Recently, mandatory BIM design has been enforced in the civil engineering field, focusing on public projects, and inducement measures to actively participate in BIM by participating subjects are required. The BIM ordering documents must reflect the characteristics of the BIM project, current construction standards and laws, and environmental conditions of domestic participants. In this study, we analyze the ordering documents used in domestic and overseas civil engineering BIM projects to determine whether they meet the purpose of BIM. In the future, items that consider the existing heterogeneous data linkage and compatibility, the connectivity with the current construction guidelines and laws, the cost of the designer and the input personnel are prepared for the part that does not meet the BIM purpose. Furthermore, the written order documents are verified through interviews with experts who have experience in BIM projects. Through the results of this study, I would like to propose a consultation system strategy to prepare and present items according to the purpose and type of project by client.

인터넷을 통만 e비즈니스는 기존의 상거래 방식의 획기적인 변화를 가져왔고 향후 그 발전 가능성 또한무한하다. 시간이나 규모, 지리적 위치의 제약에서 벗어나 원하는 전 세계 누구와도 거래를 가능케 하는것을 목표로 시작된 ebXML 프레임워크는 현재 폭 넓은 지지를 받으며 글러벌한 환경에서의 전자 상거래 표준 프레임워크로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 신뢰성 있는 비즈니스를 위한 ebXML에서의 보안 요구 사항을 분석하고 XML 기반 보안 기술의 적용 방안에 대해 살펴본다.

인터넷 프로토콜들은 RFC(Request For Comments)에 정의되어 있다. 하지만 RFC 는 단순한 권고 사항 일뿐 강제적인 요구사항은 아니다. 그렇기 때문에 RFC 에 정의되어 있는 흐름제어 메커니즘 같은 권고사항을 무시하고 인터넷 프로토콜들을 구현할 수도 있다. 그러나 이렇게 구현된 프로토콜들이 망에 미치는 영향이나, 그것을 제한하기 위한 연구는 아직까지 이루어 지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 RFC 규격을 따르지 않는 TCP와 RFC 규격을 따르는 표준 TCP와의 성능 차이를 비교하였다. 그것을 위하여 리눅스 커널의 TCP 프로토콜을 수정하여 흐름제어를 하지 않는 서로 다른 6개의 항목을 만들고, 표준 TCP와의 성능을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 목적지가 근거리인 경우 정상적인 TCP와 본 연구에서 수정된 TCP 간의 파일 전송 시간의 차이는 크게 나지 않았다. 하지만, 원거리에 있는 목적지로 웹 페이지 정도의 작은 파일을 전송할 경우, 흐름제어 메커니즘 중 저속 출발(slow start)을 적용하지 않았을 때는 전송 시간에서 매우 큰 차이를 나타냈다.

ebXML 프레임워크는 현재 폭넓은 지지를 받으며 글로벌한 환경에서의 전자 상거래 표준 프레임워크로 그 영역을 넓혀가고 있는 시점이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ebXML에서 거래 파트너간의 거래에 있어 반드시 지켜져야 할 메시지 무결성, 기밀성, 부인 방지 등의 신뢰성 보장 기법이 어떻게 적용 될 수 있는지를 살펴보고, XML 기반의 보안 기술 및 적용 분야 분석을 통해 ebXML에서의 확장성 및 상호운용성을 보장하는 보안 요구 사항 해결 기법을 제시한다.

The objective of this paper is to look into the possibility of the detailed and practical optimum design of rt:inforced concrete beam using methods oi discrete mathematical programming. In this discrete optimum formulation, the design variables are the overall depth, width and effective depth of members, and area of longitudinal reinforcement. In addition, the details such as the amount of web reinforcement and cutoff points of longitudinal reinforcement are also considered as variables. Total cost has been used as the objective function. The constraints include the code requirments such as flexural strength, shear strength, ductility, serviceability, concrete cover. spacing, web reinforcement, and development length and cutoff points of longitudinal renforcement. An optimization algorithm is presented for effective optimum design of R.C. beam with discrete de sign variables. First, the continuous variable optimization can be achieved by Feasible Direction Method. Using the results obtained from the continuous variable optimization, a branch and bound method is used to obtained the discrete design values. The proposed algorithm is applied to test problem for reliability, and the results are compared with those of graphical method and rounded-up method. And a simply supported R.C. beam and a two-span continuous R.C. beam are presented as numerical examples for effectiveness and applicability. It is considered that the presented algorithm can be effectively applied to the discrete optimum design of R.C. beams.

This study aims to determine the association structure of the behavioral relationship variables, such as trust, commitment, cooperation, communication and coercive power, in the relationship between the buyers and suppliers of industrial parts. It also investigates the impact of the use of IT technologies on the relationships quality. Data was collected from 216 part suppliers of machinery, electronics and automobiles located in Incheon. Data supported all of the proposed hypotheses. First, it was confirmed that parts suppliers' trust in buyers leads to the commitment into relationships with buyers. Second, cooperation and communication showed a positive influence on parts suppliers' trust in buyers, and coercive power gave a negative influence on trust. Third, the use of IT technologies like Internet and E-Mail between parts suppliers and buyers was verified to have generally a positive influence on the quality of relationships. At the same time, cooperation and communication were confirmed to have a positive influence on each other, and cooperation and coercive power as well as communication and coercive power were confirmed to have negative influence on each other. This study is a pioneering attempt to examine the relationships between suppliers and buyers of industrial parts, and the influence IT technologies on the relationship quality. Also, the findings will be practically much helpful to find how to reinforce the relationships between parts suppliers and buyers.
