The purpose of this study is to find out how on-line counseling modalities (phone, video, and video counseling using digital mask) differ from face-to-face counseling in terms of clients' perception of working alliance, depth and smoothness of each session, satisfaction, and their qualitative counseling experience. 40 university students participated in the experiment, divided into 4 groups, received 3 personal counseling sessions per person. The quantitative data revealed no significant difference among the four counseling groups in working alliance. Also, the "depth" of the session was similar in the four groups, but phone and video with mask counseling group who did not expose their faces showed higher "smoothness" in the first and second sessions than face-to-face counseling group, indicating that anonymity was helping the clients' inhibition overcome. Through the post-interview data, subtle differences in experience of each counseling method were identified by the participants. The results are expected to provide primary information for developing and implementing various online counseling modalities in the future.

과학영재의 인지적 영역을 발달시키기 위한 연구는 활발하게 진행되었지만, 과학영재가 겪고 있는 사회-정서적 어려움과 어려움을 해결하기 위한 지원 체계에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 과학영재는 낮은 자아존중감으로 인하여 정서적 민감성, 과흥분성, 완벽주의, 실존적 우울감 등 다양한 정서적 어려움을 겪고 있다. 선행연구에서는 과학영재의 정서적 어려움을 지원하기 위해서는 지속적이고 개별화된 상담이 필요하다고 말하였다. 하지만, 시공간적 한계로 인하여 지속적이고 개별화된 상담을 진행하는 데 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 과학영재에게 지속적이고 개별화된 상담을 제공하기 위하여 온라인 상담 시스템을 설계하였다. 온라인 상담 시스템은 과학영재가 내인적 요인에 따른 상담을 신청하면, 상담 전문가가 Peterson과 Moon(2008)의 상담 모형을 기반으로 상담을 지원하도록 설계하였다. 향후 연구에서는 이러한 상담 시스템을 구축 및 실행하여 시스템에 대한 과학영재의 만족도와 자아효능감의 변화를 관찰하고자 한다.

This study aims to identify the effects and traits of narrative online group counseling for college students by comparing them with face-to-face group counseling. For this purpose, 18 college students were assigned as experimental group (videoconferencing method, using "Zoom"), comparison group (face-to-face method), and control group (no treatment). 8 sessions of narrative group counseling program was conducted for two groups. The difference between pre- and post test scores of 'self-identity' and 'relationship' showed significant improvement in 'self-identity' in both experimental and comparison groups, while positive change in 'relationship' was only significant in the experimental group. The traits of online group counseling experience were identified by comparing the post-interview data asking about their counseling experiences. In conclusion, we found that despite the various limitations, the context of online group counseling showed similar effects to face-to-face group counseling, and suggested a direction for the development of online group counseling.

지난달 23일부터 이틀 동안 브라질 상파울로에서 국내 온라인게임 업체와 브라질의 관련 기업을 대상으로 1대 1 수출 상담회를 개최했다. 이번 상담회는 현재 온라인 게임 수출이 중국과 동남아권에 치중돼 있는 우리나라 현실을 감안할 때 브라질시장이라는 새로운 수출 돌파구를 열어줄 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, the COVID environment has had a serious impact on the university education system. Career guidance methods of students, which have a significant impact on enrollment and employment rates of universities, should be changed in the COVID environment. While a traditional career guidance activity mainly use offline counseling methods, it should consider online counseling methods more seriously in the COVID environment. In this paper, I propose a hybrid(online and offline) career guidance model that can be effectively used in both online and offline education environments. The proposed hybrid model, which has the characteristics of online and offline, can effectively guide college students even in the COVID environment. In this paper, I show the usefulness of the proposed model by applying it to a real-world counseling case.

본 논문에서는 소외계층 영재학생을 위한 온라인 학습 멘토링 운영 방안을 도출하였다. 소외계층 영재학생에게 필요한 맞춤형 과제, 실생활 문제, 학업 관리를 지원하기 위하여 맞춤형 과제와 피드백, 학업 상담으로 이루어진 온라인 학습 멘토링 운영 방안을 도출하였다. 맞춤형 과제에서는 소외계층 영재학생의 수준에 따라 실생활 주제를 활용한 과제를 제시하였으며, 피드백을 통하여 과제의 결과물을 평가받을 수 있도록 구성하였다. 학업 상담에서는 학업 계획 및 관리 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 전문가와 함께 상담을 진행할 수 있도록 하였다. 후속 연구에서는 온라인 학습 멘토링을 소외계층 영재학생에게 운영하고, 온라인 학습 멘토링의 효과를 분석하는 연구가 진행되어야 한다.

우리 협회는 2005년부터 전국 11개 상담실에서 전국공통 상담 전화(1588-5448)을 통한 전화 상담, 홈페이지(www.aids.or.kr) 상담게시판을 통한 온라인 상담, 내방 상담, 검진 상담(익명검사 : 서울, 대구, 광주, 창원)를 실시해 오고 있다. 여기서는 2007년 한해 동안 실시한 상담 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

Due to the rapid advancement of information technology and changes in the reading environment, the readers' advisory services provided by public libraries are facing challenges and opportunities. Recognizing the need for public libraries to respond and propel their services forward, this study analyzed the current status of online readers' advisory services offered by public libraries in Korea and discusses areas that require improvement. To achieve this, the study analyzed the online readers' advisory services in 50 public libraries located in Seoul and six metropolitan cities (Incheon, Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju, Busan, and Ulsan) across seven categories. These categories encompass various aspects, such as announcing reading programs and new books, identifying and addressing reader needs, developing content by librarians, generating content by readers, providing guidance on external reading information, connecting with professional book review databases and online websites, and utilizing social media services. Through this analysis, the study identified areas for improvement to enhance online readers' advisory services in public libraries and ultimately improve reader satisfaction. It suggested enhancing activities such as librarians' book recommendations and reviews for individual readers, reader participation, and interaction.

Approximately 95.6% of Korean young people use internet and 82.5% among them experienced online games. 47% of internet users is aim to access online games. Even more 10.6% of students suffer from online game addiction. Even though they are aware of online game addiction problem, most of students and their parents is unable to receive proper help from counselors by lack of professional counselors for game addiction. Moreover, most of the on-site counselors for game addiction needs professional training courses and want to participates in that courses. To solve the problem, this paper found out the needs of them through the survey of students, parents, and on-site counselor's needs and will propose new training curriculum for professional counselors. The results of this study would be available to train professionals for game addiction counseling and could help students who suffer from game addiction. Ultimately korean young people will play online games healthy.

지난해 말부터 중국수출에 어려움을 겪어왔던 국내 게임업체들이 중국시장을 향해 재도약에 나섰다. 네오위즈, 엔도어즈, 인디21, 미리내엔터테인먼트 등 국내 게임업체들은 지난달 21일부터 24일까지 3일 동안 열린 중국 게임전시회‘차이나조이(China Joy)’ 에 참가, 국산 온라인게임의 최대고객인 중국 게이머들의 유혹에 나섰다. 이와 함께 한국소프트웨어진흥원은 베이징과 상하이에서 수출 상담회를 개최해 중국의 많은 업체들로부터 상담요청 및 계약을 성사시켰다.
