As people increasingly play online games, numerous new features have been proposed to increase players' log-on time at online gaming sites. However, few studies have investigated why people continue to play certain online games. This research would verify that enjoyment experience could be explained by the conceptual framework. In the first, this study results indicate that customers would show a higher level of loyalty if they had an optimal experience with the games. The state of flow was felt when players were aware of opportunities for personal interaction and social interaction. The personal interaction could be motivated either to achieve the high cognitive performance or by providing the equity of distribution of the objective performance in order to examine players' cognitive performance; the social interaction can be motivated either to enhance a high level of self-esteem of player or to achieve the positive reputation in order to evaluate their self-esteem. This finding can answer the questions of what enjoyment experience is and why players are repeatedly playing specific online games.

The work-related values are important to understand the organizational members' behavior. Because they lay the foundation for understanding of attitudes and motivation. This study aims at developing and empirically testing a comprehensive model of work-related values. The study seeks to understand the relationship between work-related values and job performance. A questionnaire survey method is adopted to collect the data for this study. Correlations and moderated regression analysis are used to verify the proposed hypotheses. Pride in work, job involvement, and activity preference are correlated positively with job satisfaction and organization commitment. The attitude toward earnings and social status of job are negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organization commitment. But upward striving is positively correlated with organization commitment.

This paper is a qualitative single case study and it was conducted for the purpose to explore change in interactive bibliotherapy experience with a middle-aged widowed spouse. A Middle-aged Widowed Spouse was taken as a research partaker. Through this research, we explored partitively the partaker's experience changes by each session during the commencing of interactive bibliotherapy and the partaker's inner/external experience change after the end of session. The result, interactive bibliotherapy facilitated and expressed the reaction of a partaker by its writing skills and reading materials including partaker's own poems. Furthermore, facilitated emotion from material and self-awareness made a partaker understand and accept itself through therapeutical interaction. In addition, those kind of changes appeared inner/external experience in life, and lasted after the end of the session. In this regard, the inner/external change appeared from a partaker means the effect of bibliotherapy, and we can notice that it is a result that facilitated through truthful reaction of counselor and texts.

This study examined the factors influencing participation of online community and intention of joint purchase in Korea and China. The online community member actively participate the social activities that can cause the effective communication characters and the great support of the society. In these two factors, the sense of worth related with compensation, norm, interaction, shared values will be taken as the independent variables. These variables as a parameter are related with the intention of joint purchase. To be aware of their behavior norm, interaction, compensation, shared value, these factors will be taken as predicting their behaviors in the online community and their further participating, commitment and co-shopping intention. As the results, compensation, norms, interaction, shared values had significant effects on the participation of online community, and this affected the intention of joint purchase in online community. Compensation and norm were significant in Korean sample. Implications and further direction are suggested on the base of the results.

The present study examined the effects of the factors of port service quality on customer satisfaction and surveyed customers' perception on service quality and their satisfaction with port services by comparing Incheon Port with Qingdo Port, Tianjin Port and Dalian Port. According to the results, the quality of port services can be divided into three levels-inner quality, external environment quality and interaction quality, and except the external environment quality of the Dalian Port, the three levels of service quality were found to have significant effects on customer satisfaction. In addition, according to the results of comparing customers' perception on the three levels of service quality among the ports, the Incheon Port was inferior to the Qingdo Port, the Tianjin Port and the Dalian Port in inner quality, and to the Qingdo Port and the Tianjin Port in external environment quality, but superior to the Tianjin Port and the Dalian Port in interaction quality. However, customers' satisfaction with the Incheon Port was lower than that with the Qingdo Port and the Tianjin Port.

Recently, lots of corporations take effect preannouncing activity before launching new product as communication strategy. Preannouncing information of new product is diffused in internet community which relate to the product. This study notes the effect of external vividness and internal vividness among information characteristics of new product to e-WOM(electronic word-of-mouth). The author aims to identify how to trigger intention of e-WOM on preannounced new products, and external vividness and internal vividness of determinants of e-WOM and intention of internet posting. The main findings are that external vividness and internal vividness positively influence e-WOM in internet community, and the e-WOM positively affects intention of internet posting.

