  • 최근 전 세계적으로 5G 이동통신 표준화 및 연구개발이 시작되었다. 기존의 4세대까지의 이동통신은 주로 가정, 사무실 등 보행자 중심의 Nomadic 환경에 최적화된 형태이고 120km/h 이상의 고속환경에서는 통신접속이 끊어지지 않는 정도의 서비스에 한정되었다. 최근에는 스마트폰 중심의 모바일 데이터 서비스 사용량이 매년 가파른 증가세를 보이며 보행자 중심의 저속환경뿐만 아니라 지하철, 고속철 등 그룹이동체 내에서의 서비스도 점차 중요해지고 있다. 이동 중인 차량 내에서 일반 사용자들은 차량외부의 이동통신망을 통해 직접 서비스를 받을 수도 있고 이동무선백홀과 결합된 WLAN 혹은 펨토셀과 같은 차량내 이동 핫스팟 네트워크(MHN)형태로 서비스를 받을 수 있다. 최근 5G 이동통신에서는 고속환경(최대 500km/hr)에서도 최적의 서비스 품질을 유지하도록 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그룹이동체 내의 이동소형셀의 지원을 위한 이동무선백홀 기술의 동향을 분석하고 향후 수 Gbps급 이상의 데이터 전송속도를 지원할 수 있는 밀리미터파 기반의 MHN 이동무선백홀 기술을 소개한다.

The Study of Scattering Dust and Radiation Dose in Pedestrian Tunnels in Metropolitan Area (수도권 보행터널 내부에 존재하는 비산 먼지와 방사선량의 연구)

  • In the present, external environmental factors affect human health. In particular, the most important issue is fine dust in these days. Because fine dust is inhaled through the human respiratory system is known to be harmful to health. Tunnels for cars and people can also be easily seen around us. This study, the amount of scattering radiation was measured for walkable tunnels about dust. For the measurement method, dust and radiation dose in the tunnel were measured on good weather (fine dust level: 0 ~ 30 ㎍/㎥) and normal day (fine dust level: 0 ~ 80 ㎍/㎥). The measurement resulted in an increase of 10~20 % of dust in the center of the tunnel on a good weather day and an increase of 20~30 % of dust in the center of the tunnel on normal weather. On the other hand, the results of tunnel measurement of radiation dose increased by 10~20 % at the center of the tunnel non-depending on the weather. As a result, pedestrians should pay attention to scattering dust and scattered radiation while moving through the tunnel. Therefore, it is recommended to wear a filter mask of PM2.5 or less during frequent tunnel walking.

  • In this paper, the mechanism that can walk efficiently in wet land or sand area is proposed. A vision camera is attached to the mechanism, which makes a kind of biologically inspired robot for coast guard. This visionary information enables the biologically inspired robot to react in peripheral environment by a soft-computing algorithm. In addition, the biologically inspired robot can achieve the mission appointed by a programmer connecting with outside, based on RF and Blue-tooth communication module. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the implementation of the biologically inspired robot that can operate most adaptively in sand and wet surface based on Theo Jansen mechanism.

  • This paper describes the design and implementation of a rehabilitation medical device based on a EMG measurement. Rehabilitation systems are controlled using BLDC motors and motor drives. The BLDC motor drive controls the operation and the speed controls the drive through the external servo motor. In addition, potentiometer coupled to the outside of the motor transmits information about the position of the load being rotated by the motor. The rehabilitation algorithm is controlled by limiting the maximum angle of 0 to 120 by utilizing the motor according to the user setting stage during the rehabilitation exercise. The walking algorithm compensates motor control for the low leg of the signal using the difference value of the signal obtained with the surface denser attached to both inner muscles. The motor and surface denser are utilized for the walk motion to control the maximum angle of 0 to 80.

  • As the world's elderly population increases, the proportion of visually impaired is also increasing, and there are still many restrictions on the use of outside activities, such as safety problems and lack of guidance information. To solve this problem, research on smart devices such as smart glasses with optical character recognition (OCR) function is being actively conducted. In this paper, we propose a system that recognizes obstacles ahead and informs information by voice, and also guides the way to the destination. Using the deep learning object recognition model Yolo, it let them to recognize the risk factors as obstacles such as stairs and Larva cones. and it also deliver the information with a voice. so you can expect that the visually impaired can do a lot of different activity even more now that system takes the visually impaired to the destination by using the directions API, voice recognition, TTS library.

