과거의 오퍼레이팅업이 일단 깔고 보자는 식의 물량위주로 전개가 되었다면 현대는 무분별란 양적인 확대보다는 얼마나 운영효율을 살릴 수 있냐 하는 질적인 부분이 더욱 중시된다. 따라서 이를 높이기 위한 운영전략의 수립과 노하우 구축은 운영업의 성패를 좌우하는 핵심요인으로 작용한다. 본란에서는 이러한 운영효율 향상에 도움이 되고자 일본 전문서적을 참조, 자판기 오퍼레이팅에 관련된 몇가지 전문 정보를 게재했다.

Strategies have to be employed in information systems security in order to build and operate systems for information systems security in effective and structured manner. It is also essential for the entire organization to participate for successful implementation of the strategies and making them work. Current researches on information systems security strategy in organizations, however, have mainly been focused on deployment and operation of countermeasures based on strategic thinking and decision. In consequence, it is lack of research on overall frame for containing consideration factors required for moving and leading the whole enterprise for the holistic security purpose. Therefore, this paper proposes a framework for use in establishment of organization-wide information systems security strategies based on the concept of grand strategy from the traditional strategy research and on the four dimensional features of it.

중국의 황금기를 이끈 당 태종 23년의 정치 토론 기록인 '정관정요'에는 '창업은 쉬우나 수성은 어렵다'는 구절이 나온다. 이는 원래 국가를 세우고 다스리는 법도에 관한 이야기지만, 기업에도 같은 원리가 적용된다. 시장의 수많은 경쟁자를 제치고 고객의 선택을 받기 위해서는 목표 고객의 니즈를 잘 만족시킬 수 있는 서비스를 제공하고 그것을 목표 고객의 마음속에 효과적으로 포지셔닝해야 한다. 게다가 시장에서 계속 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해서는 차별화한 포지션을 유지하는 마케팅 전략이 필요하다. 중·소규모 건축사사무소의 경쟁력은 무엇이고, 과연 어떻게 운영을 해나가야 할까. 지난 12월 13일, '소규모 건축사사무소 운영자로서의 건축사'를 주제로 건축사 회관 국제회의실에서 좌담회가 열렸다. 홍성용 편집국장(건축사사무소 NCS lab)을 사회로 남기봉 건축사(남기봉 건축사사무소), 박우린 건축사(쿠쿠루쿠쿠 건축사사무소), 이관용 건축사(주.오픈스케일 건축사사무소), 이영재 건축사(주.건축사사무소 이인집단)가 참석한 가운데 올해 어려울 것으로 예상되는 기업환경에 대응하는 각자의 건축사사무소 경영전략에 대해 이야기를 나누는 자리가 마련됐다. 이날 중·소규모 건축사사무소의 제반 경영환경과 올해 어떠한 대비가 필요한지를 주제로, ▲비즈니스 마인드, 사업적 인식을 갖춘 건축사사무소 운영 방향 설정 ▲자기 어필, 흐름에 따른 전략적 마케팅의 필요성과 방법 등 올해 불확실한 경영환경을 맞아 사무소를 어떻게 운영할지에 대한 고민과 이야기를 나눴다.

우리나라에서는 2007년 "하천법"에 수문조사에 관한 사항이 규정되면서 다양한 수문조사시설의 확충을 통해 수문자료가 정기적으로 생산되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 점을 고려하여 그간의 단계별 IHP 대표시험유역의 운영 목적과 사례, 정책과 기술수요 변화 등을 검토하고, 시험유역의 운영 목적과 개념을 정립하여 우리나라를 대표할 수 있는 시험유역 과 운영 방안을 제안하였다. 다목적 통합적 개념의 시험유역으로 홍천강 유역을 선정하였으며, 특수 목적의 연구성과 확보를 위해 기관 시험유역인 고산-봉동(만경강), 용담 시험유역을 IHP 시험유역으로 선정하였다. IHP 시험유역으로 선정된 홍천강 유역은 자연친화적인 수문해석이 가능하기 때문에 물순환, 홍수/가뭄, 수자원조사 기술 개발 등의 다양한 연구성과가 도출될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 기관 시험유역의 운영을 통해 특수 목적을 가지는 연구성과도 확보될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 대표시험유역 운영 업무, 수문자료 생산기관과의 협력체계 구축, 기관 시험유역 운영기관과의 네트워크 구축, 자료 집대성을 위한 DB 구축 및 정보화, IHP 시험유역 운영기관의 역할 등을 IHP 대표시험유역 운영전략에 포함하여 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the relationship between supply chain flexibility(process flexibility and logistics flexibility) and competitive advantage strategy(cost, quality, lead time). To accomplish these purposes, the relationships among supply chain flexibility(process, logistics), competitive advantage strategy(cost, quality, lead time) were modeled based on the studies conducted in the various areas. In order to collect the related data the questionaries of 500 were distributed to the employees working at the manufacturing industry in the area of Gumi. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 for Windows. This study used the statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multi regression analysis. The results of the study show that process flexibility had positively significant effect on low cost strategy and high quality strategy and logistic flexibility have positively significant effect on delivery speed strategy. However, it was found that process flexibility did not have the significant effect on delivery speed strategy, and the logistic flexibility did not have the significant effect on low cost and high quality strategy. Thus, it is expected that each enterprise can maximize corporate strategies by applying different flexibility strategy depending on the competitive advantage strategy.

Recently, interest in supply chain management is rising along with the increasing oil prices and traffic congestion. In particular, people started studying the issue, but realized that advantageous strategies for suppliers and retailers are not always advantageous to a carrier. Therefore, in this study the atuhors set up a simulation scenario to understand delivery vehicle routing problems under various inventory policies, namely Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Periodic Order Quantity (POQ) and network configurations. First, the authors made a virtual supply chain. Then they analyzed characteristics of delivery vehicle routing under various inventory policies (EOQ and POQ) and network configurations. As a result, the POQ inventory policy decreases the number of vehicles, the number of drivers, and the service time of vehicles. Also, the centralized network increases the load factor of vehicles and decreases the service time of vehicles. In other words, the centralized network and the POQ inventory policy are better for the carrier. These results show a savings of 15,556,806 won ($13,389.10) in a month: a reduction of 17%.
