In this study, I analyzed the inducing and hindering factors of online shopping malls on browsers in the process of browsing fashion products in online shopping malls. In-depth interviews were conducted by presenting browsing-related questions to women in their 20s and 50s who are interested in browsing fashion products online. Based on the answers of the interviewees, using grounded theory, we analyzed and presented six factors such as price factor, promotion factor, purchase review factor, visual information factor, product information factor, and service factor. Based on inducing and hindering factors to browsing analyzed in this study, a strategy to design a browsing environment in terms of shopping malls was suggested, which will be helpful for practical strategies and marketing in related industries. Basic data will be presented in a thesis on a new type of shopping mall browsing environment related to the rapidly developing information and communication technology. In addition, the negative emotions experienced in relation to the detrimental factors of shopping malls in the browsing process are expected to be helpful in researching fashion product browsing related to consumer psychology.

본 연구에서 구축된 멀티미디어 도서관 정보시스템은 대학도서관을 기본 모형으로 하여 설계하였다. 이 시스템은 7 개의 모듈 즉 참고문헌제공 전문가시스템, 학술지 브라우징, 멀티미디어 데이타베이스, 텍스트 데이타베이스(온라인 열람목록, OPAC), 외부데이타베이스(온라인/CD-ROM/인터넷 데이터베이스), 도서관 이용안내, 시스템이용법으로 구성된다. 시스템의 구현 환경은 IBM 컴퓨터 466DX2/Dp을 사용하고 시스템 개발도구로는 하이퍼텍스트 기능이 첨가된 멀티미디어 저작 도구인 멀티미디어 툴북을 이용하고 이용자 인터페이스는 메뉴방식을 채택하였다.

이 연구는 20대 대학생들의 브라우징 행동 시 정보의 제목이 이용자의 정보 선택 및 결정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 분석을 위해 20대 대학생 37명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집, 분석하였으며, 본 연구의 결과 제목의 정확도가 정보 선택에 미치는 영향이 높고, 목적의 유무에 관계없이 제목은 정보 선택 및 결정에 매우 큰 영향을 미치지만 목적의 유무에 따라 제목을 통하여 선택한 정보의 만족도의 차이는 큰 것을 알 수 있었다.

신문은 가장 오래된 정보분배 수단의 하나이고, 대부분의 사람들은 방송보다는 좀 더 자세한 일상의 정보를 획득하기 위하여 날마다 신문을 이용한다. 인터넷의 등장과 함께 모든 주요신문사들은 온라인 신문기사를 독자들에게 제공하고 있으며, 신문사들의 웹사이트들은 페이지 뷰(Page View)의 평가에서 대부분이 상위에 랭크되어 있다. 그러나 현재의 온라인 신문기사의 브라우징에는 사용자의 이용 편의성 및 시간에서 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 온라인 신문기사를 검색할 때, 신문기사 전체의 윤곽을 파악할 수 있도록 하고, 브라우징에 소요되는 시간과 마우스 클릭 횟수를 대폭 줄일 수 있는 브라우징 방법에 대해 연구하였다.

Nowadays, online reviews have become a common word of mouth that many users produce and consume. Posting online reviews is a kind of job that consumers do themselves. Since posting online reviews is not mandatory, it entirely relies on the consumer's voluntary willingness. In this respect, this study aims to describe the motivation for posting online reviews and their behavior processes, such as why online reviewers generate reviews and what types of reviews they create. In this study, we have conducted an in-depth study with 18 participants who have experience in posting reviews. By analyzing interview manuscripts from the grounded theory method approach, we have ultimately presented motivating factors for review posting (mutual reciprocity, material rewards), determinants of review browsing (trust toward review contents, preference for review format), and shadow work (a job that must be done, voluntary data production, consumer's share). We have also proposed the dynamics between core dimensions for theorizing a cycle process of review production and consumption. Our findings could bridge the gap in the existing online review research and offer practical implications for platform companies that need review management.

