  • 일반적으로 전자파 노이즈는 발생원인에 따라 2가지로 대별되는데, 태양 노이즈와 낙뢰 등으로 대표되는 자연노이즈(Natural Noise)와 통신, 방송, 전자기기 등과 같은 인공노이즈(Man-Made Noise)가 있다. 인공노이즈는 다시 의도성노이즈(Intentional Noise)와 비의도성노이즈(Unintentional Noise)로 분류된다.

Studies on the Fertilization Rates using Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection with In Vitro Matured Porcine Oocytes (돼지 체외성숙 난자의 세포질내 정자주입에 의한 수정에 관한 연구)

  • This study was carried out to investigate on the improvement of fertilizing ability of in vitro matured oocytes from sperm density and motility by intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) into the porcine oocytes. 1. The in vitro fertilization and cleavage rates of oocytes from 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 5.0 ($\times$10$^{6}$ $m\ell$) sperm concentration by IVF and ICSI of porcine oocytes were 46.7%~75.0%, 60.0%~85.7% and 10.6%~25.0%, 20.0%~64.3%, respectively. 2. The in vitro fertilization and cleavage rates of oocytes from 20, 40, 60, 80% of sperm mortilty by IVF and ICSI of porcine oocytes were 46.4%~71.4%, 67.9%~85.7% and 7.1%~21.4%, 28.6%~60.7%, respectively. 3. The in vitro fertilization and developmental rates of oocytes by IVF and ICSI methods were 55.6%~60.0%, 77.8%~80.0% and 17.8%~24.0%, 42.2%~56.0%, respectively. This ICSI method was improved high fertilization rates of porcine oocytes.

  • Discoloration by heating and gamma-radiation of aqueous solutions of two coal-tar food dyes used in meat products was observed. Tartrazin with sodium tri-polyphosphate or cinnamon oil was slightly discolorized by heating at $75^{\circ}C$, but Amaranth was comparatively resistant. Effect of gamma rays of coal-tar food dyes was generally increased with irradiation doses, and especially by the addition of sodium tri-polyphosphate and cinnamon oil. This tendency was higher in Tartrazin than Amaranth. The addition of sodium nitrate and ascorbic acid, and storage at low temperature, however, seems to be effective in decreasing the discoloration of irradiated solutions.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this report was to assess a surgical technique-using an autogenous tricortical iliac crest bone graft in patients with epilepsy-for anatomical glenoid reconstruction for recurrent anterior glenohumeral instability with severe glenoid deficiency. Materials and Methods: We studied two cases of recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder due to epilepsy. These cases were treated with anatomical glenoid reconstruction using an autogenous tricortical iliac crest bone graft. Results: Both cases achieved bone union in 5 months. There was no recurrence of instability and pain. Both cases had normal range of motion. Conclusion: Anatomical glenoid reconstruction for recurrent anterior glenohumeral instability with severe glenoid deficiency using an autogenous tricortical iliac crest bone graft is a successful surgical technique for achieving shoulder stability.
