The purpose of this study is to attempt a text network analysis for two years of 『Reference Materials for Librarian』 (2016-2017) published by the Library Operation Methodology Research Institute in North Korea. A text network analysis can measure how important a particular word by grasping the connectivity and relationship between words beyond a simple word frequency analysis, and it is also possible to interpret specific social phenomena and derive implications. Frequency, degree centrality, the betweenness centrality, community analysis of the collected words were calculated using NetMiner. As a result, the terms 'users', 'information services', 'information needs', 'information technology', 'social learning', 'computers', 'databases', 'information acquisition', 'information retrieval' and 'librarian' were appeared as important ones in understanding North Korean libraries.

웹캐스팅(Webcasting)은 네트워크 기반의 멀티미디어 서비스중 인터넷 인프라에서 스트리밍 프로토콜(streaming protocol)을 사용하는 것으로 정의 내릴수 있다. 즉 인터넷에서 스트리밍으로 구현되는 콘텐츠와 이와 연동되는 멀티미디어를 포괄하는 서비스의 개념이다. 단순히 영상 서비스만을 국한하는 개념이 아니라 스트리밍 기술로 서비스되는 모든 멀티미디어 영역이 웹캐스팅에서의 콘텐츠 형식인 것이다. 여기에서 스트리밍(Streaming)은 말 그대로 흘러나오게 한다는 의미를 가진 멀티미디어 구현 용어이다. 즉 웹캐스팅에서 선택된 해당 동영상 콘텐츠 파일이 다운로드 방식이 아니라 사용자의 네트워크 상황에 맞게끔 방송의 형식으로 실시간 시청분량만큼을 조금씩 흘려준다는 것이다.

정보통신기술의 발달은 개인용 컴퓨터나 노트북 컴퓨터와 같은 컴퓨터를 중심으로 이루어진 네트워킹 및 인터넷 환경을 컴퓨터를 포함한 스마트폰, PDA, 휴대용 멀티미디어 기기와 같이 이동이 가능한 소형의 기기를 중심으로 변화시키고 있다. 그러나, 연산, 통신 및 네트워킹 기능이 가능한 소형 장치들은 정보화 기기뿐만 아니라 계량기, 온도계와 같은 일반적인 사물에도 부착될 수가 있다. 사물에 부착된 이러한 소형 장치들은 사물의 정보를 자동으로 획득하게 해주거나 사물간의 통신 네트워크를 통해 정보의 상호 공유가 가능해진다. 이와 같이 사물에 부착된 통신 장치를 이용하여 사물이 네트워크에 연결되거나 사물간에 통신 네트워크를 구성하여 정보를 공유하는 개념 및 기술을 지칭하는 용어로 IoT, M2M 및 사물지능통신 등이 있다. 이러한 네트워크 환경에서는 사람 대 사람, 사람 대 사물뿐만 아니라 사물 대 사물간의 통신 네트워크가 가능해져 모든 객체간의 정보 공유가 가능해지며 이는 미래 유비쿼터스 정보 서비스 사회로 진화하기 위한 필수적인 기술 요소라 할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to identify topic areas of academic library research using two informetric methods; word clustering and Pathfinder network. For the data analysis, 139 articles published in major library and information science journals from 2005 to 2009 were collected from the Korean Science Citation Index database. The keywords that represent research topics were gathered from two sections: an and titles in references. Results showed that reference titles usefully represent topics in detail, and combinings and reference titles can produce an expanded topic map.

Blogs are now one of the major information resources on the web. The purpose of this study is to enhance the performance of blog retrieval by means of user assigned tags and trackback information. To this end, retrieval experiments were performed with a dataset of 4,908 blog pages together with their associated trackback URLs. In the experiments, text terms, user tags, and network centrality values based on trackbacks were variously combined as retrieval features. The experimental results showed that employing user tags and network centrality values as retrieval features in addition to text words could improve the performance of blog retrieval.

This study analyzed research trends of assistive devices used to prevent and support disability and increase convenience for people with disabilities in their daily lives. As a result, related research has continuously increased, and the research area has expanded from survey research to service-related research and assistive device development research. In addition, with regard to the use of related terms, terms such as 'rehabilitation engineering' and 'rehabilitation assistive technology' were used in the early stages. Currently, terms such as 'assistive technology', 'assistive technology service', 'assistive technology device', and 'assistive device' have been mainly used.

오늘날 국내외에 인터넷 보급의 대중화가 점차 확대되고 네트워크을 이용하는 게임의 증가에 따라 게임에 관련된 웹 문서에 대한 사용자의 요구가 증가되고 있다. 기존의 수작업에 의한 색인 방식은 많은 전문인력, 시간, 경비등을 필요로 하기 때문에, 기하급수적으로 증가하는 웹 상의 정보를 처리하기에는 이미 그 한계에 이른 실정이다. 이러한 문제점의 해결을 위해 컴퓨터를 이용한 자동색인 시스템의 개발은 매우 중요하고 시급하다. 더구나 게임 분야에서 있어 신조어는 너무나 급속히 생성되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 신조어 처리는 효과적인 자동색인을 위한 중요한 요소이다. 이 논문에서는 사용자들에게 보다 적합하고 안정적인 게임 정보를 제공하기 위해 게임 용어 사전을 이용한 자동색인과 신조어 처리 시스템을 설계, 구현한다. 자동색인 및 신조어 처리를 위해 게임용어사전, TF-IDF, n-gram 추출법을 이용한다.

최근 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS)를 통한 건강기능식품 과대광고 적발이 증가하면서 SNS를 통해 브랜드를 선택함에 있어 신뢰도가 소비자에게 중요한 요소가 된다. 본 논문에서는 인스타그램의 해시태그를 이용해 게시글을 크롤링 하여 수집된 게시물 데이터를 가공 및 분석한다. 불용어 사전을 구축해 불용어를 제거해준 뒤 브랜드 추출을 진행하고, 건강기능식품 브랜드 5개에 대한 게시글 데이터를 수집한다. 5개 브랜드의 신뢰도 측정을 위해 게시글, 해시태그, 계정명을 분석기준으로 삼아 라벨링 처리를 한다. 라벨링 된 열을 통해 절대적 수치로 점수를 부여하여 백분율로 점수를 표현한다. 신뢰도 점수와 더불어 브랜드의 고객 참여도 건수를 같이 명시해 준다.

최근, 참여, 공유, 개방의 키워드를 가지고 웹 2.0 시대가 열렸다. 이러한 웹 2.0 시대의 키워드가 익숙해지기도 전에, 우리는 소통, 융합, 개인화라는 키워드를 지닌, 웹 3.0 시대를 맞이하게 되었다. 새로운 개념과 용어들은 이미 우리에게 혁명적 수준으로 주어질 뿐만 아니라, 이 시대를 살아가기 위한 기본 양식으로 자리매김하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 최근 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS)의 대표주자인 트위터 영향력 모델과 소통을 중요시하는 스타벅스 네트워크 영향력 모델을 소개하고, 이와 대비되는 새로운 영향력 표현 모델을 제안하고자 한다.
