본 연구는 배의길이 24미터이상 40미터미만 어선에 대한 국내 복원성기준과 IMO의 IS Code 기준 및 외국의 기준을 조사하고 비교하여 IS Code 기준의 국내 수용 가능성을 검토하고 그 결과를 토대로 하여 국내실정에 적합한 복원성기준을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따라서 국내외 어선의 L, B, D 분포, 상관관계 및 선형특성 등의 기초 자료를 조사하고, 우리나라, 미국, 영국 등 선진외국 및 IS Code의 어선복원성기준 비교 검토하여 IS Code의 복원성기준의 각 항목(요건)에 따른 차이점과 수용 시 문제점을 도출하였으며, 국내 어선의 업종별 실선자료 수집 및 적하상태의 복원성능 계산, 국내·외 기준을 적용한 업종별 실선의 복원성능 평가를 실시하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 국내실정을 고려한 배의길이 24미터이상 40미터미만 어선 복원성기준(안)을 제안하였다.

기본적으로 우리나라는 내진설계 기준이 도입된 것이 시기적으로 짧고, 자체적인 내진설계 기준의 연구개발이 부족한 상태에서 외국의 내진설계 기준을 그대로 도용하는 것이 내진설계 기준이 미비한 직접적인 원인이 될 수 있다. 현재 건교부에서 건교부 관할의 시설물들에 대해서 내진설계 기준의 상위개념에 대한 연구가 수행되고 있을 뿐, 자연재해대책법 제5장 34조에서 내진설계 대상물로 정한 20개 법정 시설물들 모두에 대한 내진설계 기준에 관해서는 연구가 미흡하다. 따라서 우리나라의 고유한 지반 및 지진특성에 따라 관련기관 및 학계가 충분히 연구.검토하여 모든 시설물들에 적용할 수 있는 종합적이고 체계적인 내진설계 기준을 정립하여야 한다. 내진설계에 대한 규정은 지진 피해에 따라 시간적, 지역적, 구조 특성별로 변화되는 특성을 갖고 있다. 우리나라의 경우는 지진에 대한 피해사례 및 자료가 부족하기 때문에 지진이 빈번한 국가의 경험에 의존할 수 밖에 없고, 국내 규정의 당위성을 입증할 방법에 없다. 따라서 지진대비책으로서 필요한 자료의 축적이 시급하며, 외국의 사례나 발전 동향으로부터 국내에서도 지진에 대한 대비책 수립이 연구되어야 한다.

면세점 판매 채널이 다양화되고 스마트 여객 증대 등 쇼핑 성향의 변화로 인해 인천공항 면세점 객단가는 하락하고 있다. 면세점 매출액 감소에 따라 사업 다각화 및 고도화 등 대응 노력이 필요하다. 따라서 인천공항 면세점 이용객의 쇼핑 행태 및 면세점 트렌드 변화에 적기 대응을 위한 기초자료 및 마케팅 강화 방안을 제시하는 데 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 인천공항 면세점 내·외국인 구매자/비구매자, 환승객을 대상으로 쇼핑실태를 심층 조사하여 행동 특성을 분석하였으며, 그 결과 내국인과 외국인, 환승객별로 인구통계학 특성, 여행 특성, 쇼핑 특성에서 차이가 나타났다. 인천공항 면세점 이용객별 중요하게 인지하는 요소와 만족하는 요소를 파악하고 개선할 부분을 파악하였다. 이로써 인천공항 면세점 운영정책 수립 및 기본방향 설정을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있고, 인천공항 면세점 마케팅 강화 및 활성화를 위한 전략 방안을 제시하는 데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the data of $\ulcorner$Union Catalog of Foreign Journals$\lrcorner$ Database, which has been revised and updated in 1995. The database includes 13,449 titles of foreign journals in scienc and technology which is a collection of 253 libraries in Korea. The items of analysis are nation, language, frequency, subject of each title, and also collection overlap, etc.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the present status of foreign academic journal collection in Korea and to explore the problem. In order to survey the current situation, the data from "Union Catalogue of Foreign Journals:Science & Technology, 1992" database constructed by Korea Institute of Industry and Technology Information has been analyzed. Major problems are poor collections, collection overlap, and lack of resource sharing.

외국인(外國人) 직접투자(直接投資)의 중요성이 국내(國內) 외(外)에서 커지고 있음과 함께 그 투자본국(投資本國)과 대상국(對象國)이 어떻게 결정(決定)되느냐에 대한 학계(學界)의 관심(關心)이 새로워지고 있다. 본(本) 논문(論文)은, 투자본국(投資本國)-대상국(對象國)의 결정문제(決定問題)에 관해, 이를 생산요소(生産要素)의 국가간이동(國家間移動)으로 파악하려는 종래의 국제경제학(國際經濟學), 기업(企業)의 무형자산(無形資産)에서 그 중요한 이유를 찾으려는 산업조직론(産業組織論), 상이(相異)한 통화권(通貨圈)이 주는 투자상(投資上)의 우위(優位) 열위(劣位)를 중시(重視)하는 국제금융론(國際金融論) 등 제(諸) 접근방법(接近方法)들이 시사(示唆)하는 바를 살펴보고, 환율수준(換率水準) 및 그 예상변화율(豫想變化率) 등이 외국인(外國人) 직접투자(直接投資)에 미치는 영향도 재고(再考)하였다. 실증분석(實證分析)에서는 세계(世界)의 대미직접투자(對美直接投資)의 연도별(年度別) 시계열자료(時系列資料)를 사용하여 GNP, 환율수준(換率水準), 예상환율변화(豫想換率變化) 및 환(換)"리스크 프리미엄" 등 거시경제변수(巨視經濟變數)들의 영향을 추정(推定)하여 보았으며, 대체로 유의도(有意度)가 높고 선험적(先驗的)으로 기대하는 바와 같은 영향이 있다는 결과를 얻었다.

