A Study on Global Marketing Strategy for Improving the Ship-Parts Exports (조선기자재 수출확대를 위한 글로벌 마케팅 전략에 관한 연구)

  • After the financial crisis in 2008, Korean ship-parts manufacturing companies faced the survival of companies due to the difficulty in securing the volume of orders by sharp dropping in orders from big-three Korean shipbuilders. In ship-parts industry, product diversification and overseas market entry are important targets. Based on the expert Delphi survey and SWOT analysis, this study analyzes the key factors of overseas advancement by the growth stage of ship-parts companies and suggests a systematic and efficient overseas marketing strategy. Also, we propose a systematic and efficient advancement into overseas market by suggesting the traditional offline marketing strategy of exporting materials, marketing and marketing, and suggesting the need to build an integrated online and offline platform.

  • 원 서명자를 대신해 거래 관련 제 3자가 서명을 수행하는 대리서명의 실행이 필요한 경우 원 서명자의 서명 위임 사실을 증명하는 위임장이 요구되어진다. 위임장을 전자 거래에 적용하기 위해서는 전자위임장에 관한 표준 프로파일 정의, 전자위임장의 배포 및 검증 방법에 대한 처리 기준이 마련되어야 하며 이를 기반으로 하는 사무 처리 모델이 제시되어야 한다. 이러한 전자위임장 기반구조상에서 다양한 유형의 온/오프라인 거래에 전자위임장을 적용함으로써 전자거래의 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • “앞으로 KBS를 주목한다. 그러나 인터넷매체의 영향력도 더욱 커질 것이다.” 지난 5월 미디어분야 전문저널인‘미디어오늘’은 언론계 종사자, 전문가들을 대상으로‘향후 사회 전반에 가장 큰 영향을 발휘할 것으로 여겨지는 언론매체’에 대한 전망조사를 실시했다. 이 조사에서 KBS가 38표를 얻어 향후 영향력이 가장 높아질 것으로 기대됐으나 정작 눈길을 끈 것은 인터넷매체의 도약이었다. 오마이뉴스가 17표로 2위를 차지했으며 지난 3월 출범 1주년을 넘긴 미디어다음이 4위(9표)에 올랐다. 이어 프레시안이 5위(8표)였고, 자체 취재망이 없는 네이버도 10위(4표)에 들어서는 등 10위안에 인터넷매체가 4개나 포함된 것이다.

  • The Internet, as a commercial tool, presented a new market that connects producers with consumers through the E-commerce. Now, E-commerce spreads over almost all industries through the Internet excluding some. This research indicates the reason why the E-commerce is not activated in agricultural Industry, which is less developed than other industries. And it suggests a good example of E-commerce on the agricultural products combining on and off line markets. In addition, data-mining technique is suggested to analyze whole information in system.

The Influence Relationship among Consumers' Characteristics, Information Search, and Purchase Decision in On/Offline Retailing Environment (온/오프라인 유통환경에서 소비자특성, 정보탐색, 구매결정 간 영향관계에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzed the effects of consumers' characteristic variables on information search and purchase decisions in a decision-making process that validated the path model in purchasing apparel products. In constructing a structural equation model using AMOS 19.0., the variables including enjoyment pursuit, price pursuit, product involvement and product risk were selected as consumers' characteristic variables affecting the stage of information search. A questionnaire was distributed to consumers over 20 years old who purchased apparel products using offline and online channels within one year; consequently, we were able to analyze 468 effective data. The results were as follows. First, the path model of this research proved to be the appropriate model explaining the effects of consumers' characteristic variables on the stage of purchase decision-making. Second, enjoyment pursuit had a significant positive influence on offline information search; in addition, price pursuit and product risk affected the online information search significantly. Product involvement affected online information search as well as offline information search. Third, the offline information search affected offline purchase and online information search affected online purchase. However, consumer's channel switching behavior between the stage of information search and the stage of purchase decision was not proven. The findings suggest that companies need to develop distribution strategies according to consumers' characteristic factors that effect consumer's purchase decision-making.

