Change Detection Using the IKONOS Satellite Images (IKONOS 위성영상을 이용한 변화 탐지)

  • The change detection using the satellite imagery and airphotos has been carried out in the application of terrain mapping, environment, forestry, facility detection, etc. The low-spatial resolution data such as Landsat, NOAA satellite images is generally used for automatic change detection, while on the other hand the high-spatial resolution data is used for change detection by image interpretation. The research to integrate automatic method with manual change detection through the high-spatial resolution satellite image is performed. but the problem such as shadow, building 'lean' due to perspective geometry and precision geocorrection was found. In this paper we performed change detection using the IKONOS satellite images, and present the concerning problem.

  • The news coverage of Sewol Ferry catastrophe has reprimanded from numbers of people because of false reports and mediamorphosis such as distorted news. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine the news coverage of television news programs about the Sewol Ferry catastrophe. Specifically, this study was conducted to figure out problems with the disaster news reports of several broadcasting stations such as, KBS, MBC, SBS and JTBC. Furthermore, the study also explores about how they reported without following the rules of disaster news coverage and policy of disaster news coverage by content analysis.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the trends and characteristics of the anti-aesthetic shapes have been expressed in Fashion Show Make-up from 1995 to 2003 and to enlarge the possibility of expressions through various formative elements and to anticipate the prospect of the Make-up in the future. Anti-aesthetics means the beginning of criticism that destroy the system of modernism and the anti-aesthetic shapes in Fashion Show Make-up have been distorted, deformed, destroyed through asymmetrical arrangement or abnormal transformation or extreme reduction or omission and so on. It means that is to enlarge the range of expressions through a new interpretation. The anti-aesthetic characteristics in Fashion Show Make-up can be summarized as Avant-garde, Satire, De-construction, Poverty, inhumanity and most of shapes show experimental techniques in unlimited method. The differences at the turning point in 21C is to increase the experimental attempts such as informal and collage and graphic Make-up and so forth.

  • Since around 1990. some experimental and shocking ugliness images have been expressed in Fashion and Make-up as well as Fine arts. The purpose of this study is to investigate the trends of ugliness images expressed in Modern Make-up from 1995 to 2003, especially focusing on color, and to enlarge the expressions through formative elements and to anticipate the prospect of Make-up in the future. Ugliness is the most negative aesthetic value which is lack of beauty. The 20 century art trends representing the ugly shape have been distorted or deformed or destroyed and extremely exaggerated with yellow, red, black, blue, white, green. The image and color of ugliness can be summarized as historical, avant-garde, decadence, de-constructive, humorous, futuristic trend and Most of colors are the achromatic ones like black, white, dark gray and red. blue, dark brown and so on. These colors cause some negative attributes such as fear. anger, death, devil, Pain, bad, ill omen, sorrow, despair and the like. At the turning Point in 21C are to be extended the range of color according to the experimental attempts such as informal, collage, graphic and the forth. Lastly, The characteristics of ugliness images expressed in the color of Modern Make-up have been analyzed into formlessness and inaccuracy and deformation by Karl Rosenkranz's theory.

  • In the short view, the medical fee regulation has contributed for patients by reducing their hospital expenses and helping them to visit hospital more easily. But, some medical parts have gone into red ink because the medical fee has been different with each item. So, that medical parts have been experienced the medical specialist shortage. And some hospitals have been interested in high-priced medical services to cover their deficit. Moreover, most medical doctors don't need to use low-priced medicine undergo these circumstance, domestic small and medium pharmaceutical company has been going into bankruptcy and the dependence on foreign drug company has been rising. If these abnormal medical service keep to patience, people will get more burden of medical fee cause 9 casual loop work very complicated. In other words, present medical fee regulation were made by some politicians who had plain thinking. Those who govern the people, therefore, stand for not present medical service user but the welfare and health promotion of people and give attention to desirable medical fee with systems thinking.

Derivatio of Optimal Design Flood by L-Moments and LH-Moments(II) - On the method of LH-Moments - (L-모멘트 및 LH-모멘트 기법에 의한 적정 설계홍수량의 유도(II)-LH-모멘트법을 중심으로)

  • Derivatio of reasonable design floods was attempted by comparative analysis of design floods derived by Generalized Extreme Value(GEV) distribution using methods of L-moments and LH-moments for the annual maximum series at ten watersheds along Han, Nagdong. Geum, Yeongsan and Seomjin river systems, LH-coefficient of variation, LH-skewness and Lh-kurtosis were calcualted by KH-moment ration respectively. Paramenters were estimated by the Method of LH-Moments, Design floods obtained by Method of LH-Moments using different methods for plotting positionsi n GEV distribution and design floods were compared with those obtained using the Method of L-Moments by the Relative Mean Errors(RME) and Relative Absolute Errors(RAE). The results was found that design floods derived by the method of L-Moments and LH-Moments using Cunnane plotting position formula in the GEV distribution are much closer to those of the observed data in comparison with those obtained by methods of L-moments and LH-moments using the other formula for plotting positions from the viewpoint of Relative Mean Errors and Relative Absolute Errors. In viewpoint of the fact that hydrqulic structures including dams and levees are genrally using design floods with the return period of two hundred years or so, design floods derived by LH-Moments are seemed to be more reasonable than those of L-Moments in the GEV distribution.