This research is to study about the extrinsic characteristics of imaginary friends in the picture books which are published in Korea and its publishing trend. At first, the pioneering country which is publishing picture books telling about the imaginary friend belongs to the western countries, and some part of them are printed in Japan and Korea among east asia, and its story is most likely fiction, since 2000, the picture books about the imaginary friends have been steadily published. Secondly, its extrinsic characteristics among them are the gender, name of the main character and his/her imaginary friends, and whether the imaginary friend present themselves, their physical types, and the numbers of imaginary friends in the picture books. The percentage of gender between man and woman who is more likely to have the imaginary friends in the picture books are higher to girls than boys, and their imaginary friends are to be called by the intimate or unique name rather than the its general name and/or the name reflected by it appearance, and the imaginary friend are only visible to the main character, and its type are widely ranged from animal, human, and others in frequent order, and the main character tend to have only one imgainary friend rather than to have multiple ones.

This study was conducted in order to analyze the theories behind external protective factors. In particular, it sought to understand the influence of adolescent resilience on learning motivation. Students of a public high school located in Gyeonggi Province participated in various questionnaires during the week of March 5th, 2013. Frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were utilized to analyze the acquired data. The results revealed that when family relationships were strong and local community expectations were high, the students' 'attention to implementation processes,' one aspect of intrinsic motivation to learn, was also high. 'Suitable levels of adventurousness and risk-taking,' another aspect of intrinsic motivation to learn, was high when school expectations were also high and when relationships at the school level were weaker. The study results verified that the theory that intrinsic motivation to learn can be enhanced by strengthening external factors to protect adolescent resilience. This study is significant in that it establishes theoretical grounds to address adolescent issues, to develop programs to prevent school dropouts, and to apply the results to future legislative policies.

본 연구는 환자의 의료기관 선택기준에 관한 조사를 실시하는데 있다. 외래, 중 병원에서 검사한 사항을 CD로 담아 타 병원 진료 후 현 병원에 내원한 대상자와 본 병원에서 진료 후 CD를 가지고 타 병원으로 전원 하는 환자 및 보호자를 대상으로 2009년 10월 5일부터 10월 26일까지 본 연구에 동의하는 대상자 302명을 대상으로 하였다. 내원 전원 환자의 물리적 특성에서 주차시설, 주위시설, 의료진 서비스 품질에서는 간호사 친절도, 전문성, 설명, 의료 서비스 품질 특성에서는 의료기기 최신설비, 병원 평판에서는 의료인력 의술, 주위 환경, 병원 외적 요인에서는 진료의 권유 항목이 유의하였다(p<0.05). 내원 시 병원 선택 변수 평균치 검정 결과 중 성별에서는 만족도, 연령별에서는 의료진 서비스품질, 거주지에서는 병원외적요인, 병원지역에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료기관에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료구분에서는 만족도에서 유의하였다(p<0.05). 전원 시 병원 선택 변수 평균치 검정결과 중 연령별에서는 의료진 서비스 품질, 거주지에서는 병원외적요인, 병원지역에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료기관에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료 구분에서는 만족도가 유의하였다(p<0.05). 본 연구에서는 내원 전원 환자는 물리적 환경, 의료서비스 품질, 병원 평판 등 을 병원 선택에 중요한 요인들로 지각 하고 있으며 간호사와 주위 사람들의 권유에 의하여 병원을 선택한다고 나타났다. 내원 환자는 의료진 서비스 품질, 병원 평판, 만족도에서 평균치가 높게 나타났다. 전원 환자는 물리적 환경, 의료진 서비스품질, 의료 서비스 품질, 병원 평판, 만족도에서 평균치가 높게 나타났다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 12.0 Window Program을 이용하였다.

This research is to investigate the effect of teenagers' motivating factors on their own self-efficacy and school-life satisfaction. Positive analysis of data was made based upon the theoretical background. Also, the casual relation between the motivating factors of teenagers and their self-efficacy and school-life satisfaction was verified. The result of the study was as follows: stress, family effect, and mass communications had an effect on intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. The intrinsic motivation had an effect on the school-life satisfaction, and the extrinsic motivation was revealed to have an effect on the self-efficacy and school-life satisfaction. Students' self-efficacy also influenced their school-life satisfaction. This study suggested a few methods to improve teenagers' self-efficacy and their school-life satisfaction through the motivating factors.
