 위주의 사업을 진행함으로써 임직원들의 개발 역량 부족 문제가 발견되고, 이것은 시스템에 대한 이해도 부족으로 다양한 업체와 협력하는데 있어 커뮤니케이션 문제로 직결되어 시스템의 품질 및 결함에 영향을 주기 때문에 이에 대한 대책 및 예방활동이 필요하다. 또한, 작은 국내 시장에서는 이미 경쟁이 심화 되어 포화 되었으며, 대부분의 IT서비스기업은 SI사업에서 솔루션사업으로 변모하기 위해 노력 중이고 국내 시장에서 해외 시장으로 눈을 돌리고 있으므로 직원들에 대한 기술 역량이 시급한 실정이다. 이와 같은 상황에 기업은 준비가 미흡할 뿐만 아니라 해당 활동을 수행하기 위한 필요한 지식 및 방법을 익히는데 어려움이 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상황을 극복하기 위해 대형 IT서비스업체에서 진행된 개발역량강화 학습조직 적용 사례에 대해 소개를 하고, 이에 대한 효과 검증을 해보고자 한다.

The aim of this study is for performing the efficient and systematic facility maintenance management by using 2D CAD data and the technique of updating spatial DB. The existing system of the facility maintenance management and the performance is not properly made out utilizing the information about the construction drawings. Moreover, the management of the DB renewal, which is about the information of construction drawing, is not carried out properly Furthermore, this study draw the conclusion on the effectiveness of reducing maintaining active by the lack of the interior and exterior location information. This study suggest the method of the efficient maintenance management of facilities by using the technique of updating spatial DB and the facility location information.

The 10,876 school buildings(year 2006) including elementary, junior high and high schools have been operated and the number of school buildings will increase with BTL(Build Transfer Lease) projects. However, as population is expected to decrease rapidly with low birth rate, it needs to pay more attention to managing existing school buildings. The present maintenance and management system is not being operating with regular plans but with making repairs when if problem happens. Therefore, in this study I will propose a new maintenance and management system which will improve the process of maintenance and management works and reflect the needs of related officials in charge of with analyzing a present maintenance and management system through making research into documents and questionnaires. It enables to simplify maintenance and management work, to manage budget with transparency and to make better communication between each work so that it promotes efficiency of maintenance and management work.

With the rapid development of the Internet, public agencies and private companies introduced 'IT outsourcing in order to maintain and repair the information systems. Also they have utilized the SLA in order to manage it. Although IT outsourcing as a way to promote effective SLA are being introduced, the introduction of service level agreements or those introduced universal effectiveness did not demonstrate in the public agencies. The importance of outsourcing in the information systems is growing, but the increase in size of the business information, IT technology diversification, expansion of information between systems interconnection, information system operating and maintenance costs with the increase of information systems to streamline operations, increase the need for versatility is growing gradually. In this paper we investigates IT outsourcing in public agencies as a way to promote effective service level agreement(SLA) with the introduction and consideration, and through the application of SLA mutual customers and IT service organizations make a clear point of management and IT service levels and IT services for improved mind and strengthen the effectiveness of preventive activities can be seen.

본 시스템은 대학에 맞는 전공과목 연계 및 검색 시스템을 설계하고 구현하는데 목적을 두었다. 우선 웹 상에서 전공과목 검색이 가능하도록 구현하여 사용자 (user)가 전공선택의 편의를 도모하고, 관리자가 유지보수가 용이하도록 하여 대학교육환경 변화에 즉시 대응할 수 있도록 하기 위해 최대한 동적인 문서가 되도록 하였다. 또한 본 시스템은 각 대학의 운영방침에 맞는 시스템을 개발하고 관리자가 향후에 갱신이 용이하도록 하였다. 본 시스템은 ASP를 이용한 전공과목 연계 및 검색 시스템을 기능면에 중점을 두고 설계하였다. 시스템에 메인화면을 두어 사용자 및 관리자 화면을 두어 구성하였다. 사용자는 검색을 통해 관련과목에 대한 정보와 인접과목에 대한 정보를 동적으로 정확하게 받을 수 있게 하였고, 관리자는 로그인 화면을 통해 인증을 받도록 하여 데이터베이스에 대한 관리기능을 가질 수 있게 하였다.

매일 밤 어두운 골목길을 비춰주는 보안등은 가로등, 공원등 등과 함께 우리의 일상생활에 있어서 없어서는 안 될 중요한 전등기구이다. 따라서 한등만 꺼져도 민원이 발생해 대부분의 지방자치단체들은 전담 유지관리보수팀 및 기동팀을 운영하는 실정이다. 현재 주종을 이루고 있는 등은 150w 나트륨등. 이 등을 고효율 삼파장램프로 교체하여 연간 소요되는 막대한 에너지비용을 절감하고 민원도 줄일 목적으로 보안등 ESCO사업을 실시하는 곳이 있다. 기존에 보안등을 자체자금으로 바꾼 지자체는 있었지만 대규모 ESCO사업으로 실시하는 곳은 전주시에 이어 순천시청이 두번째다. 앞으로의 파급효과가 기대된다.

생산 현장에서 기기의 운영과 관리는 제품의 품질 및 기업의 수익성과 직결된다. 그러나 정상적인 작동을 하고 있는 시스템에서 고장의 시점과 고장의 종류를 예측하기 곤란하며 따라서 잔여 가동 시간이 얼마인지도 예측하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 산업용 기계, 공정과 의료기기 등 신뢰성이 요구되는 Brushless DC 모터의 상태 변화의 추이를 관찰하여 진단의 특징점으로 사용한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 상태천이 모텔은 고장의 시점과 고장의 종류를 예측할 수 있으며 유지보수의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있다.
