경기도 삼남길은 조성부터 프로그램 운영까지 참여기관이 역할을 분담하여 협력하고 있다. 특히 참여기관이 지닌 특성을 집중시키고 협력체계를 강화함으로써 길 조성 단계부터 이후 프로그램 운영까지 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 삼남길의 성공적인 운영체제를 통해 도보길의 적절한 형태의 거버넌스를 도출하고 지속적이고 활발한 도보길 운영에 대한 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

교육전산망이 상용망 서비스 업체들에 위탁 운영되면서 각 대학은 자신의 교내 전산망을 다양한 방법으로 외부와 연결하여 사용하고 있다. 이런 환경하에서 대학들이 전산망 운영정책을 효과적으로 결정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 지원 체계가 거의 없다. 본 논문은 대학의 외부망 다원화에 따른 전산망 운영정책을 지원하는 종합 정보시스템 NMIS_U(Network Menagement Information System_University)를 소개한다. NMIS_U는 각 대학의 전산망에 적합한 운영정책 정보를 동적 차트를 통해 실시간으로 제공한다.

Purpose: In this study, the effect of the government's disaster response capabilities and the legal and institutional appropriateness of the disaster management system on the operational performance of disaster management performance were verified. Method: Questionnaire survey was performed for the fire officials, and the surveyed data was statistically analyzed by using SPSS 25.0 program. Result: The main results of this study are as follows. First, the government's earthquake disaster response capability is found to have a significant effect on disaster follow-up management as well as disaster prevention preparation, which is a factor in disaster management performance. Second, it has been shown that the legal and institutional appropriateness of the earthquake disaster management system has a significant impact on disaster follow-up management as well as disaster prevention preparation, which is a factor of disaster management performance. Conclusion: The important policy implications for improving the operation performance of disaster management could be obtained in preparation for earthquakes in Korea.

Institutional repository has been regarded as core facilities of research libraries to realize open access by collecting, preserving, distributing of intellectual asset what institution has created. In our country, many universities and research institutions are trying to introduce institutional repository system. But almost universities not only take the negative attitude to manage properly, but also never give basic training to staff members who take over institutional repository job. This study brightens up the current status of Korean training system and compares the British and Japanese cases what shows diverse advanced managing cases. Furthermore, by putting together demands of hands-on workers, suggest direction of future institutional repository staff training system. First, institutional repository staff training system has to suggest strategies to induce strong support from institution. Second, it has to give not only courses about content collecting and registering, but also practical training. Finally, the program for enhancing system management technology has to be provided, and the place where technical staffs can share their system information mutually has to be provided.

Many cities, recently, have convertedoptimized fixed-time control to adaptive traffic system in the control of their signalized traffic network. The expected benefit from the adaptive traffic system is its ability to constantly modify signal timing to most effectively accommodate changed traffic conditions. While the potential benefits from this control structure may be significant, few studies have compared the effect of implementing this method of signal control against other alternative signal control strategies, because it is too difficult to evaluate the efficiency of the real-time adaptive system. The objectives of this research are : to develop a microscopic simulator and to compare the effect at isolated intersections, corridors, and networks between the fixed signal timing plan and adaptive traffic signal system. This simulator will have allowed more sophisticated analysis techniques for the study of traffic control. Also, this research using this simulator evaluated a real-time traffic responsive signal system used in Seoul Korea

한국정보보호진흥원이 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률 제47조에 근거를 두고 시행하고 있는 정보보호관리체계(ISMS) 인증제도는 2002년 제도가 시행된 이후 현재까지 44개 기업이 인증을 취득하였다. 본 고에서는 그동안 인증취득기관의 정보보호관리체계(ISMS) 인증 심사과정에서 지적된 결함사례를 분석함으로써, 국내 중소, 대기업들이 정보보호관리체계를 수립하여 운영하는 과정에서 공통적으로 나타나는 결함사항을 정리하고, 향후 기업들이 정보보호관리체계를 수립하는 과정에서 중점적으로 고려해야 할 사항들이 무엇인지 고찰하고자 한다.
