Internet is in rapid growth from technology to total social environment, so technical and syntax based cyber crime is evolved but also psychological and semantic based one is showing. In this paper, we analyze the cyber-crime cases announced by police, then classify it into social and technical influence. After that, we study the profiling method on psychological view point of cyber-crimes. We expect that it is possible to classify cyber-crimes into the categories rapidly and take less time to analyze and response.

Recently, large-scale language models (LPLM) have been shown state-of-the-art performances in various tasks of natural language processing including intent classification. However, fine-tuning LPLM requires much computational cost for training and inference which is not appropriate for dialog system. In this paper, we propose compressed intent classification model for multi-agent in low-resource like CPU. Our method consists of two stages. First, we trained sentence encoder from LPLM then compressed it through knowledge distillation. Second, we trained agent-specific adapter for intent classification. The results of three intent classification datasets show that our method achieved 98% of the accuracy of LPLM with only 21% size of it.

The current SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has been a particular challenge for diabetes patients. Since these patients are at a higher risk of COVID-19, they have been prioritized for vaccination. In this report, we describe the case of a patient scheduled for diabetic foot amputation who received the first dose of ChAdOx1 nCov-19 vaccine and subsequently developed severe purpura in his genitalia and both of his hands and feet, accompanied by acute renal failure. The operation had to be postponed as severe limb purpura appeared just before the operation. With adequate management for acute renal failure and topical steroid application for the severe purpura lesions, a successful outcome could be obtained after the delayed first ray amputation. We recommend that COVID-19 vaccination should be carefully administered in patients with a diabetic foot requiring amputation.

형사소송법 제106조에서 '범위를 정하여 출력 또는 복제하는 방법이 불가능하거나 압수의 목적을 달성하기에 현저히 곤란하다고 인정되는 때에는 정보저장매체 등을 압수할 수 있다'의 규정과 제122조에서 '급속을 요하는 때'의 예외 규정을 근거로 스마트폰 압수·수색과정에서 범죄혐의와 관련성에 대한 구분 없이 정보가 무분별하게 탐색 복제되는 등 기본권을 침해하고 있으며, 영장주의 원칙에 반하는 위법한 집행이 되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 긴급압수 후 사후영장 발부 전에 별건의 범죄혐의를 확인하거나 증거로 활용한다면 위법한 압수에 해당할 수 있는 디지털증거 압수·수색 원칙의 문제, 디지털정보의 검색과 추출과정에서 참여권 보장의 문제, 스마트폰 정보에 대한 무결성 확보 등을 문제점으로 도출하였다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 사전영장 없는 범죄사실과 관련성이 없는 정보의 탐색이나 추출 금지, 정보검색이나 추출과정에서 피압수자의 참여권 보장 및 디지털증거 분야 전문가로부터 조력을 받을 권리 보장, 무결성 확보를 위한 절차적·실체적 적법절차 준수 등 개선방안을 제시하였다.

과거의 교수-학습 방법과는 달리 오늘날은 다양한 학습기자재가 개발되고 보급됨에 따라 수업에 이들 도구들이 적극적으로 활용되고 있다. 특히 최근에는 e-러닝, ICT(Information Communication Technology), 컴퓨터 활용, 인터넷 등을 접목하여 학생들의 협동심과 책임감을 요하는 협동학습에 적용하고자 하는 연구가 활발하게 진행 중이다. 협동 학습의 학업성취도는 이질집단 학생들이 모여 학습 과제를 완성하는 과정에서 성취욕이 부족하거나 학습에 의욕이 없는 학생들에게도 역할을 분담하여 책임감을 갖게 하고, 자신에게 역할이 배정되었지만 혼자서 해결할 수 없는 친구에게 도움을 주어 함께 문제해결을 하도록 하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학생의 컴퓨터 활용능력을 이용하여 협동 학습을 통한 학습 효과 향상과 흥미 유발 등이 학생들의 학업 성취도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하고 평가한다.

As various services requiring high data rate are supported by introducing LTE/LTE-adv., mobile traffic increases rapidly. To cope with the continuous growth of traffic demand, small cell technology is considered as one of the most promising one. Small cell can increase system capacity by increasing the number of base stations with reduced cell radius. In this paper, we analyze the effect of cell densification with small cells in terms of SINR and average UE throughput considering cell split and the number of UE per unit area. As the cell becomes smaller, SINR degradation arises from high ICI(Inter Cell Interference) and we evaluate the effect of interference mitigation scheme in small cell environment where the proper interference mitigation technique is applied.

The authors report 16 cases of mediastinal fine-needle aspiration cytology from Jan. 1985 to Mar. 1988 at the Seoul National University Hospital. Among them, diagnostic material were obtained in fifteen cases, establishing the diagnosis of 7 thymomas, 2 germinomas, 2 neurogenic tumosr, 1 lymphoma, and 3 meastatic carcinomas. The 9 cytologic diagnoses could be confirmed by histologic examination in 8 patients and by another cytologic method in one patient, allowing concordance rate of 77%.

A hybrid information service may include local and/or remote distributed services, both and electronic. Also, a hybrid information service can be described as one which an appropriate range of heterogeneous information services is presented to the user in a consistent and integrated way via a single interface. The purpose of this study is to suggest high-level requirements and logical architecture to design hybrid library. High-level requirements analysis for hybrid library need to contain baseline requirements, basic system requirements, searching, location, requesting, delivery and payment. A logical architecture need to consider logical architecture for hybrid library management system including user access points, hybrid library management system and hybrid library components and 5 layered architecture including presenter, coordinator, mediator, communicator and provider to achieve local simplicity while still supporting complex functionality of hybrid library.
