This paper focuses on the development of a system that improves the convenience of foreign language learning and enhaces the learning ability of the target language through the use of IT devices. In addition to the basic grammar, the importance of pronunciation and intonation have somewhat crucial effect in everyday communication. Pronunciation and intonation of English are different according to the basic characteristics of a native language and these differences often cause problems in communication. The proposed system distinguishes acceptability in English communication process and requests the correction in realtime. The proposed system minimizes system intervention by collecting various voice signals of foreign language learners and setting that can be considered as acceptable threshold points. As a result, the learner can increase the learning efficiency with minimal interruption of the utterance caused by unnecessary system intervention.

The purpose of this study is to verify the anthropomorphic design factors of pedagogical agents that can enhance user experience in learning foreign languages (English) through smartphones. In this study, when designing a pedagogical agent that delivers content, the presence or absence of the agent's image, the degree of human nature (HN), and role setting (leader vs. companion) among the anthropomorphic factors that influence facilitating learning, credibility, and engagement perception. As a result of the experiment, HN alone did not show a facilitating learning effect, and images and roles improved not only the facilitating learning effect but also other user experience factors. When HN factors were designed in combination with image and role factors, they were effective in overall user experience effects such as facilitating learning, credibility, and engagement.

최근 한국어를 배우는 외국인의 증가로 '외국어로서의 한국어 학습(KFL)'에 대한 관심이 늘고 있다. 본 논문에서는 외국인을 위한 한국어 교재에서 사용된 회화 문장으로부터 문장 패턴을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 한국어 부분 언어 문법을 정의한다. 대개 부분 언어 문법은 간단하고 배우기 쉬우므로 외국어로서의 한국어 학습자들이 쉽게 한국어로 의사소통을 할 수 있을 것이다. 특히, 본 논문에서는 이 부분 문법이 컴퓨터로 해석될 수 있도록 문법을 정의하였고, 이를 자동 어휘분석기 생성기(flex)와 자동 파서 생성기(bison)을 이용해 기본적인 검증을 하였다.

외국어를 공부하는 방법은 여러가지가 있다. 책을 보거나, 오디오, 비디오 등을 활용하거나, 학원을 이용하기도 한다. 바쁜 직장인들과 학생들은 자기가 원하는 시간을 이용해 온라인으로 학습하기도 한다. 최근 온라인 교육에 대한 관심이 급증하는 가운데 온라인 외국어 교육 시장은 놀랄만큼 성장을 거듭하고 있다.

In the study, the effect of flipped classroom approach applied to chemistry I class in a foreign language high school was explored. Flipped classroom was applied to 176 grade 10 students (43 boys and 133 girls) from a foreign language high school located in a metropolitan city for one semester and its instructional effects were studied in terms of cognitive and affective aspects. Before the class, students were provided with guiding worksheets and asked to summarize contents. Within the class, various student-centered activities were adopted. After the flipped classroom for one semester, mid-term and final-term exam scores were analyzed, and students' attitude toward chemistry class and flipped classroom were surveyed. Analysis on the exam scores showed the possibility for positive impact on students' achievement and perceptions on chemistry class including flipped classroom approach. Moreover, some students mentioned flipped classroom was helpful for self-directed learning and meta-cognition. Based on these results, educational implications were discussed.

1970년이래 외국어학습 및 교수법에 있어서 어휘에 관련된 문제들에 많은 관심과 그 중요성이 인식되고있다. 특히 Fleischer/Buz (1992)등에 의한 당해 영역의 연구물 뿐 아니라, 전문서적 및 어학 자료(교재)등에서도 이러한 중요성이 강조되어 왔음을 알 수 있다. Fleischer등은 조어규칙의 개념과 조어모델을 규정하는 근거들로 생산성 Produktivitat, 용인성 Akzeptabilitat, 조어참여성 Aktivitat등 중요한 매개요인으로 간주하고 있으며 $G\"{o}tze/ Hess-Luttich$ (1999)등의 학자들은 어휘체계에서 두 개 이상의 구성성분들이 결합하여 당해 시대의 시대정신이나 시대상에 부합되는 신조 어휘들을 생성하며, 또한 그 사회의 정보화와 기술화에 이바지하며, 이를 통해서 전문어의 생산력을 한층 높혀 주는 통로로 작용함을 주장한바 있다. 본고에서는 조어론의 이러한 기본원리나 개념들에 입각하여 독일어 수업에서 목표어의 습득에 관여적인 역할을 수행하는 조어모델, 즉 합성어와 파생어를 형용사와 명사의 층위에서 구체적으로 분석하고 기술했다. 예컨데, 합성어에 있어서 접두사와 접미사, 조어의 유형 가운데 축약어, 그리고 외래어 기저와 고유어 접미사 및 접두사, 고유어기저와 외래어접미사(접두사) 뿐만 아니라, 의미론적 관점에서 본 합성어의 형태, 합성 연결소의 형태와 기호의 사용, 명사적 파생어에서 고유어접미사(접두사), 축약조어와 축약어 단어형성, 형용사조어의 특성, 명시적파생 가운데 고유어(외래어) 접미사(접두사) 등이 어휘생성과 어휘신장의 관점에서 교수법의 적용가능성이 논의되었다. 결론부에서는 외국어를 습득하고자하는 학습자에게 일방적이고 획일적인 암기식 위주의 어휘학습방법에서 벗어나, 목표어가 요구하는 새로운 어휘를 획득하는데 비교적 용이하며 또한 체계적으로 습득 할 수 있도록 인지론에 기대어 텍스트, 문장, 어휘영역 등이 투입되어 적용되었으며, 이에 상응되게 구체적인 몇몇 방안들이 제시되었다. 학습자들이 텍스트를 읽고 중심내용을 찾아내며, 단락을 구획하고 또한 체계를 파악하는데 있어서 어휘연습은 외국어 교수법 측면에서도 매우 관여적이며 시의적절한 과제라 생각된다.

