Navigation Software for the various weapon systems has common functionalities which give the possibility of common use among them. SPL(Software Product Line) framework of the navigation software for weapon system refers to developing a standardized navigation software platform from common functionalities of navigation software, managing the standardized navigation software platform, and developing weapon system navigation software such as navigation software for missile, UAV(Unmanned Air Vehicle), submarine, and etc. from the standardized navigation software platform. In this paper, we propose SPL based navigation software development process, Integrated Development Environment and operational concept of SPL framework. The operational concept will be defined by specifying the role of every stake holders and their activity scenario. The Operational concept would be referenced to implement SPL for other domain through using with detail implementation guide.

영업비밀 관련 또는 특허문제로 소송이 빈번하게 발생하는 요즘 특허 전쟁에 있어서도 해당 정보를 적절하게 보호하고 유지하기 위한 특허정보 관리체계에 있어서의 정보보안은 매우 중요한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 보안사고가 발생했을 경우, 이에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안들에 대해 기업 전반에 걸쳐 인지될 필요성 또한 부각되고 있으며 이를 가능하게 해주는 방안으로 국제인증 기준이 떠오르고 있다. 각종 정보보호의 중요성에 따른 기업 관리시스템들이 이러한 인증체계를 도입 및 운영하고 있는 추세이며 이를 뒷받침 해주기 위해 특허법을 비롯하여 관련 컴플라이언스를 준수하기 위한 개인정보보호법(안전성 확보조치), 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률과 같은 정보보호 법률을 기준으로 제시할 수 있다. 사례 기업에서는 이 중 정보보호 국제인증의 대표격인 ISO27001을 바탕으로 현재 특허관련 기업에 필요한 정보보호관리체계를 정립 및 적용하였다. 해당 정보보호 관리체계는 특허관련 업무분장에서 주요하게 다루어지지 않았던 기술적, 관리적, 물리적 보안에 대한 부적합사항을 충족시키고 특허정보보호업무, 감사업무, 검사업무, 전산운영 등 분산된 업무를 일관된 업무로 통합하는 효과적인 관리체계가 될 수 있음을 제시하였다.

2023년 10월, 공통 취약점 평가체계의 신규 버전이 8년 만에 출시되었다. 공통 취약점 평가체계는 취약점의 심각도 점수 및 특성 정보를 제공하는 시스템으로, 취약점 관리활동의 바로미터로 활용되고 있다. 그러나 기존 공통 취약점 평가체계의 점수는 기반 시설에서의 실제 취약점 악용 가능성과의 불일치 및 운영 환경의 특성을 반영하지 못하는 한계점이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 미국 등을 비롯한 국외 기반시설의 취약점 정량화 평가체계 선행 연구 및 적용 현황등을 분석하고, 이번에 신규 출시된 공통취약점 평가체계의 주요한 변경사항을 다룬다. 더불어 국내 원자력 시설의 운영 특성을 반영하여 개발되고 있는 취약점 정량화 평가시스템에 대해 소개한다.

As the rapid increase of highway investments from Private sector the organizations of highway operator became diversified, and thus causing various unexpected problems. Highways invested by private capitals have different fare rates and managing systems. It is desirable to reduce drivers' inconvenience using more than two sections of highways spread over different jurisdictions. The main purposes of this research are i) data survey and problem statements ii) prediction of future problems and preparing appropriate countermeasures. This research are divided into two parts. They are management system and fare collection system. Major investigations of this study are as follows, optimum toll operation models depend on charging systems and interchange shapes of two interconnecting expressways. Assuming that the current payment and the new electronic payment system aye used concurrently for a while, some alternatives for the inter-operation to collect tolls ate suggested focusing on the efficiency to tollway corporations as well as convenience to drivers. The advantages and disadvantages of the alternatives, including their characteristics, are compared.

When two or more entities interact with each other as when they collaborate or communicate, the degree of correctness of the interactions is called interoperability. In software, the necessity of interoperability testing arises when we build a software system in which multiple interacting software entities are employed to perform the function or task of the system. These days as software is more and more being used to solve complex problems and through networking functions of software can be distributed to provide abundant services, the more the interoperability testing becomes important. This paper provides the framework and methodology for interoperability testing by discussing the fundamental concepts and principles that underlie interoperability and interoperability testing and the approaches for practicing interoperability testing.

자기 기업에 필요한 데이터를 통합된 데이터베이스 체계로 일관되게 관리하고 활용하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 전사차원에서 데이터베이스를 기획, 구축, 운영할 수 있는 통합된 데이터체계와 방법론이 필요하다. 이러한 데이터체계의 작정은 자신이 필요로 하는 데이터는 무엇이며, 그것이 어디에 활용되는지를 먼저 정의함으로써 가능하다.

전력거래소는 발전경쟁시장(CBP; Cost-Based Pool) 장기화에 따른 운영상의 효율성을 개선하고 기 개발된 시장운영시스템(MOS; Market Operation System)을 활용하여 급전체계를 개선하기 위해 준비중이다. 현행 급전체계에서는 거래 전일에 수행한 수요예측을 바탕으로 1시간 단위운영발전계획을 전일에 수립하고 EMS(Energy Management System)를 이용하여 발전기에 대한 경제부하배분(ED; Economic Dispatch)을 시행하고 있지만, 현 EMS는 시장체제 환경 전에 도입된 설비로 시장환경에 대한 고려가 되어 있지 않고 계통운영 보조서비스의 실시간 반영이 어려운 점이 있다. 전력거래소는 실시간 급전 운영을 위해 기존 EMS에 MOS를 연계하여 MOS의 5분 단위 수요예측량을 기반으로 송전망 제약과 예비력 요구량 등을 고려한 발전기별 경제부하 배분량 및 예비력 배분량을 결정하고, 추가적으로 EMS에서 수요예측 오차 및 주파수 보정량을 실시간으로 계산하여 발전기별로 배분하도록 함으로써, 1일 전 시행하던 급전계획을 취득 자료를 기반으로 5분 단위로 실시간 계산할 수 있도록 급전 체계를 개선할 계획이다. 이를 통해 실시간으로 에너지와 예비력을 동시에 최적화함으로 전력시장 및 전력계통 운영을 한층 선진화 할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였으며 또한 저비용 발전기 사용을 극대화함으로 발전비용의 절감에도 기여하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. MOS-EMS간 자료연계에는 ICCP(Inter-Control Communication Protocol)와 FTP 프로토콜을 사용하였고, 수차례 모의운영을 통하여 데이터베이스 및 현장 취득 자료의 정확도(accuracy)가 양 시스템 간 연계 및 전력 계통의 안정적 운영에 매우 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 전력거래소는 장기적으로 CIM(Common Information Model)기반의 표준 전력계통 데이터베이스를 구축하고 시스템 간 자료 연계를 위해 XML을 활용하여 시스템 간 상호 운영성(Interoperability)과 자료 연계의 안정성을 높일 계획이다. 본 논문은 MOS-EMS 연계에 따른 시스템 간 자료의 흐름 및 처리에 대해 주로 설명하고자 한다.
