  • This research is about set-up own posture standard and enables to compare the set-up and own posture; therefore, this posture training system leads the user's active learning through the method of self-directed learning. This system includes the camera part that shoots user's posture and save the movie clip for comparison about the user and target, the training server that provides a comparison screen playing clips simultaneously by user's input, and the terminal equipment that connects the training server and a network, transmits the user's input to the server, and displays them from the comparison screen.   • In this paper, we have designed and implemented a personalized health training system which provides health training methods using 3D animation based on the data from a professional trainer, after a trainee inputs individual physical characteristics. Many trainers at fitness centers provide only sketchy training method and usage of fitness machines not appropriate training method for trainee's physical characteristics. Individual characteristics.   • This study is about building an exercise training system that analyzes images taken of a person's whole body and displays the normal operating range for user-specific movements as images. This study analyzes the front and side of the user's body based on the standing point, sets the node in the joint position of the human body, and places the node in the spatial coordinate system from the point of entry, and calibrates the normal node operating range according to the set standard node coordinate. Therefore, the method of the study presented a method to select differentiation from this study through prior technical research and literature research, and the purpose of the study is to establish a exercise training system accordingly.

  • Recently high interest in health and fitness has led to vibrant researches for the active fitness system to learn and enjoy the exercise program for oneself. In this paper, we design and implement the active spinning training system which enables user to have self-learning and experience of customized spinning training program by the biometric and movement information acquired from user's physiological signals. The proposed system provides the appropriate difficulty of spinning program which reflects the concordance rate of spinning dance gestures and the amount of exercising by analyzing the physical status of participant from his brain and pulse waves and recognizing the skeletal movement in real time. For the higher exercise effect, the system offers a virtual personal trainer to show the correct poses and controls the level of difficulty depending on the concordance rate of participant's motions. The experiment with various participants through the proposed system shows that it is able to help users in getting the available exercise effect in comparatively short time.

  • IoT 홈 트레이닝 시스템은 집 안에서도 정확한 동작으로 운동을 보조해주도록 구성된 시스템으로 사용자가 올바른 자세로 운동을 할 수 있게 보조해준다. 또 앱을 통하여 실시간 운동량을 확인할 수 있으며, 운동 개수를 측정하여 운동에 집중할 수 있게 제공한다. 그러나 개발 측면에서는 각 센서의 위치에 따른 사람들의 신장 차이 등 다양한 변수가 발생하여 해결해야 할 필요가 있다.

  • It is important to exercise in the correct posture in order to increase the exercise effect of the core exercise. This paper introduces a system that can train an exercise posture by providing feedback so that a user who performs core exercise in a virtual reality environment can take an accurate posture. It targeted three core movement postures, such as squat, lunge, and bridge, and provides visual feedback and haptic feedback to the user to take an accurate posture. The reference posture is generated by adjusting the expert's posture to the user's body length, and the accuracy of the exercise posture is calculated by comparing the user's posture with the reference posture. The effectiveness of the feedback was verified through user experiments, and the training effects according to the design of the feedback were compared.