  • A lot of local colleges are public relation(PR) using on off line media. However, to examine the effectiveness and efficiency can be maximized to promote research is still lacking. This study was presented to the utilization of the Internet media in local colleges. As a result, local college students were used more offline than online media. Add admission period, girls were higher utilization of the internet entrance site. When nonscheduled admission, vocation high school students were more internet media use. Academic high school students used the internet media, when add admission period.

  • This study analyzed the characteristics that affect the direction change of public fitness in the current COVID-19 situation. As a result of the study, if public and active fitness-related awareness is strengthened and fitness places require a transition from outdoor fitness to home training, fitness activities require a transition from offline fitness to offline + online sports fitness, and finally, in the case of fitness equipment, there is an increase in demand for home training. Based on these characteristics, this study is expected to help the entire nation achieve athletic life and a healthy society by presenting its course of action on the change of direction of popular movement.

The Effect of Reward Channel and Reward Time of Customer Loyalty Programs for On-offline Channels -Focusing on Department Stores and Online Shopping Stores- (온-오프라인 채널에서 운영하는 고객보상프로그램의 보상채널과 보상시점에 따른 효과 분석 -백화점과 온라인 종합몰을 중심으로-)

  • The study examined the main effect of the reward channel and reward time of customer loyalty programs for on-offline shopping channels; in addition, it investigated the interaction effect of the reward channels and merchandise as well as the interaction effect of the reward time and merchandise. An online apparel shopping web experiment was conducted with a 2 (reward channel: online channel reward vs. offline channel reward) ${\times}2$ (reward time: immediate vs. delayed) ${\times}2$ (merchandise: online channel product vs. offline channel products) between-subject factorial design. An online shopping channel was considered the core-shopping channel and a department store was considered the cross-shopping channel. Loyalty program value, core-channel loyalty and cross-channel loyalty were measured as dependent variables. A total of 845 shoppers (who had experiences in shopping in both channels) participated in the experiment. The results of the study revealed (1) the main effect of the reward channel on loyalty program value, core-channel loyalty and cross-channel loyalty [online>offline channel rewards], (2) the main effect of reward time on loyalty program value, core-channel loyalty and cross-channel loyalty [immediate>delayed reward], and (3) the interaction effect of the reward channel and merchandise on loyalty program value, core-channel loyalty, and cross-channel loyalty. (4) Finally the study found that loyalty program value affected cross-channel loyalty indirectly through core-channel loyalty. This study suggested diverse theoretical and managerial implications for multi-channel retailers.

The Effect of Opinion Congruency with Twitter Influentials on Opinion Expression: The Interaction Effect of Influential Type (트위터 유력자와의 의견일치여부가 의견표명에 미치는 영향: 유력자 유형의 상호작용효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of twitter influenctials on users' willingness on express opinions. Based on the spiral of silence and corrective action hypothesis, the contradictory hypotheses were drawn. The online expeiment was conducted to verify which hypothesis is valid. Participant were assigned to the four experimenatal conditons: a famous influential's twit which agrees with the issue; a famous influential's twit which disagrees with the issue; an ordinary influential's twit to agree with the issue; an ordinary influential's twit to disagree with the issue. Results showed that opinion congruency with a twitter influential did not influence participants' willingness to express opinion online and offline, but the interaction effect with the type of influentials was found. Opinion dissonance with an ordinary tiwtterian increased willingness to express opinion. The findings suggest that twitter influentials, particulary an ordinary influentials with differnet opinions, can motivate users to express their own opinion.

The Effect and Its Potential Determinants of Cross-Media Advertising between Online and Offline Media (온-오프라인 교차광고의 효과와 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • As the media environment surrounding us has changed rapidly, the influences of traditional media decrease whereas promotions using new media have been developing remarkably, Under this circumstance, cross-media advertising, which strategically integrates advertisements on multiple media, is getting attention as an effective marketing communication approach. This study investigated consumer responses to cross-media advertising using both online and offline media, focusing on the effects of product involvement, attributes of media connection, and gender. The experiment was conducted towards adult consumers aged 20 to 39. Results confirmed that the interaction effect between product involvement and attributes of media connection on brand attitude and behavioral intention was significant by a moderating role of gender. Based on the results from this study, both theoretical and practical implications were discussed, as were directions for future research.