  • Neuropathy is a common and often debilitating complication of diabetes, Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DN) includes a variety of different disorders that affect the peripheral nervous system. The most common type of DN is the predominantly sensory distal polyneuropathy. Typically, symptoms begin in the foot and proximally during the course of the discease, reflecting the fact that longer fibres are involved earlier that shorter ones. Reviewed the pathogenesis, the diagnosis of DN, the gait pattern and the excercise, the treatment of pain in DN patient.

  • Lately construction companies are differentiating the outdoor spaces of apartment complexes to satisfy the needs of residents by providing underground parking area and variety of outdoor community spaces. Building walking networks through residential unit area, the major passage area and the entrance area of the complexes is very important factor to increase the use of the outdoor environment in the complexes. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the characteristics and the elements for the planning of exterior pedestrian spaces carefully through the analysis of current large-scale apartment complexes. In this study, the utilization of space, the connectivity to other spaces and the application of Universal design were evaluated through site visits in 5 large-scale apartment complexes. As a result, the utilization of space is well applied in the most of complexes especially in residential unit area. The connectivity to other spaces has low application compared to the others. Universal design is also well applied except sub criteria for the blind in most of complexes. This study will be able to help in providing better exterior pedestrian environment for residents in apartment complexes.

  • 1980년대 초 1세대 아날로그 이동통신시스템이 처음 도입된 이래 이동통신은 2세대, 3세대를 거쳐서 4세대 시스템으로 진화되었다. 기존의 이동통신은 주로 가정, 사무실 등 보행자 중심의 Nomadic 환경에 최적화된 형태이고 120km/h 이상의 고속환경에서는 통신접속이 끊어지지 않는 정도의 서비스에 한정되었다. 2007년 애플의 iPhone이 출현한 이래 스마트폰 중심의 모바일 데이터 서비스 사용량이 매년 가파른 증가세를 보이고 있으며 보행자 중심의 저속환경뿐만 아니라 지하철, 고속철 등 그룹이동체 내에서의 모바일 데이터 서비스도 점차 중요해지고 있다. 그룹이동체 내에서 일반 사용자들은 차량 외부의 이동통신망을 통해 직접 서비스를 받을 수도 있고 이동무선백홀과 결합된 WLAN 혹은 펨토셀과 같은 차량 내 이동소형셀형태로 서비스를 받을 수 있다. 본고에서는 그룹이동체 내의 이동소형셀 지원을 위한 이동무선백홀 기술동향을 분석하고 향후 수 Gbps급 이상의 데이터 전송속도를 지원할 수 있는 밀리미터파 기반의 이동무선백홀 기술을 소개한다.

  • Today the realization of a welfare society is urgently needed as growing of economy. To promptly meet the needs of the times, the ratio of a matriculation of the physically disabled is getting higher, stretching opportunities of a higher education. But, the walk environment in university educational facilities is still insufficient because of the indifference to the education of the physically disabled. The purpose of this research is to suggest the direction to improve the walk environment for all users through evaluation of the accessibility of the walk environment in university educational facilities, and the scope of the research is the internal and external walk environment of university educational facilities. The first step of the research is preparatory study review to extract the elements of the accessibility of the Universal Design Principles. And then, we evaluate the accessibility of university educational facilities through the site visits. The results of this research are as following: 1) The internal and external walk environment of university educational facilities needs more physical improvement for keeping accessibility. 2) We need to provide consistent guidances from the external sidewalks to main entrances, slopes, staircases, elevators, and corridors. 3) The walk environment of university educational facilities needs to maintain continuously.

  • The calculation of the optimal trajectory of the stepped top-down robot was made using a genetic algorithm and a computational torque controller. First, the total energy efficiency was minimized using the Red-Cold Generic Algorithm (RCGA) consisting of reproductive, cross, and mutation. The reproducibility condition related to the position assembly of the start and end of the stride and the joints, angles, and angular velocities are linear constraints. Next, the unequal constraint accompanies the condition for preventing the collision of the swing leg at the corner with the outer surface of the stairs, the condition of the knee joint for preventing kinematic peculiarity, and the condition of no moment in safety in the traveling direction. Finally, the angular trajectory of each joint is defined by fourth-order polynomial whose coefficient is to approximate chromosomes. This is to approximate walking. In this study, the energy efficiency of the optimal trajectory was analyzed by computer simulation through a biped robot with seven degrees of freedom composed of seven links.
