네트워크를 통해 어플리케이션을 임대해주는 정보시스템 서비스 모델인 ASP 모델이 IT 시장에서 새로운 비즈니스 모델로 등장하였다. 그러나 ASP 모델은 기존의 정보시스템 모델에 비해 특정 서비스에 많은 서비스제공자가 임시적으로 결합되고, 정보자산이 공중망과 데이터센터에 위치하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 ASP 서비스를 성공적인 수행하기 위해서는 ASP 사업자가 서비스의 제공능력이 있는지에 대한 인증활동과 ASP 서비스 도입 및 운영과정이 적절하게 이루어지고 있는가에 대한 감리활동이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 ASP의 특징을 분석하고, ASP 인증ㆍ감리 프레임워크를 설계를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 기존연구를 바탕으로, 분류기준을 기술적 계층, 수명주기, 공급자/고객의 관점이라는 세 가지 차원에서 정의하며, 각각의 세부항목 및 내용을 정의하고자 한다.

환경오염에 대한 우려 및 안전농산물에 대한 소비자욕구 증대로 유기농산물 시장규모가 최근 3년간 2.8배 성장 추세이다. 친환경농산물 인증면적은 '00년 2,039 ha에서 '07년 122,882 ha로 급격히 증가하고 있으나 생태적 원리에 부합된 벼 재배기술이 부족하며 특히 무경운 논토양에 대한 경영분석 자료는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구는 유기농업기술을 종합적으로 투입한 시범마을을 육성하기 위하여 하동군 양보면 예성마을 1ha를 대상으로 관행농업과 무경운 자운영 피복 벼 기계이앙을 실증하여 경제적인 효과를 검토하였다. 토양 관리를 위해 2007년 9월 10일에 자운영을 3 kg/10a 파종하여 겨울철 토양 생태계를 유지하였고 화학비료나 농약을 사용하지 않았다. 볍씨 소독은 마른 종자를 60 $^{\circ}C$에서 8분간 침지하는 열탕침법을 이용하였으며 논 물담기는 5월 28일경 15 cm 이상 깊게 하여 자운영이 잘 분해되도록 하였다. 기계이앙은 6월 10일경 표면 1 cm 이내의 물 깊이에서 식부장치를 최대한 깊게하고 주수는 주당 5-7주 정도로 실시하였으며 기계이앙 후에는 5일 정도 물을 담지 않고 그대로 두고 그 후 물을 10 cm 이상 깊게 하여 잡초발생을 억제하였다. 중간낙수는 7월 10일경 1회 처리하였고 수확기 낙수는 9월 23일 실시하였다. 무경운 처리구의 이앙전 토양 가밀도는 관행 1.30 g $cm^{-3}$ 비해 0.09 g $cm^{-3}$ 정도 가벼운 것으로 나타났고 공극률은 관행 50.8%에 비해 3.5% 높은 것으로 나타났으며 특히 수분률이 3.5% 높았다. 무경운 자운영 피복 기계이앙 처리구의 잡초발생 건물량은 7월 4일경 피 8.8 g $m^{-2}$, 여뀌 10.8 g $m^{-2}$ 이었으며 9월 18일에는 피 16.0 g $m^{-2}$, 여뀌 12.3 g $m^{-2}$였다. 수확기 관행처리구의 주당 이삭수는 16.7개, 수당립수는 101개, 천립중은 25.4 g, 등숙비율은 82.3%로 수량은 517 kg $10a^{-1}$ 였으며 무경운 자운영 피복 기계이앙은 주당 이삭수가 14.1개, 수당 립수는 103개, 천립중은 26.2 g, 등숙비율은 91.2%로 수량이 456 kg $10a^{-1}$였다. 무경운 자운영피복 벼 기계이앙은 기경작업이나 시비작업 등이 없으므로 노동력이 60% 절감되었으며 농가소득은 5% 증대되었다. 따라서 농업분야 저탄소 녹색성장과 관련하여 자연 생태계를 보전하면서 농가소득을 유지할 수 있는 방법으로 무경운 자운영 피복 벼 기계이앙이 효과적인 것으로 판단되었다.

In this study, based on actual project implementation cases, task management plans for construction management related green building certification were derived in major stages. Accordingly, the importance from details of construction management tasks for the operation and management process of the schematic design phase, design development phase, and construction document phase, focusing on G-SEED certification, was analyzed. In addition, major items were derived based on the weight of additional construction costs and acquisition scores through previous research cases on the analysis of construction costs for G-SEED certification, and the importance from details of construction management tasks on the major items of G-SEED certification was analyzed. As a result, the review and confirmation of the elements of reflection related to G-SEED in the schematic design phase, the adequacy of design documents and the connectivity of design phase in the design development phase were important. And the review and confirmation of the items directly related to the construction phase in the construction document phase were important.

This paper reviews the current studies about the current secure OS, security module and SELinux, and suggests Linux access control module that uses the user discriminating authentication, security authority inheritance of subjects and objects, reference monitor and MAC class process and real-time audit trailing using DB. First, during the user authentication process, it distinguishes the access permission IP and separates the superuser(root)'s authority from that of the security manager by making the users input the security level and the protection category. Second, when the subjects have access to the objects through security authority inheritance of subjects and objects, the suggested system carries out the access control by comparing the security information of the subjects with that of the objects. Third, this system implements a Reference Monitor audit on every current events happening in the kernel. As it decides the access permission after checking the current MAC security attributes, it can block any malicious intrusion in advance. Fourth, through the real-time audit trailing system, it detects all activities in the operating system, records them in the database and offers the security manager with the related security audit data in real-time.

