미래의 정보시스템에서는 온토로지가 핵심적인 역할을 할 것이다. 최근 의학분야에서도 임상의 지식관리와 의학정보검색의 효율화를 위해 온토로지에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 의학 분야에서 개발된 온토로지를 비교 분석하여 특징을 파악하고 의학정보시스템의 활성화를 위한 온토로지 구축의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

With the advancement of the Internet, bulky information overflows in the Web. When the Internet user wants to get the necessary information, it is essential to use the retrieval system. It is not easy for the user to get the information from the result of the retrieval system. Various research activities have been advanced for the result improvement of the retrieval system. Although retrieval results can be improved with ontology, it usually takes lots of costs for users to construct the Japanese domain ontology. This paper discusses how to integrate search result refinement and domain ontology refinement using the domain ontology tool called Japanese DODDLE, and how to improve the research result using the constructed ontology. To prove the effectiveness of the suggested methodology, the case study with rocket operation is performed and it shows that the methodology can be promising.

본 논문에서는 한국통신(KT)에서 사용되는 주요 용어들을 추출하여 추출된 용어들 간의 고유성과 관계성을 기초로 한 용어 온토로지를 구축하였다. 또한 생성된 용어 온토로지를 이용한 검색질의 예를 통해서 기업의 다양한 분야를 관리하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 방안을 모색했다. 온토로지 구축 툴로는 은토로지 에디터, Protege를 사용하였으며. 온토로지는 최상위 클래스 Organization(기관), Employee(직원), Product(상품), Technique(기술) 등 4가지로 분류하여 구축하였다. 본 연구를 기초로 한국통신(KT)의 다양한 지식정보를 체계화하고 KT 데이터베이스를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 구축된 온토로지를 이용한 미래의 KT 시멘틱 검색시스템 구축에 기초가 되기를 기대한다.

전자상거래 시스템의 성패에 중요한 요소인 고객관리를 위해서 CRM 관리가 필요하다. 웹 서비스를 제공하기 위한 정보화 업체는 포탈 IT의 대형화, 지능화에 대비하기 위하여 새로운 패러다임이 요구되고 있다. 지능형 CRM을 설계하기 위하여 온토로지를 이용하였다. 온토로지는 이질적인 시스템에서도 사용될 수 있고, 변환도 가능하다. 본 연구는 온토로지의 구축과정을 분석하고 이를 CRM에 적용시키도록 방안을 제시한다.

The software pattern is knowledge representation derived from the verified solutions or the experience of the experts. On account of the design varieties of software development, however, it is not the facilitated task to discover the best proper software pattern. This situation requires that software patterns be categorized in terms of their innate concepts. This paper proposes software pattern ontology(SPO) for the systematic categorization of software patterns by means of conceptual properties of patterns after the comparative analysis of association between software pattern and ontology. The SPO presented in this paper can establish the basis for the software pattern management system at the conceptual level. This paper also shows an idea for the application by unifying conceptual properties of software pattern and ontology.

시맨틱 웹은 인간이 이해하는 것처럼 웹 문서의 의미를 컴퓨터가 이해할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 Annotation Editor를 사용하여 논문에 대한 RDF 메타데이타의 자동 생성 방법을 제안한다. 사용자가 논문을 주석 처리할 때, 문서에 대한 특징을 추출하고 온토로지 인터페이스를 사용하여 문서를 분류한다. 구현된 시스템을 통해 사용자는 추출된 메타데이타를 메타데이타 뷰를 통해 수정하고 RDF Store로 저장할 수 있으며, 주석 뷰를 통하여 수동으로 RDF 메타데이타를 입력할 수 있다. 본 논문은 검색 엔진을 통하여 논문 검색 시 전체 내용보다 RDF 메타데이타 정보만으로 효율적인 검색을 할 수 있는 방법에 초점을 둔다.

물류 프로세스내의 상황결정은 전문적인 물류지원 연구의 중요한 목표이다. CBR(Case Based Reasoning)는 기존의 사건이나 경험으로 현재 발생한 문제의 해결책을 발견하기 위한 기술이다. CBR의 주요 역할은 현재 사건에 있는 문제의 상태를 인식하며 이 사건과 유사한 기존 사건 중의 하나를 통하여 현재 사건의 해결책을 추론함으로써 기존 시스템을 업데이트하는 것이다. 이러한 과정에서 가장 중요한 이슈는 유용한 사례베이스를 구축하는 것이다. 온토로지를 이용하여 상황을 모델화하면, 여러 개체들이 협업하에서 상황에 대한 인식을 공유할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 CBR 사례베이스 구축을 위한 참조로서 물류 온토로지를 디자인하였다.

With the proliferation of electronic commerce (EC), the product items which are transacted and the user classes who utilize the EC are spread rapidly. Many users have to expend time and effort in searching of products an or the shopping malls which deal with the products. For his reason, the intelligent retrieval of both malls and products based on an intelligent software agent has been raised as a hot issue. In this paper we have constructed an ontology server that is an essential constituent for agent-based intelligent EC. And also we have designed and implemented a use adapted personalized product search function based on the ontology that are registered in the server.

시맨틱 웹 서비스 기술의 성공을 보장하기 위해서는 품질 좋은 온톨로지의 사용이 필수적이다. 하지만 온톨로지 사용의 중요성에도 불구하고 현재 웹 서비스를 위한 온톨로지는 거의 존재하지 않으며 이들의 구축도 쉬운 일이 아니다. 이러한 문제는 오늘날 웹 서비스의 확산과 발전을 가로막는 큰 저해요인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스를 개발할 때 자동 생성되는 WSDL 문서만 가지고 항목 간 숨어있는 시맨틱 정보를 찾아내어 온톨로지를 자동 구축하고, 이를 활용한 (반)자동화된 웹 서비스 발견 및 조합 시스템을 구현하는 것이다.

With the increasing importance and complexity of EC (Electronic Commerce) across the Internet, the need and expectation for intelligent software agents to support both consumers and suppliers through the whole process of EC are growing rapidly. To realize the intelligent EC. a multiagent based EC system. which includes foundational technologies such as the establishment of standard product ontology the definition of message and negotiation protocol and brockering, is required. In this paper we propose an intelligent EC System named ICOMA(Intelligent electronic CO mmerce system based on Multi-Agent) as an open infrastructure of multiagent-based EC. Concretely we have proposed. designed and implemented an architecture of multiagent-based EC system including 6-types of agents message protocol for inter-agent negotiation, personalized produst retrieval and filtering., We have confirmed the effectiveness of the system through experiments.
