Range Detection of Wa/Kwa Parallel Noun Phrase using a Probabilistic Model and Modification Information (확률모형과 수식정보를 이용한 와/과 병렬사구 범위결정)

  • Recognition of parallel structure at early stage of sentence parsing can reduce the complexity of parsing. In this paper, we propose an unsupervised language-independent probabilistic model for recongition of parallel noun structures. The proposed model is based on the idea of swapping constituents, which replies the properties of symmetry (two or more identical constituents are repeated) and of reversibility (the order of constituents is inter-changeable) in parallel structures. The non-symmetric patterns that cannot be captured by the general symmetry rule are resolved additionally by the modifier information. In particular this paper shows how the proposed model is applied to recognize Korean parallel noun phrases connected by "wa/kwa" particle. Our model is compared with other models including supervised models and performs better on recongition of parallel noun phrases.

  • 본 논문에서는 종형 구조물의 특미인 비대칭성을 고헌할 수 있고 굽힘에너지 (flexural energy)와 확장에너지(extension energy)를 모두 고헌하여 유한요소의 분할 이 용역한 사변형과 삼각형 판-셸 유한요소를 사용하였다.

  • 소형 컴퓨터의 구조를 공부하고 체계적 설계방법을 응용해서 소형 컴퓨터를 설계한다. 컴퓨터의 3소자는 중앙처리장치(CPU)와 momory와 입력/출력 interface이며 컴퓨터 operation은 instruction을 써서 시행하는 것을 설명한다. 소형 CPU 구조와 설계를 공부하기 위해서 주어진 16 Assembly Language Instruction을 시행할 수 있는 CPU 설계에 체계적인 설계 방법을 응용한다.

  • This paper proposes a software development guidance and an evaluation index for the productivity related to Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 with same lightweight container architecture. Spring is a known successful open source standard model for lightweight container architecture. EJB in an enterprise environment as a standard framework is most commonly used in production. However, there is no comparison research about the performance of Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 Framework with same identical platform. Quantitative analysis is supported as a part of LoC(Line of Code) analysis. There is a limit to develop the updated software with no the specific evaluating index for the productivity of the software. In this study, the development platform environment based on the same pilot system Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 framework is in the design and implementation. In addition, comparison and standardization of software development productivity assessment is to provide guidance.

  • In this work, HA/$TiO_2$ biocomposite to get high mechanical properties with biocompatibility were prepared. HA/$TiO_2$ biocomposite powders were prepared by mixing $TiO_2$ and HA powders which were synthesized through sol-gel, precipitation and hydrothermal methods. The mixing ratio was fixed at 1:1 ratio (HA/$TiO_2$, wt%). HA/$TiO_2$ biocomposite powders showed different microstructures depending on their particle size and shape. The smaller particles were coated on the surface of larger particles, whereas they were well mixed and dispersed when both $TiO_2$ and HA were nanocrystallites. HA/$TiO_2$ biocomposite powders with homogeneous microstructure showed high sintered density and good mechanical properties.

  • In this paper, the floating body with double barriers is introduced with a study on the flow patterns and characteristics in around the floating body by using 2 frame p article tracking method. This paper introduce an analisys method to predict the characteristics of flow around the neighbording fields of Floating Body with double barriers in order to investigate a high performance model. Flow visualization has conducted in a circulating water channel by a high speed camera and etc. Flow phenomena according to velocity distribution and flow separation around the floating body with double barriers were obtained by two-dimensional PIV system.

A Very Compact 60 GHz LTCC Power Amplifier Module (초소형 60 GHz LTCC 전력 증폭기 모듈)

  • In this paper, using low-temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) based system-in-package(SiP) technology, a very compact power amplifier LTCC module was designed, fabricated, and then characterized for 60 GHz wireless transmitter applications. In order to reduce the interconnection loss between a LTCC board and power amplifier monolithic microwave integrated circuits(MMIC), bond-wire transitions were optimized and high-isolated module structure was proposed to integrate the power amplifier MMIC into LTCC board. In the case of wire-bonding transition, a matching circuit was designed on the LTCC substrate and interconnection space between wires was optimized in terms of their angle. In addition, the wire-bonding structure of coplanar waveguide type was used to reduce radiation of EM-fields due to interconnection discontinuity. For high-isolated module structure, DC bias lines were fully embedded into the LTCC substrate and shielded with vias. Using 5-layer LTCC dielectrics, the power amplifier LTCC module was fabricated and its size is $4.6{\times}4.9{\times}0.5mm^3$. The fabricated module shows the gain of 10 dB and the output power of 11 dBm at P1dB compression point from 60 to 65 GHz.