  • 도시화로 인한 불투수면적의 증대는 지하수함량 감소, 도시열섬화 증가 및 도시 하천의 건천화를 발생시켰으며, 최근들어 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 지자체를 중심으로 도시지역의 물순환 회복을 위한 노력이 증가하고 있다. 또한 도시개발에 따른 물순환 왜곡 문제를 해결하고자 개발단계에서부터 도시개발에 필요한 물순환 목표를 설정하여 도시를 개발하는 수변도시 및 물순환 도시를 계획하고 있다. 이러한 수변도시의 물순환 설계시 고려해야할 사항으로 강우의 발생으로 인한 빗물은 소유역별 분산관리를 통해 발생지점에서 해결할 수 있도록 하는 방안과 개발되는 대상지역의 물순환을 개발 이전의 물순환 체계에서 크게 변화가 없도록 개발하는 방안이 제시되고 있다. 이를위해 저영향개발과 같은 비점오염 처리 시설과 더불어 LID 시설이 추가된다면 좀더 합리적인 물순환 과정에 도달할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 K-water에서 수변도시로 개발하고 있는 송산그린시티사업의 동측지구를 대상으로 물순환 계획 및 설계에 대하여 검토하고 분석하였다. 기존 물순환 계획이 수립되어 있는 도시의 주요내용을 검토하였으며, 향후 분석결과를 실제적으로 적용할 때 발생할 수 있는 문제점에 대한 고려사항을 제시하였다.

The feminine Eroticism by Nietzsche (니체의 여성적 사랑 II : 여성적 에로티시즘에 관하여)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine what eroticism of feminine love is, which, by the philosophy of Nietzsche, is the loving of life itself. The first phase of this study discloses that the feminine love is an erotic love, for the reason that it has its roots in naturality specifically and especially about sex and fertileness. In searching of the erotic love of feminine, the feminine eros have been explored from both Hellenistic and Christian culture which are the two major foundations of the western culture. The examination is persuasive that the feminine eros is mainly composed with sex and fertileness where it had been distorted from the Hellenistic culture and had been obliterated by the Christian culture. The final phase of this study reveals the genuine meaning of feminine eros and eroticism which had been suggested by Nietzsche.

  • 오늘날 도난방지, 화재, 범죄예방 등의 안전한 생활을 위한 감시 시스템의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 영상보안 시장 규모가 급속히 증가하고 있으며 관련 기술도 인공지능을 겸비한 형태로 발전하고 있다. 우리나라도 영상보안 시스템의 수요가 2002년부터 기업과 정부를 중심으로 증가하고 있으며 급속한 성장을 거듭하는 추세는 2012년 이후에도 지속될 전망이다. 특히, 최근에는 적은 대수의 카메라로 보다 넓은 지역을 관찰하고 특정 부분을 확대 관찰할 수 있는 PTZ 카메라의 활용이 증가하고 있다. PTZ 카메라는 카메라에 구동 장치를 추가하여 좌우(Pan), 상하(Tilt)로 카메라의 시점을 이동시킬 수 있으며 특정 부분을 확대하여 관찰할 수 있는 줌(Zoom) 기능을 가진 카메라를 말한다. 이와 같은 장점으로 지능형 PTZ 카메라는 점차 대중화 되고 있다. 하지만, 현재 시중에 판매되는 많은 종류의 PTZ 카메라를 이용한 영상보안 감시는 실제로 사용자들이 동작하고 사용하는데 있어서 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 카메라 별로 제공하는 상이하고 왜곡된 좌표 값에서 새롭게 가공한 직관적 절대좌표 값을 추출하여 정확한 목표지점으로의 위치이동과 간편한 카메라 조작을 위한 시스템을 설계하였다.

  • 최근 국지성 집중호우 등 기상이변의 영향으로 침수피해의 위험성은 점차 증가하는 추세이고, 도시화로 인한 불투수면적의 증가, 녹지공간의 감소, 도시의 난개발 등 물순환 체계의 왜곡에 따른 침수로 인한 피해가 다수 발생하고 있다. 침수 발생 시 막대한 인적 및 물적 피해가 발생할 수 있기에 재난초기에 재난관리자원의 신속한 확보와 동원은 피해확산 방지에 매우 중요하고, 자원의 부족이나 동원의 지연으로 초기 대응이 늦어질 경우 피해가 확대될 수 있기에 침수발생 특성에 따른 필요 자원의 비축 및 동원이 필요하다. 하지만, 재난관리자원은 종류가 다양하고 요구되는 비축량이 많기에 모든 재난관리자원을 보유하고, 활용하기에는 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 침수피해재난을 중심으로 최적 자원 비축을 통한 효율적인 재난관리자원 운영 및 관리체계의 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 과거 20년(2001년~2020년) 동안 발생한 침수피해 관련 재난(호우, 태풍, 풍랑)사례를 통해 재난발생 시 동원된 자원현황을 분석하였다. 재해연보, 관련 백서 및 보고서, 침수흔적도 등의 수집 및 분석을 통해 지자체 침수피해 현황을 분류하고, 침수재난과 관련된 자원의 비축 및 운용 사례 분석을 통해 장비 28종, 자재 6종을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 침수재난 발생 시 지자체별 침수피해 규모와 필요한 재난관리자원을 도출한 점에서 그 의미가 있으며, 향후 재난관리자원의 효율적인 비축 및 관리계획 수립에 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