모바일 트래픽 증대는 향후 급격히 증가할 것으로 예측되며 LTE에서 AII-IP기반의 고속 대용량 데이터처리는 망의 부하증가를 의미한다. 비디오 컨퍼런싱, 온라인 음악, 게임, 영화 스트리밍, 네트워크 브라우징, 블로깅 등 현재 온라인 상에서 급격하게 사용되고 있는 새로운 애플리케이션들은 높은 대역폭(Bandwidth)과 고속용량이 필요하고 망 운용자들은 대역폭과 네트워크 용량 한계점을 줄이기 위한 해결책에 관심을 갖게 되었다. 이를 위해 3GPP에서는 데이터 오프로딩(Data Offloading) 기술을 정의하였으며 이는 펨토셀과 non-3GPF액서스 망 등과 정합하는 기술을 제공하였다. 본고에서는 망의 부하를 줄이기 위한 이들 오프로딩 기술에 대한 요구사항, 구조 및 구현 시 고려해야 하는 주요 이슈들에 대해서 살펴본다.

OLAP(On-line Analytical Processing)은 데이터를 다차원적으로 집계하여 그 결과를 온라인으로 사용자에게 제공함으로써 고부가가치 창출에 사용되는 비즈니스 인텔리젼스 기술 중의 하나이다. 질의 처리 시간 제약 조건을 만족하기 위해 OLAP 시스템들은 다차원적 집계 결과를 미리 계산하여 저장해 둔다. 이 때 저장되는 데이터를 OLAP 큐브(cube)라고 하며, 데이터의 분석은 주로 큐브를 브라우징하면서 이루어진다. 본 연구에서는 웹 서비스를 통해 큐브를 브라우징할 수 있는 ‘웹 OLAP 큐브 브라우저(WOCB)'를 개발하였다. WOCB는 본 연구팀이 개발한 웹 서비스 기반의 OLAP API인 XMLMD를 사용하여 개발되었으며, 웹 서비스를 통해 전송되는 OLAP 큐브 데이터를 XML, HTML, 엑셀, 그래프 등의 다양한 형태로 검색할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 본 연구 결과는 이기종 플랫폼 환경에 분산되어 있는 OLAP 서버들을 통합할 때 하나의 컴포넌트로 사용될 수 있다는 장점을 갖는다.

인터넷 사용이 증가하고 기존의 오프라인 서비스들이 온라인으로 플랫폼을 이동하면서 개인정보나 결제정보 등을 탈취하기 위한 악성 사이트들이 등장하기 시작했다. 공격자들은 피싱 사이트를 만들어 사용자들의 정보 입력을 유도하고 이를 이용해 경제적 이익을 취득한다. 클릭재킹은 마우스 클릭을 하이재킹하여 사용자의 권한으로 특정 행동을 유도하는 공격 방법으로서, 온라인 계정을 삭제하거나 보인 기능 설정을 해제하는 등 여러 가지 문제점을 발생시킬 수 있다. 여러 가지 클릭재킹 방어 메커니즘이 제안되었으나 우회가 가능하여 잠재적인 문제점을 안고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현재 제안된 클릭재킹 방어기술들과 우회 기술들을 살펴보고 안전한 웹 브라우징 환경을 제공하는 브라우저를 제안한다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the of multimedia university library system theoretical models and to design partial functions of this model using multimedia toolbook 3.0. The theoretical model is constructed based on several operating systems such as JANUS Virtual Library and The Book House. Knowledge base of the designed system is constructed by interviewing reference librarians. The designed system consists of six modules : Reference Expert system. Journal Browsing, Multimedia Database, OPAC, External Database and User' s Guide. Finally, four problems are discussed as several major problems in building up multimedia university library network

모바일 기술의 발전으로 인쇄 매체가 아닌 온라인 매체로 만화 콘텐츠를 제공받는 수요층이 늘어나고 있고, 모바일 단말기의 작은 화면 위에 기존 오프라인 만화를 브라우징하기 위한 새로운 기술에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 큰 만화 콘텐츠를 영상의 의미 정보(배경이 아닌 모든 부분: 사람, 중요한 오브젝트, 문자)의 손실을 최소화하여, 기존의 오프라인 만화 콘텐츠를 모바일 단말기에 맞게 자동 변환 시스템 (Automatic Comics Conversion System: ACCS)을 제안한다. ACCS는 기존 만화 콘텐츠 영상의 각 페이지를 프레임 단위로 자르고 잘라진 프레임을 분할, 확대, 축소 등을 통해 모바일 단말기 화면 크기에 맞게 자동으로 변환한다.