본 연구는 한국어 자질 기반 감성분석(Feature-based Sentiment Analysis: FbSA)을 위한 대규모의 학습데이터 구축에 있어 반자동 언어데이터 증강 기법(SSP: Semi-automatic Symbolic Propagation)에 입각한 자질-감성 주석 데이터셋 FeSAD(Feature-Sentiment-Annotated Dataset)의 개발 과정과 성능 평가를 소개하는 것을 목표로 한다. FeSAD는 언어자원을 활용한 SSP 1단계 주석 이후, 작업자의 주석이 2단계에서 이루어지는 2-STEP 주석 과정을 통해 구축된다. SSP 주석을 위한 언어자원에는 부분 문법 그래프(Local Grammar Graph: LGG) 스키마와 한국어 기계가독형 전자사전 DECO(Dictionnaire Electronique du COréen)가 활용되며, 본 연구에서는 7개의 도메인(코스메틱, IT제품, 패션/의류, 푸드/배달음식, 가구/인테리어, 핀테크앱, KPOP)에 대해, 오피니언 트리플이 주석된 FeSAD 데이터셋을 구축하는 프로세싱을 소개하였다. 코스메틱(COS)과 푸드/배달음식(FOO) 두 도메인에 대해, 언어자원을 활용한 1단계 SSP 주석 성능을 평가한 결과, 각각 F1-score 0.93과 0.90의 성능을 보였으며, 이를 통해 FbSA용 학습데이터 주석을 위한 작업자의 작업이 기존 작업의 10% 이하의 비중으로 감소함으로써, 학습데이터 구축을 위한 프로세싱의 소요시간과 품질이 획기적으로 개선될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

본 논문은 외국어 학습을 위한 딥러닝 기반 영어 교육 플랫폼인 PEEP-Talk (Personalized English Education Platform)을 제안한다. PEEP-Talk는 딥러닝 기반 페르소나 대화 시스템과 영어 문법 교정 피드백 기능이 내장된 교육용 플랫폼이다. 또한 기존 페르소나 대화시스템과 다르게 대화의 흐름이 벗어날 시 이를 자동으로 판단하여 대화 주제를 실시간으로 변경할 수 있는 CD (Context Detector) 모듈을 제안하며 이를 적용하여 실제 사람과 대화하는 듯한 느낌을 사용자에게 줄 수 있다. 본 논문은 PEEP-Talk의 각 모듈에 대한 정량적인 분석과 더불어 CD 모듈을 객관적으로 판단할 수 있는 새로운 성능 평가지표인 CDM (Context Detector Metric)을 기반으로 PEEP-Talk의 강건함을 검증하였다. 이와 더불어 PEEP-Talk를 카카오톡 채널을 이용하여 배포하였다.

According to the National Police Agency, 161 out of 38,496 unsolved cases as of 2020. Most of the adult missing persons, the highest of the unsolved causes, are evaluated as simple runaway, which takes a long time to investigate. Even if search through CCTV, it can take a long time and the accuracy can be somewhat low because you have to check the faces of the characters one by one and find the characters only with the characteristics of the statements. This paper utilizes MTCNN to conduct research on character extraction in CCTV. We initiate simultaneous analysis of the features of faces learned with MTCNN and the clothes we are wearing, so that only the overlapping characters are extracted so that they can be identified to the related parties. For aim to learn more diverse feature detection to narrow down the features of missing persons in the future and increase their accuracy.

현대에 많은 사람들이 인터넷을 활용하게 됨으로써 웹으로 학습하는 수가 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 웹을 이용한 원격강의 학습방법이 늘어나고 있다. 이미 영어와 같은 외국어 학습의 경우는 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹을 이용한 한자학습을 Edutainment식 방법을 활용하여 학습을 하는데 있어서 즐겁게 한자학습을 할 수 있도록 함으로써 보다 효과적인 학습이 될 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 이러한 방법이 실제 효과가 있는지에 대해 이미 한자를 많이 사용하고 있는 일본의 한 site와 우리나라에서 실행되고 있는 한자학습 site에 있는 한자학습 방법을 설문하여 비교ㆍ평가 하였다.
