최근 건설분야에 화두가 되고 있는 건축정보모델링(BIM, Building Information Modeling)은 건설산업의 패러다임 전환을 통한 새로운 성장동력의 미래로 부각되고 있으며, 건축분야는 서울시, 용인시, LH공사 등 BIM을 활용한 공공 발주사례가 확산되는 추세다. 토목분야는 건축보다 기간이 길고 비용이 크며 이해당사자가 너무 다양해서 발생하는 정보의 양이 방대할 뿐만 아니라 활용분야를 다양화하지 못하고 이를 뒷받침해주는 제도나 지침의 부재 등으로 인해 건축분야보다 BIM도입이 늦어지고 있다. 이에 토목분야에서 활용할 수 있는 3차원 형상정보와 관련된 정보모델표준, 지침, 가이드를 개발하기 위해 BIM 적용시 가장 효과가 크고 도입의지가 강한 엔지니어링사의 BIM에 대한 인지도 분석을 통해 토목분야 BIM 도입을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

2006년 축산물가공처리법이 개정되면서 축산농가(가축사육단계) 위해요소중점관리 기준이 도입된 이후 HACCP인증에 대한 농가의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 산란계농장 213개소, 육계농장 168개소로 총 381개소 양계농장이 HACCP(20101.11.8일 기준)을 인증 받았고, 앞으로도 친환경사육에 대한 농가 참여율이 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 30년 전부터 양계 경영에 남다른 애착을 갖고 시작해 친환경사육 방식으로 지난 3월 HACCP를 인증 받은 농장이 있다. 경기도 용인시 처인구 소재에 위치한 소현농장으로 부친의 가업을 이어받아 건강한 계란 생산을 위해 노력하고 있다.

공직 36년동안 오로지 국민의 행복을 위해 부의와 타협하지 않고 소신 있는 일처리로 정평이 났던 이정운(67) 전 농촌진흥청 연구관리국장. 고교시절부터 좌우명인 '일근천하무난사 백인당중유태화(一根天下無難事, 百忍堂中有泰和)'를 실천할 수 있었던 초석은 아마도 늘 '정직'을 강조하셨던 어머니의 가르침과 독실한 가톨릭 신자로서 가진 신앙의 힘이 아니었을까 싶다. 한결같이 부지런하면 천하에 어려운 일이 없고 백번 참으면 집안에 큰 평화가 있다는 의미의 좌우명이다. 가훈 또한 '하느님 은총아래 겸손하게 감사하며 사랑으로 살자'이며 애창곡 역시도 '사랑으로'일만큼 그 삶은 온통 감사와 사랑, 정직의 궤를 벗어난 예가 없다. 사랑을 실천하며 멘토의 역할을 마다 않는 이 국장을 용인시에 위치한 고풍스러운 한정식집에서 만나보았다.

대한주택공사가 올해 100만호 주택건설을 이룬 기념사업의 일환으로 모범적인 주거환경을 위하여 경기도 용인시 기흥상갈지구를 100만호 시범단지로 지정하여 현상설계를 공모한 결과 총23개 업체(A블럭:10개업체, B블럭:13개업체)가 참여하여 A블럭의 최우(수작으로는 한빛건축사사무소(민승렬)의 안, B블럭의 최우수작은 (주)건축사사무소 창일엔지니어링(문정일)의 안이 당선되었으며 최종 8개 업체가 입선되었다. 특히, 이번 현상설계공모방식에서 특기할 만한 점은 2개 블록으로 나누어 공모함으로써 많은 신진건축가들의 참여도를 높여 그 결과 다양하고 참신한 아이디어를 많이 수렴할 수 있었다는 것이다.

경호무도란 경호대상자의 안전확보라는 경호의 목적을 달성하기 위해 근접경호원에게 요구되는 필수 요소이다. 현재 경호무도는 유도, 태권도, 합기도, 검도 등 다양한 형태로 수련되고 있다. 킥복싱의 실전성과 입체적인 기술체계는 경호임무수행시 우발상황에서 다양한 방어기술을 적용시킬수 있어 그 실효성이 높다. 또한, 킥복싱 기술의 경호무도 적용 시 경호기법에 입각한 단계적 적용방안이 필요할 것이다.

지방자치단체의 청사방호 및 출입통제 시스템은 각 지자체별로 시·군 조례나 규칙으로 정하여 일선에서 근무하고 있는 공무원들을 보호하고 있으나, 악성 민원인들로부터 폭언·폭행, 칼부림, 방화, 성추행 등으로부터 노출되어 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 체계적이고 일원화된 청사방호 및 출입통제 시스템을 적용하여 공무원들을 악성 민원인들로부터 보호하고 위험 요소를 사전에 차단할 수 있는 방안에 대해서 제안하고자 한다.

Mt. Seokseong is located $37^{\circ}15'15'{\sim}37^{\circ}17'00'N$ in latitude at $127^{\circ}09'30'{\sim}127^{\circ}11'00'E$ in longitude in Yongin. The investigated vascular plants consist of total 293 taxa: five forms, 45 varieties, 243 species, 175 genera, 75 families, 34 orders, four classes. Twenty two special plants designated by Environment Ministry were investigated: five grade for one taxon, four grade for one taxon, three grade for six taxa, two grade fay three taxa, and one grade for 11 taxa. As for the useful plants, there were 141 taxa of edible ones (48.1%), 68 taxa of medicinal ones (23.2%), 33 taxa of ornamental ones (11.3%), 62 taxa of industrial ones (21.2%), and two taxa of poisonous ones (0.7%) respectively. As the above results, there are abundant plant resources in this area. But it needed to protect natural resources in this area, because of threatening factors such as urbanization and/or industralization in the adjacent area.

In this study, we studied strategic directions of urban management through evaluation the value of the investment with the consideration of the development plan, the condition of the location, the potential of the site, green and disaster prevention infrastructure, focused on Gugal-dong(Gugal Station area) and the region of Bora, Jung-dong, in Yongin city. In terms of the methodology, we tried to decide using Analytic Network Process which can consider the relation between the evaluation items. In conclusion, for the development plan, the order of evaluation items is development purpose, key tenant, fund raising and marketing, and for the condition of the location, the order of evaluation items is land use, surrounding environment, and traffic environment, and for the development potential, the order is marketability, identity, and historic character, and for the green and disaster prevention infrastructure, the order is prevention of human, natural, social disaster. The significance of the conclusion of this study is that it can be utilized in pre-evaluation in planning the urban development.

Redistricting of National Assembly Election has a significant effect on the results of election because it has a strong tendency to be performed with political intentions rather than the equivalent representativeness of population and region. This paper focuses on proposing an alternative for restricting of National Assembly Election in terms of implementation, that is, an procedural and systematic approach, not allowing for political or arbitrary intervention. A spatial optimization model conforming with criteria for political redistricting such as population equality, contiguity, and spatial compactness is developed and applied to Yongin City where are some controversy over the redistricting of the 19th National Assembly. Modeling results show that it is possible to derive National Assembly Election districts based on the information of basic spatial units without political consideration or arbitrary intervention. In addition, The districts derived from the model improved population equality compared with the existing districts.