본 연구에서는 사회적기업육성법에 의해 인증 받은 한국의 사회적 기업을 대상으로 사회적 기업 운영자 및 주요 경영진의 마케팅 지향성((1) 고객지향성, (2) 경쟁자 지향성 (3) 부서간 유효성)이 기업의 경영성과((1) 재무성과 (2) 사업성과 (3) 조직효과성 )에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고자 한다. 사회적 기업은 수익성과 공공성을 동시에 추구하는 목적을 가지고 있기 때문에 일반적 의미의 기업이라 보기 어렵다. 무엇보다도 이윤의 극대화가 제한되기 때문이다. 또한 현재 사회적 기업에 대한 접근이 복지적 측면에서 많이 이루어지고 있는 것도 사실이다. 그러나 현대적 의미의 사회적 기업은 일정부분 일반기업과 경쟁해야 하기 때문에 스스로의 경쟁력을 갖추어야만 지속성을 유지할 수 있으며 사회적 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 사회적 기업이 일정한 수익성을 지속적으로 추구하지 못하는 경우 정부의 재정 부담이 증가하여 사업의 지속성이 어려움에 빠지게 될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업의 마케팅 지향성에 따른 경영성과를 실증 분석해 봄으로써 사회적 기업이 가져야할 무형자산인 마케팅지향적 사고 및 행위에 대한 시사점을 도출해 보고자 한다.

ICN architecture, one of future Internet technologies, proposes that content request packets toward a content source can be responded by several distributed nodes. So, ICN can solve network congestion which is happened around content sources and provide a seamless content distribution service regardless of the network and system statuses of content sources. Especially, CCN implements content caching functionality in network nodes so that such intermediated network nodes can themselves respond to content requests. However, when receiving content from distributed nodes, users receiving content cannot authenticate the nodes providing the content. So CCN is vulnerable to various attacks such as an impersonation attack, a data pollution attack, and so on. This paper first describes CCN content authentication and its weakness. Then it proposes an improved content authentication scheme based on a blockchain and evaluates the performance of the proposed scheme.

In line with the advanced wireless communication technology, M2M (Machine-to-Machine) communication has drawn attention in industry. M2M communication features are installed and operated in the fields where human accessibility is highly limited such as disaster, safety, construction, health and welfare, climate, environment, logistics, culture, defense, medical care, agriculture and stockbreeding. In M2M communication, machine replaces people for automatic communication and countermeasures as part of unmanned information management and machine operation. Wireless M2M inter-device communication is likely to be exposed to intruders' attacks, causing security issues, which warrants proper security measures including cross-authentication of whether devices are legitimate. Therefore, research on multiple security protocols has been conducted. The present study applied SessionKey, HashFunction and Nonce to address security issues in M2M communication and proposed a safe protocol with reinforced security properties. Notably, unlike most previous studies arguing for the security of certain protocols based on mathematical theorem proving, the present study used the formal verification with Casper/FDR to prove the safety of the proposed protocol. In short, the proposed protocol was found to be safe and secure.

This study illustrates the results of a background policy research conducted to provide supports for the 'Korean Engineering Industry Enhancement Law' promulgated by the Korean Ministry of Knowledge Economy. The main issue covered in this study is an effective way of managing standardized career development program for construction engineers. This study attempted to provide detailed criteria and guidelines for the public career development program for construction engineers by effectively collecting and analyzing relative. In doing so, various opinions from a wide range of stakeholders and related parties were gathered. In addition, an in-depth benchmarking investigation was performed with four main associations who have been operating their own career development management program for construction engineers. Some of the findings from this study have played a positive role specifying the details of the recently promulgated law such as 'Notice by Ministry of Knowledge Economy 2011-76: guidelines for managing construction engineer career'. This study was an empirical and practical research effort helping the government to set up an effective construction law system.

오늘날 인터넷 기술이 급격한 성장과, 인터넷을 통한 조직과 개인의 사회적 활동의 증가에 따라 인터넷에 대한 우리의 생활 의존도가 점차로 커지고 있으며 이에 따른 역작용으로 침해사고 및 정보의 유출, 파괴, 서비스방해, 위조, 변조 등의 컴퓨터범죄가 날로 증가하여 심가한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 사이버 공간에서 전산망을 보호하기 위해서 사용자 인증, 무결성 점검, 침입탐지, 파이어 월 등 다양한 기술이 사용되고 있다, 하지만 가장 우선시 되어야 하는 것은 공격의 목표가 되는 시스템의 보안 취약점을 찾아내고 이를 제거하는 작업이라고 할 수 있다, 이 논문에서는 대학 전산망의 확대와 해킹기술은 급속히 발달하고 있지만 이에 비해 대학 전산망 보호를 위한 보안장비 및 관리자/사용자들의 보안 지식 및 기술은 절대적으로 부족한 실정을 감안해서, 내부 사용자들이 자신의 취약점을 쉽게 점검 및 해결할 수 있고, 관리자들이 전산망의 취약점을 파악하는데 효과적인 시스템을 제안한다.

The significance of upgrading current certification service for customer center manager and counsellor in Korea Call Center Information Research Center-affiliated Call Center College is dramatically increasing due to steady applicants for the last few years, while there is a need to expand the numbers of applicants with a new channel. This paper has suggested the directions for developing IBT system to hold a dominant position in the certification business industry. Providing IBT channel, mainly base upon internet and utilizing various IT infra for the PCCM (Preliminary Customer Center Manager)/CCCM (Certified Customer Center Manager), will increase the convenience of taking qualification exams for customer center managers and improve competitiveness in qualification certification business industry. Specifically, this study reviews overview of industry trends of domestic and overseas, success cases of test services, service model and methods of on-line test, and short and long term analysis of the domestic and overseas markets.