In an attempt to explore the consumption behaviors of customers regarding ethnic food restaurants the present study examined the effects of consumer characteristics, accessibility of ethnic food restaurants, product characteristics, and social factors on the customer behavior towards ethnic food restaurants, and further investigated the causal relationship between the customer behavior and his or her intent to reuse. A questionnaire survey was conducted approximately for a month with domestic consumers who had tried foreign cuisines. A total of 230 questionnaires were distributed and 215 questionnaires were collected, of which 210 were used in the final analysis excluding five due to inadequate responses. The finding of the study were as follows. First, of the consumers' lifestyles category the gourmet oriented did not yield significant effect on subjective norm or other consumption behavior, whereas the trend oriented had noticeable influence on both factors. Second, while consumers' diversity-seeking characteristic did not affect subjective norm, it affected consumption behavior of ethic food restaurants. The results seem to indicate that the diversity-seeking characteristic is more to one's individual attributes, rather than being influenced by others. Third, ethnic food restaurant's consumption accessibilities strongly influenced the subjective norm, suggesting that in using the ethnic food restaurants, the more convenient the accessibility is, the higher the possibility of use from influenced reference group. However, when consumers previously had not been exposed to ethnic cuisines, convenient accessibility was not able to overcome the barriers of consumer reluctance, nor directly shape positive behaviors. Fourth, while national uniqueness of ethnic food did not affect subjective norm, the uniqueness did have positive impact on consumption behavior of foreign ethnic food restaurants. Fifth, consumer's subjective norm positively influenced both consumption behavior of ethnic food restaurants and their intent for future use. Lastly, consumption behavior toward foreign ethnic food restaurants positively influenced consumer's intent for future use, indicating that it would be most imperative and effective to first help reinforce positive attitude in oder to encourage a more use of ethnic food restaurants.

This study examined the effects of the firm characteristics of the manufacturing industry on the female employment ratio. Three hypotheses regarding female employment ratio, were tested for 5,729 firms that could use financial data among the firms listed on the KOSPI from 2011 to 2019, in terms firm size, listing period, and foreign ownership. Follwing the analyses, three hypotheses were mostly adopted. It was found that as the size firm and foreign ownership ratio increased, the female employment ratio increased in the number of regular and permanent contract employees, fixed-term employees, and total employees. As for the listing period, the higher the value, the lower the female employment ratio in the number of regular and permanent contract employees, fixed-term employees, and total employees. These research results may be used as basic data for gender equal employment policies such as Affirmative Atcion for Gender Equal Employment.

본 연구는 내항상선에 승선하는 외국인 선원을 대상으로 한 표준 해사한국어 교육과정의 설계를 위한 기초 연구이다. 현재 국내선원의 부족으로 외국인 선원이 증가함에 따라 의사소통 문제를 둘러싼 여러 논의가 진행 중이다. 본 연구의 최종 목표는 혼승 선박에서의 보다 원활한 의사소통을 위해 일상 업무의 수행에 필요한 주요 대화를 선정하여 이것을 외국인 선원을 위한 표준 해사한국어 교육과정에 반영하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 여기에서는 문헌 연구와 설문 조사를 실시하여 부원의 일상 업무를 목록화하고 이들 업무의 중요도와 빈도를 조사하였다. 먼저 각국 대학에서 사용 중인 해사영어 교재와 내항상선의 외국인 선원을 교육하기 위한 교육 자료를 살펴봄으로써 1차적으로 공통되는 업무를 추출하였다. 다음으로 승선 유경험자로 구성된 전문가 위원회의 자문을 통해 업무의 범주를 설정하고 세부 업무 내용을 선정하였다. 마지막으로 설문조사를 실시하여 이들 업무의 중요도와 빈도를 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 추후 연구에서 주요 대화를 선정하기로 한다.

기상청의 위성기상업무는 위성자료를 취득하여 위성영상 및 기상분석정보를 생산하고, 예보관을 비롯한 자료 사용자들에게 자료를 신속하게 제공함으로써 체계적인 위성자료 활용서비스를 수행하는 것이다. 최근 외국의 우주개발 동향과 관련하여 활용 가능한 위성자료가 증가함에 따라 위성자료 활용시스템 개선을 추진해 왔으며, 2002년 현재 종래의 GMS, NOAA 이외에 Meteosat-5, FY-2B, FY-1C, Terra, QuickScat, DMSP, TRMM, SeaWiFS 등의 다양한 위성자료를 활용하고 있다. 예보현업에 대한 원격탐사자료 지원업무는 24시간 근무체계로 위성수신분석장비를 안정적으로 운영하면서 각종 위성정보를 종합적으로 활용하여 기상실황의 변화를 감시하고, 특히 전선, 저기압, 태풍에 동반된 구름의 변화상황, 황사의 발생 및 이동 등에 대한 상황을 파악하고 있다. 또한 위성자료의 보존관리 및 외부기관으로부터의 위성자료 요청에 대한 지원업무도 중요한 업무의 하나로 수행하고 있다. 위성정보 활용체계를 강화하기 위해, GMS-5호 위성의 관측임무를 대체하게 될 GOES-9, MTSAT-1R 위성의 자료수신 및 활용체계 구축을 준비하고 있으며, Terra, Aqua와 같은 첨단 지구관측위성자료를 이용한 기상정보 산출기술의 개발을 단계적으로 추진할 것이다.
