To establish the succeeding generations of wild silkworms, Bombyx mandarina Moore, massrearing was made in the laboratory. The rearing result was good under high humidity and moderately warm condition. Larval periods were 15 to 25 days and the most of larval period was around 17 days. The pupation rate and the pupal period of most of males and females were 40% and 13 to 25 days, respectively. There were two emergence peaks of males and females, and males emergence peak occurred two or three days faster than females.

Culexpfpfens pollens에 존재하는 superoxide dismutase의 연구를 위한 적정 분석 조건과 우화 전후. 시간 경과에 따른 superoxide dismutase 활성 경향에 대해서 연구하였다. C. pipiens에 존재하는 superoxide dismutase의 활성은 부화 직후부터 지속적으로 감소하다가. 우화 후 흡혈 자극에 의해서 급격하게 증가한다 흡혈 후 36시간이 경과했을 때. 최대의 논성도를 보인 후 급격히 감소하였다. 기관별 분석에서 흡혈 후 가장 높은 활성 증가는 중장에서 일어나고, 머리 흥부. 지꼴체 및 난소에서도 활성의 증가가 나타났다. 흡혈 전에는 2개의 동위효소(SOD-1, soD-2)가 존재하였으나. 흡혈후 36시간된 성체에서는 3개의 동위효소 밴드가 보이는데, 머리에서는 SOD-1만이 나타나고, 가슴에서는 SOD-2. 지방체와 난소에서는 SOD-1과 SOD-2이 존재하였고. 중장에서는 SOD-3가 나타났다. 그러므로 흡혈 후 나타나는 새로운 동위효소는 중장에서 합성됨을 알 수 있다.

대안 동화를 쓰려면 두가지 능력을 갖춰야 한다. 숙련된 글쓰기와 페미니스트와 시각이 그것이다. 우리의 경우, 작가는 여성문제에 무관심하고 페미니스트는 글쓰는 능력이 아쉽다. 근본적으로 상상력의 결핍이 문제다.

This study was conducted with n-hexane extracts of sensitive plant Mimosa pudica, mexican poppy Argemone mexicana, panimarich Leucus aspara, water pepper Polygonum hydropiper and shialmutra Blumea lacera weeds against pulse beetle Callosobruchus chinensis (Coleoptera: Bruchidae) for protection of mung bean Vigna radiata grains. The $LC_{50}$ values of the weed extracts ranged from 4.5 to 6.4, 4.1 to 5.6 and 3.6 to 5.5 g/100 mL at 24, 48 and 72 hours of post treatment, respectively. The extracts showed 35 to 69% fecundity and 33 to 63% adult emergence inhibitory effect on the pest, and revealed 13 to 49% grain protection of mung beans. Insect mortality, fecundity and adult emergence inhibitory effects, and grain protection activity increased with increased concentration of the extracts. The shialmutra followed by water pepper extracts revealed better performances in fecundity and adult beetle emergence inhibitory effect compared to the other weeds. The findings proved that the n-hexane extracts of the five weeds are sources of botanical insecticides which may be used in the integrated management of C. chinensis.
