This paper is to examine in detail the relevant aspects of "Nature" and "Elegant Beauty" appearring in Cho, Chi-Hoon's poems and poetics. It uses the same context to explain the reasons and grounds for the inevitable, corresponding closely to his poetry and poetics. It is the core of Cho Chi-Hoon's poetry to determine "natural" new artistic views and his vision of ultra-modernism. This is consistent with the precise feature of "Elegant Beauty" in the midst of aesthetic categories profoundly discusseing his poetics. He regards a "lyric" as a vision of ultra-modernism, to overcome divisions and conflicts of values, "Truth Good Beauty", which was caused by modern science. Furthermore, it includes many social issues in accordance with the differentiation and specialization of each area. It is inferred to have been attempted to produce specifically was found to shape new images of "Nature" in the dimension of his poems, "Elegant Beauty" is overwhelmed with the aesthetic excellence of the other categories in the dimension of his poetics in this context.

Objective: Hyperprolactinemia is common side effect associated with antipsychotics use. Nevertheless, hyperprolactinemia is relatively neglected by clinician. Especially, there is no study related to amisulprideinduced hyperprolactinemia in korea. This study aimed to determine whether amisulpride can be induced hyperprolactinemia in Korean psychiatric patients. Methods: This study methodology consisted of a retrospective review of medical charts and prolactin levels. Serum prolactin levels were measured in 24 Korean patients(12 males and 12 females) with psychosis who were treated over 400mg of amisulpride per day. Results: All patients had hyperprolactinemia. Prolactin levels significantly increased after receiving amisulpride(z=-3.702, p=0.000). The prolactin level was significantly higher in females($156.29{\pm}63.75$ng/mL) than in males($69.04{\pm}39.91$ng/mL) after administering amisulpride(p=0.000). There was a correlation between dosage and prolactin levels(r=0.61, p=0.002). However, there was no correlation between duration of treatment and prolactin levels. Conclusions: Antipsychotics, especially amisulpride can increase serum prolactin levels and may results in short and long term side effects. Routine clinical assessment of initial and additional prolactin level and associated symptoms should be done

To evaluate the antioxidant and antitumor potential of a newly bred rice, Hiami (Suweon-511), total polyphenol content, $\gamma$-oryzanol content, radical scavenging activities, and antitumor activities were measured (control: Ilpum). Total polyphenol contents were 6.31 and 3.75 mg/g for unhulled (UHR) and hulled rice (HR) of Hiami, which was higher than that of Ilpum (5.66 and 3.47 mg/g). The $\gamma$-oryzanol contents were 33.53 and 39.47 mg/100 g for UHR and HR of Hiami, which was higher than that of Ilpum (24.33 and 28.68 mg/100 g). DPPH radical, hydrogen peroxide, superoxide radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities of 70% ethanol extracts of Hiami were higher compared to Ilpum, and UHR was higher than those of HR. Antitumor activities of the 70% ethanol extracts of Hiami and Ilpum were increased with a dose-dependent manner. The extracts of Hiami have higher activities of antitumor activities on gastric and breast cancer cell lines compared to other cancer cell lines, and Ilpum has higher activities of antitumor activities on colon and liver cancer cell lines.

A new cultivar of Rosa hybrida 'Wooami Salmon' was developed by crossing 'Silver 87' and 'Lambada' at Gumi Floricultural Experiment Station in 2001. Characteristics trials were conducted three times from 2003 to 2006. This cultivar showed pale salmon flower color (RHS, Orange group 27-B) and standard type with good flower shape. The flower diameter is 10.8cm and the number of petals per flower is 46. Vase life of 'Wooami Salmon' could be as long as 12.8 days. The yearly mean yields of 'Wooami Salmon' was $129stems/m^2$. 'Wooami Salmon' has good quality of cut flower and strong vigor in plant growth. This cultivar is appropriate for both soil and solution(hydroponics) cultures.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the mechanical quality of cultivars that could potentially be used to processed cooked rice. Proximate composition, amylose content, cooking quality, and the Toyo value, were higher in Jungsaenggold than in the other cultivars. The results showed that the crude protein contents of the rice cultivars were between 4.60 and 6.59%. The amylose content was the highest in the Haedam cultivar (21.36%), but was the lowest in the Jungsaenggold cultivar (17.11%). Cooking quality was the highest in the Haiami and Jungsaenggold cultivar. Texture analyzer test showed that Ilpum had the lowest hardness and highest stickiness. Significant differences in the palatability characteristics (Toyo results for glossiness quality) of the rice flour were recorded using a Toyo Meter Analyzer. Ilpum, Samkwang, Haiami and Jungsaenggold had low amylose contents and the highest Toyo values. Thus, the results of this study suggested that Jungsaenggold can be effectively used to produce processed cooked rice.

Drapery costume started with using one fabric to loosely wrap around one's body without using technical skills or needlework. Drapery becomes a beautiful and indeterminate form of pleated costume which determines the costume silhouette and serves as an essential component for the composition of artistic costume. The purpose of this study was to examine the aesthetic characteristics of drapery costume using literature review. The study methods include considerations of the formation process of drapery costume with the analysis of costume in pictures. For modern costume designs, the study analyzed the designer's dress with a focus on drapery forms, which appeared in the collections from 2001 to 2007. First, drapery costume contains the beauty of human body. Drapery costume reveals the smallest movement of the body. The beauty of drapes, which is naturally revealed along the curve of the body, and the pleats which form on the soft cloth create the beauty of body. Second, drapery costume has rhythmical beauty. Drapery pleats feature not only functions, but also unique formativeness that provides rhythmicity and regular or irregular direction effects by line. Third, drapery costume features elegant beauty. Bias cutting by draping can effectively express the elegant characteristics of the fabric. In making a piece of clothing, the composition method can express elegant beauty by covering up the shortcomings of the fitting and by fitting to the body line without cutting the fabric, or fitting it by bias cutting.

The purpose of this study is to consider the formative characteristics of dance sports from such points of view as shapes, colors, material and decorations, and to examine artistic characteristics that are expressed through those elements. As a result, this study shows five artistic characteristics as follows; First, rhythmic characteristic is expressed with repeat of lines that is formed by pleats, shirring or gather, with duplication of ruffle's wave, with gradation of colors, with Moire-effect that is generated with overlap of see-through material, with glossy material that reflects lights to a great extent, with fringe. Second, bodily characteristic emphasizes the beauty of human bodies through direct or indirect body exposure by way of cut-and-open, see-throughness or close adhesion. Third, decorative characteristic is shown with beads, fringe, ruffle, embroidery, shirring, binding, or feather. Fourth, the beauty of female body is manifested to express eroticism, which is culminated by body exposure, body consciousness, use of illuminating or see-through material or colorful trimming. Finally, elegant characteristic is revealed through feminity, sophistication, and harmony that are expressed with black and white colors, see-through material, or bead trimmings.
