The acquisition of foreign government documents by exchange or gift is problematic in the electronic government era because the pattern of distributing system is changed. The alternatives for the collection development are developing the meta-site and establishing the subject gateways for the foreign government information as the resource discovery tools. The anchor and link functions of the AltaVista are used to evaluate a meta-site. The Scout Project Isaac is suggested as the model of interoperating resource discovery services for the geographically distributed metadata databases.

Inflow of foreign workers and immigrants increase the supply of unskilled labor in the economy. In measuring their impacts, an impact evaluation method produces unreliable estimates because a control group independent from their impacts is hardly found within the economy. This study adopts an aggregate factor proportions approach and measures the impacts by estimating the effects of skills proportion changes in labor supply on relative wages. The estimation uses two and three skills groups categorized by education levels. The study reveals that foreign workers and immigrants contribute to economic growth by a small margin while they significantly widen the wage gap between native skilled and unskilled workers. The result is based upon the fact that the existing foreign workers and immigrants are predominantly the least skilled groups. The estimates can be applied in predicting the impacts of labor inflow from North Korea which always remains as a possibility in Korea.

본 연구는 코로나-19 이후로 증가할 것으로 보이는 방한 외국인 관광객의 지역별 소비 경향을 카드 소비 데이터를 데이터베이스화하여 다각적인 방면에서 분석하고 정보를 만들었다. 코로나 이전 'K-pop'과 'K-drama'의 영향으로 계속해서 증가하던 방한 외국인의 수는 코로나의 영향으로 50%가량 감소했다. 하지만 '위드 코로나'로 접어든 지금, 다시금 외국인 관광객을 유치하기 위해선 각 관광객의 니즈에 맞는 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 또한, 각 지자체에서는 외국인 관광객이 선호하는 서비스를 파악하고 각 국적별 관광객에게 맞는 서비스를 제공하는 노력을 통해 지역경제를 활성화시킬 수 있을 것이다. 현재 많은 기업에서 지역별, 업종별로 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 것처럼, 지자체가 구체적인 데이터를 사용하여 맞춤 서비스를 제공한다면 코로나로 어려운 시기를 슬기롭게 극복할 수 있다고 생각한다.

This study supplements the limitation as much as possible that existing literatures have, and, on the target of new registered businesses to KOSDAQ, this study presents answers to the worries raised earlier by recovering problems on causal relationship direction between foreigner investment and dividend level and by analyzing them with dividend level as an independent variable. First, with the whole samples used, dividend income rate didn't show significant relationship with foreigners' investments. It is similar to study result of the existing literature. A panel analysis, on the target of sample businesses that paid dividends before foreigners' investments originated, showed that foreigners' investments didn't have a significant effect on dividend rate. It means that foreigner investors don't have an effect on dividend level. But, a panel analysis of samples shows that foreigner investments have a significant thesis relationship with dividend level variable, that is dividend return rate, except the businesses which paid dividend before foreigners' investments originated. It means that in case foreign investors' preference is controlled, in the businesses which pay dividends, foreign investors have a significant effect on dividend level to native KOSDAQ. Especially, this study result is very significant, for it shows that dividend return rate, insignificant in existing studies, was significant when foreigners' preferences to the businesses which pay dividends was controlled. It means that the more foreigners' shares increase, the more relative importance of dividend out of all profits increases, compared with all of the amounts at the time, and that foreign investors stick to short-term profit and induce big dividend.

현재 기존 변압기의 문제점 해결과 도시공간의 이용 및 전력수요의 증가에 대처하기 위하여 난연성 변압기로서 SF$_{6}$gas변압기 및 액냉식 대용량 변압기의 개발 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있으나 중전기기 제작기술이 외국에 크게 의존하고 있으며 또한 연구개발비가 매우 크게 의존하고 있으며 또한 연구개발비가 매우 크게 소요되므로 일반기업체의 단독 개발은 매우 어려운 상태이다. 본 기술은 보유 및 연구를 하고 있는 외국회사는 5개사 정도이며, 현재 건식 변압기가 사용되는 장소의 전력소요가 증가하고 또한 변전소의 CGI(compressed gas insulation)화가 추진됨에 따라 수요는 상당히 증가할 것으로 생각되며 신규설치 및 기존변압기의 대체를 고려할 때 세계시장은 성장성 및 연속성이 있을 것으로 추정된다. 이 변압기는 아직 외국에서도 특수한 경우를 제외하고는 일반적으로 상품화까지 연구가 완료된 상태가 아니므로 기술도입이 어려웁고 또한 지금부터 같이 연구를 하면 기술격차를 줄일 수 있다고 생각되 기본설계, 제작 연구를 통하여 자체기술의 지속적 연구가 필요하다고 하겠다.

