A Study on Sentiment Score of Healthcare Service Quality on the Hospital Rating (의료 서비스 리뷰의 감성 수준이 병원 평가에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • Considering the increase in health insurance benefits and the elderly population of the baby boomer generation, the amount consumed by health care in 2020 is expected to account for 20% of US GDP. As the healthcare industry develops, competition among the medical services of hospitals intensifies, and the need of hospitals to manage the quality of medical services increases. In addition, interest in online reviews of hospitals has increased as online reviews have become a tool to predict hospital quality. Consumers tend to refer to online reviews even when choosing healthcare service providers and after evaluating service quality online. This study aims to analyze the effect of sentiment score of healthcare service quality on hospital rating with Yelp hospital reviews. This study classifies large amount of text data collected online primarily into five service quality measurement indexes of SERVQUAL theory. The sentiment scores of reviews are then derived by SERVQUAL dimensions, and an econometric analysis is conducted to determine the sentiment score effects of the five service quality dimensions on hospital reviews. Results shed light on the means of managing online hospital reputation to benefit managers in the healthcare and medical industry.

  • 최근 들어 온라인 쇼핑몰과 SNS(Social Network Service)가 결합한 새로운 쇼핑방식인 소셜쇼핑(social shopping)과 소셜커머스(social commerce)가 핫이슈가 되었다. 소셜커머스는 이전에 존재하지 않던 수요를 창출해 낼 수 있다는 점에서 공동구매와는 전혀 다른 새로운 상거래방식이다. 소셜커머스는 50% 이상의 가격할인율과 특정 거래조건(품목, 거래가능 시간, 사용기간, 물량 등)의 제약을 통해 관심의 경제(economy of attention)를 극대화한 수익모델이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 소셜커머스에서 가격할인과 소비자들의 제품에 대한 지각된 위험은 충동구매에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 검토하고자 하였다.

  • Purpose With the increasing number of foreign travelers visiting Korea, it is a heavy question to evaluate service quality of typical domestic hotel companies. Our research aims to evaluate service quality of domestic hotels in Korea from the perspective of foreign travelers in order to provide the quality improvements that call attention for the hotel management. Design/Methodology/Approach In this paper, topics of sentiment followed Lodging Quality Index(LQI) dimensions classifying lodging service quality appropriately. Also, we employed word2vec algorithm which calculates similarity and affinity among the vocabularies accurately. To calculate sentiment of each dimension, we adopted scores from SentiWordNet. Findings From the result, we found the number of foreign travelers particularly satisfied with cleanliness, politeness, and problem solving skills. In contrast, it has also been found out that both promptness of services and efficiency of communication do not fulfill the requirements of travelers.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the online review writing motives of online shopping on repurchase intention and recommendation intention about fashion merchandise. The questionnaire was administered to 279 people who had experience in online shopping. The data were analyzed by utilizing factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and t-test. The results of this study were as follow. First, the online review writing motives were divided into three categories such as benefit pursuit/hedonic shopping value, information transmission and evaluation. Second, the consumer who has experience of writing review prefers to repurchase other products in that online shopping mall and to recommend those products more than the consumer who doesn't have that experience. Third, the benefit pursuit/hedonic and information transmission had an effect on repurchasing intention and recommendation intention.

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 사용자 후기글 혹은 상품평관련 사이트에서 나타나는 '질의(Ouery)'가 무엇에 대한 것인지를 분석하고, 그 초점을 제시하는 시스템의 구현을 위하여 요구되는 언어자원을 구축하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 개상의 상태 혹은 성질을 나타내는 의문사 '어떠하' 질의문 유형을 추출하여 여기에서 실현되는 질의초점 명사구에 대한 어휘 사전 및 통사 패턴 LGG문법을 구축하여 질의문의 초점 분석을 위한 체계적인 언어자원 구축의 필요성을 강조하였다. 이와 같이 구축된 LGG문법과 초점어휘 사전의 성능평가를 위해 실험을 수행하였고, 재현률 59%와 정확률 98%의 실험결과를 얻었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 낙후된 운전면허 학원 시스템 개선을 위한 운전면허 수험생 맞춤관리 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 제안하는 어플리케이션은 수강생 맞춤 가이드, 후기 서비스, 스케줄 조정, 채점표 제공 등의 다양하고 체계적인 서비스를 도입하여 기존의 시스템을 효과적으로 개선한다. 또한 기존에 개발되어 있는 운전면허 관련 어플리케이션과 달리 오프라인에서만 가능했던 부분까지 온라인 맞춤 관리로 포함하여 개발함으로서 사용자의 만족도를 향상시키도록 한다.

