This study suggests a navigation route for maritime tourism cruise sail yacht that sails off from Yeosu, and passes by Baekdo and Geomundo with their live island culture, to Kimnyeonghang of the Jeju islands. Recently, there are increasing number of accidents in proportion to vitalizing marine leisure. That's why it should be examined by region and sea when developing safe sea route considering characteristics of the sailing yacht. Thus, it is needed to introduce marine culture, hold international sailing yacht race and develop multi-functional sea port according to the case of Geomundo. Also additional analysis for navigation ruote patterns and density of the fairway is required. This information will improve safe sailing level of sailing yacht that will help the local tourism industry.

최근 여가 관광의 기능이 활성화되고 해양활동에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 주로 어업의 대상으로 여겨지던 해양공간이 관광자원으로서의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, 여가활동 및 가족단위 관광활동의 증가로 인하여 해양환광활동에 대한 국민적 관심이 높아지면서 해양레저에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 우리나라 해양레저활동의 현실은 시설 및 프로그램이 활성화되지 못하고 있으며, 기존의 낚시나 유선사업의 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 현재 해양레저활동자 조차도 바다에 관한 깊은 이해와 일정수준의 기술 및 노하우를 가지지 못한 상황이며, 레저보트가 접근할 수 있는 지역의 정보 부족으로 근거리의 단순한 경로만을 반복적으로 운항하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하고 요트항해에 필요한 다양한 정보의 제공에 대응하여 해양레저활동을 위한 레저항로를 부산지역을 중심으로 제안하였다.

As the demand for yachts has increased recently, the number of people holding yachts and obtaining driver's licenses is also increasing. Therefore, inconveniences such as registration of entry and departure of ports and boarding lists and maintenance of yachts are occurring. Therefore, in this paper, GPS, Lidar, communication equipment, etc. are easily installed through the implementation of modular equipment inside the yacht, and by accessing modular equipment using a smartphone, route setting and various convenience functions can be used.

We have studied on the maritime navigation with functions of navigation route search and maritime safety information for small-size fishery ships, fishing boats, yachts, and boats in coastal seas. We have designed a smart phone application which is more exact information on marine obstacles of islands, aquafarms, and rocks by using land navigation techniques. Our navigation system is relatively easy to be used for costal navigation and may be a substitute for expensive ECDIS(Electronic Chart Display and Information System). Our system consists of maritime navigation databases to manage necessary maritime data and a mobile application to support maritime navigation for operators. We believe that our research findings can improve safety navigation in coastal seas by supporting lower cost, no time-consuming installation and maintenance, and easy-to-use operations.
