Various methods using machine learning and big data have been applied to prevent failures in Data Centers. However, there are many limitations to referencing individual equipment-based performance indicators or to being practically utilized as an approach that does not consider the infrastructure operating environment. In this study, the performance indicators of individual infrastructure equipment are integrated monitoring and the performance indicators of various equipment are segmented and graded to make a single numerical value. Data pre-processing based on experience in infrastructure operation. And an ensemble of RRCF (Robust Random Cut Forest) analysis and Prophet analysis model led to reliable analysis results in detecting anomalies. A failure analysis system was implemented to facilitate the use of Data Center operators. It can provide a preemptive response to Data Center failures and an appropriate tuning time.

Global changeover to renewable energy is an inaugurate initiatives as one of the UN sustainable development goals. But the State alone can not achieve its goal, in particular, countries classified as bad governance. However, when the combination of innovative public-private partnerships including technology and operational innovation can be made, it can provide with rural remote villages of developing countries with more sustainable environment. In other words, we tried to show examples of success in energy supply by reducing costs and increasing marketability through various partnerships(technological innovation benefits). Base on the question, this paper examines the cases of Steama.Co, Ewang'an in Kenya, and Grameen Shakti in Bangladesh, and analyzes the developmental effects of differences in partnership types.

본 논문에서는 지방행정혁신의 모델이 될 만한 외국기업 GE의 혁신 사례를 살펴보고, 충북도청에서 추진하는 브랜드사업에 GE 혁신 사례의 적용가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 기업과는 달리 행정기관은 비영리적 기관임에도 불구하고 운영 면에서 두 유형의 조직은 점차 비슷한 성격을 띄어가고 있는 데, 이러한 현상은 공히 고객 중심적 사고방식을 지향하고, 요즈음 CEO형 단체장이 각광을 받으며, 행정기관들도 점차 효과성/효율성을 중시하는 점 등에서 살펴볼 수 있겠다. 이러한 현상들이 행정혁신의 배경이 됨을 고려해 볼 때, 행정기관들은 이미 수백 년간 혁신을 추구해온 기업들로부터 많은 것을 배우고 참고할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄사업은 고용보험법과 근로자직업능력 개발법에 근거하여 고용보험기금을 재원으로 하여 운영되는 사업으로서 고용보험기금을 재원으로 하기 때문에 고용보험료를 납부하는 기업이나 교육생은 전액무료로 수강이 가능하나 경영진의 무관심과 근로자의 필요성 인식 저조, 시간 지리적 제약 등의 이유로 일부 분야에서는 어려움을 겪어 왔다. 본 연구에서 소개하는 사례는 보건산업 분야 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄사업을 운영하고 있는 한국보건복지인력개발원 사례이다. 한국보건복지인력개발원 역시 초기에는 기업의 참여도 저조 등으로 교육에 어려움을 겪었으나 조직혁신과 수요자 니즈 충족을 통해 급속한 성장과 성과를 내고 있다. 한국보건복지인력개발원은 컨소시엄사업을 수행하기 위해 기관 위상 제고 및 조직 안정화 노력을 하였고, 교육 참여기업 및 교육생 수요에 기반한 교육과정 개편, 사업 운영 조직 및 인프라 개편 등 사업 운영 혁신을 통해 교육확대 등 교육사업 성과향상의 결과를 보여주고 있다. 이에 본 혁신사례는 국가인적자원개발 컨소시업사업은 물론 정부지원 교육훈련사업 전반에도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In response to the recent rapid technological and market changes, the importance of the design of ambidextrous organization has been increasingly emphasized as one of the dynamic capabilities. Firms that show a high performance in the rapid technological and market changes appear to design and implement ambidextrous organization successfully. They have achieved both exploitative competence for continuous innovation with product development and exploratory competence for discontinuous innovation with new market and new technologies. We have examined why and how to design and operate ambidextrous organizations and the effects of ambidextrous organizational characteristics on the performance from structural, contextual and leadership perspectives. We conducted case studies on 3 Korean firms that showed different characteristics of industrial product, company size, etc. Longitudinal case studies exhibit different processes of design and operating ambidextrous organization according to innovative strategy and industrial characteristics.

본 연구는 미국의 지역시장의 전형이라고 할 수 있는 파머즈마켓(farmers market)에 대한 조사연구로서 선진국의 전통시장의 현대화 혁신사례를 벤치마킹하여 우리나라 재래시장의 현대화모델을 정립함에 있어서 시사점을 탐색하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷을 통한 자료검색을 통하여 미국 파머즈마켓(farmers market)에 현황과 운영 실태를 조사하여 정리하였다. 미국의 대표적인 파머즈마켓(farmers market)으로 Los Angeles의 Gilmore 파머즈마켓(farmers market)과 Seattle소재의 Pike Place Market을 중심으로 시장경영전략과 운영주체를 고찰하고 운영면에서 고객 중심적 편의성 제고를 통한 혁신사례를 소개한다.

주변국들의 군사혁신 추세는 현존하는 북한의 위협과 함께 한반도 주변의 안보환경을 매우 불안정하게 하고 있다. 우리는 주변강국의 군사혁신 추세를 대칭적으로 따라잡기는 어려우므로, 작지만 정보화, 과학화, 정예화된 당찬 군사력을 확보하고자 우리의 현 능력을 최대한 활용하여 정보통신 및 전장관리체제, 해상.해중.항공전력별 무기체계 발전, 부대구조의 재편성 및 전력운영개념의 발전분야를 중심으로 지혜로운 군사혁신을 추진해야 할 것이다.

기업 운영에 있어서 인적자원의 중요성이 강조되고 있고, 많은 기업들이 성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략으로 활용하고 있다. 기존의 연구들은 사업 운영과 관련하여 기업가정신의 중요성을 강조해왔다. 최근 들어 많은 기업들은 종업원들을 위해 일하기 좋은 근무환경 제공, 처우개선 등 다양한 방법을 활용하여 종업원들의 근무만족도를 높이고 이를 통해 기업성과를 향상시키기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 사람중심의 기업가정신은 기업의 성과를 향상시키는 중요한 요소이다. 기업은 급격한 환경변화에 잘 적응함으로써 기회를 포착하고 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 그러기 위해 기업의 관리자들은 조직 내에서 기업가적 리더십을 발휘하여 조직의 성장과 발전에 필요한 기회를 포착하고 활용해야 한다. 본 연구는 전통적인 사업 중심의 기업가정신 대신에 사람중심 기업가정신 그리고 기회를 활용하고 포착하는 기업가적 리더십의 선행연구 검토와 실증분석을 통해 이론적 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 조사대상을 창업기업과 비창업기업으로 구분하고 사람중심 기업가정신과 기업가적 리더십이 제조분야 중소기업의 양면적 혁신활동에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 중소기업의 경영성과 개선에 도움이 될 수 있는 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.