Effect of Information Provision Through Online Curating Platform on Appreciating Contemporary Art Among Novices (온라인 큐레이션 플랫폼을 이용한 정보 제공이 현대미술 감상에 미치는 효과)

  • Current research aimed to demonstrate a way to enhance the aesthetic experience of the general public while appreciating contemporary art via online platform. Contemporary art is highly complicated and are avoided by the general public. Meanwhile, previous research confirmed that external information can lead to better aesthetic experience and appreciation of the artwork. Therefore, current research hypothesized that provision of explicit information may enhance the appreciation of contemporary artworks and aimed to demonstrate which phase of the cognitive process from Leder et al. (2004) profits from the aid of written information. Experimental environment reproduced online curating platform to reflect the current trend on exhibition. In experiment 1, subjects were presented with written information and reported how well they understood the artwork, and their willingness to visit the artwork in real life. Results revealed that written information had a positive effect on overall appreciation. Further analysis discovered a full mediation between information comprehension, artwork comprehension, and willingness to visit. In experiment 2, ARS questions and an interactive interface were added. Results indicated that information enhanced comprehension and intention to visit the artwork. Expertise, self-reference, and artistic quality which belong to later stages of Leder et al. (2004) model, acquired higher scores on information conditions. In sum, the current research illustrated clear effects of explicit information in inducing better aesthetic experience and cognitive process of contemporary artworks in online environment.

Impact of Information Contents on Information Service Satisfaction and Purchasing Intention at Online Purchase Sites of Movie Merchandise (온라인 구매사이트의 정보콘텐츠가 정보서비스만족도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 영화상품을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of information contents at online purchase sites of movie merchandise. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Movie-understanding information(synopsis, actors, reviews) has a meaningful influence on information service satisfaction irrespective of consumer involvement; 2) Movie-understanding and movie-going information(time, place, price, purchasing method) are alike in having a meaningful influence on online purchasing intention. However, movie-going information has a meaningful influence in case of lower consumer involvement, while movie-understanding information has a meaningful influence in case of higher consumer involvement.; 3) Information service satisfaction gives a strong influence on online purchasing intention irrespective of the level of consumer involvement. In conclusion, there is a need to improve diversity and quality of movie-understanding information to enhance consumer satisfaction. Also, it will be necessary to improve movie-understanding and movie-going information in order to enhance online purchasing intention. These results are expected to give an insight to build a creative marketing strategy of online purchase sites of movie merchandise.

Effect of viral marketing in on-line mall review and power blog self-presentation on mediator variable word of mouth and apparel purchase behavior (바이럴 마케팅의 온라인 몰 구매후기와 파워 블로그 자기제시가 매개변인 구전효과와 의류구매행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of power blog self-presentation and on-line shopping mall reviews on the word of mouth (WOM) effect and apparel purchasing behavior. Consumers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi received questionnaires. There were 303 usable forms that could be analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and regression analysis. The results were as follows: There was a significant effect of power blog self-presentation such as interactivity, media effect, and business intention on information acceptance through WOM. Power blog self-presentation, such as interactivity and business intention, affect information delivery by WOM significantly. There was a significant effect of review consideration, such as agreement, usefulness, enjoyment, and purity, on information acceptance of WOM. Reviews describing enjoyment, purity, and usefulness affect information delivery of WOM significantly. Business intention, media effect, and purity directly affect apparel-purchasing behavior, and affect the WOM effect as a mediator variable and then purchasing behavior. Whereas, interactivity, overstatement, and enjoyment affect the WOM effect as a mediator variable, and then affect overall purchasing behavior. Therefore, fashion firms consider active interaction with power blog visitors and promote the way of enjoying with fun through review of apparel on-line shopping mall when they try to implement viral marketing with WOM effect.

Standardization and Evaluation of Performance Textiles through the Consumer's On-line Reviews - Focused on Summer Knit Shirts Containing Cellulose Fibers - (인터넷 구매후기를 통한 의류제품 소재평가표준화와 소재성능평가 - 셀룰로오스 섬유를 함유한 여름용 니트 티셔츠를 중심으로 -)

  • On-line consumer reviews are good references for consumers to evaluate and buy apparel products. The objective of this study is to facilitate communication about performance textiles between consumers and merchandisers who buy and sell apparel products on online. The survey was based on standardizing words used in consumer reviews written after purchase of summer knit t-shirts at internet shopping mall and evaluating the performance textiles including cellulose fibers. We collected reviews of five sorts of the clothing products including cotton/modal, tencel/polyurethane, polyester/rayon, linen, cotton and selected 1000 reviews related to textiles. For classifying each word used in the reviews by the performance textiles, they were quantified applying same standards. The results were as follow: First, the standard for consumer to consider importantly was tactile sensation, appearance, pilling, thickness, dimensional stability in washing. Second, the important category of performance textiles was healthy-comfort and psychological-comfort. Third, there were difference performance textiles for consumer to recognize, e.g. cotton/modal was important to air-permeability, tencel/polyurethane was noticed about tactile sensation, polyester/rayon was perceived about pilling unlike other things, linen had a problem of clothing care-convenience, then cotton was familiar fiber to important for appearance. The last, consumers usually focused on writing the most positive or negative online reviews. Although not familiar with professional terminologies, consumers are sensitive to physical properties of textiles. Therefore, standardizing and evaluating performance textiles are expected to improve satisfaction as providing objective information to consumers considering in buying apparel products at online shopping mall and increase in revenue to manufacturer.