This study aims to investigate the impact of total, native-born, and foreign-born employment rates on the increases of GDP and per capita GDP for 24 OECD countries out of 34 countries depending on data availability. The panel data analysis is formed by a fixed-effects model which allows dummy variable in it to permit the intercept term to vary over time-series and cross-sectional units. Empirical evidences obtained by simple and multiple panel regressions reveal that the contribution to increasing of GDP by foreign-born employment is obviously lower than the one by native-born employment. And, native-born labor is substituted by foreign-born labor. It also has to be mentioned that the labor is playing a key role in increasing in national income. And, therefore, labor-related policy should be concerned on decreasing in labor productivity and segmentation of labor market resulted from inflow of foreign labor. It means that labor-related policy has to take care of not only the magnitude, but also the quality of foreign-born labor.

This study researched police intervention to ensure the safety of Multi-swarm events. And this study researched best practices of foreign countries. This study propose a solution. It used the situation to police intervention and domestic Multi-swarm events leading research and safety management systems. Safety management for multi-swarm events did ministry of public safety and security, local government, police department, fire department etc. Activities of Safety management for multi-swarm events was checked the risk level, safety management, safety planning and training, safety management in accordance with the Manual. But, safety management of police had Manual maintenance is necessary for the police forces and take advantage of, it is necessary to clarify the mission, it is necessary to configure the risk of a step-by-step checklist for police safety tips in detail. This study for solve the problem proposed the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, the case of the Japanese.

This study was designed to examine the characteristics of Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools (CFCRS) to draw implications for the introduction and management of curriculum cooperation with foreign universities. For this study, relevant literatures and articles on CFCRS were collected and analyzed. This study summarized the characteristics of CFCRS from the perspectives of the running purpose, cooperation modes, and evaluation and quality management. The results show that the main characteristics of CFCRS are to promote the comprehensive development of China's higher education and cultivate talents for imminent national development by introducing the advanced educational resources and experience, to achieve the purpose of "not studying abroad" through diversified and high-quality co-operation programs, to conduct strict quality management over the introduction and operation stages, and to establish legal grounds by establishing enough relevant policies. Based on the results, this study proposes several areas of improvement such as the introduction and operation of foreign curriculum in Korea to foster global talents, enhancement of the evaluation and management of cooperation programs and institutions with foreign universities, regulation and examination of the foreign university curriculum introduction, and normalization of the curriculum operation through the policy review process and related policies.

This study analyzed employee's ethical perception and the ethical value of corporate between domestic distribution corporate and foreign distribution corporate. Although the perception of ethical management is lower and the introduction time was late as compared with those of distribution corporate of developed country, the results of research shows employee's ethical perception and ethical value of domestic discount store are higher than those of foreign discount store respectively. These findings explain the product of their efforts to excercise the corporate ethics, ethical platform, ethical programs etc.

전 세계가 하나의 Global 시대로 전환되면서 국적에 관계없이 기업의 생존이 소비자들의 욕구 를 충족시키는 능력에 따라 결정되는 시대가 되었다. 우리나라의 경우에도 경제협력개발기구(OECD)에 가입한 상황에서앞으로 21C는 외국기업 및 제품들이 자유경쟁적으로 우리시장에 선 보이게 될 전망이 며 우리기업의 제품도 외국에서 다른나라 제품과 치열한 경쟁을 하여야 할 전망이다. 따라서 우리나라 에서도 질이 나쁜 수입품으로부터 국내제품과 소비자를 보호하고 외국으로 수출된 국내제품이 그 나라 에서 이미 시행되고 있는 규제들에 의해 피해를 입지 않ㄷ록 하는 방안이나 정부규제가필요하게 되었는데, 그 중에 대표적인 것이 제조물 책임법(Product Liability)인 것이다. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 외국의 제조물 책임법 시행 현황 및 우리나라 제조물 책임법 시행안에 대해 조사하였으며 둘째, 국내외 제조물 책임 사고 사례를 수집하여 제조물책임법 시행이 소비자와 기업에 미치는 영향등에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 이미 제조물책임법이 시행되어 정착화 되어있는 선진 여러나라의 경우 각국의 제조물책임법 내용은 그 나라의 국가경제, 사회적여건, 자국민을 보호한다는 관점에서 조금씩 차이점을 보이고 있었으며 제조물책임법의 영향 또한 각국의 상황에따라 긍정적 혹은 부정적 영향을 끼치고 있었다. 우리나라의 경우 제품의 안전성을 향상시키기 위해서는 정부의 체계적 정책수립 뿐만 아니라 기업의 제조물책임에 관한 인식 전환 및 대책이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다.
