편평분할사는 복합방사법에 의한 편평 단면 형태의 분할형 초극세섬유로서, 기존 오렌지 형태인 Nylon/PET 극세사의 품종 다양화된 형태이다 분할은 Nylon과 PET의 비상용성인 특징을 이용, 물리적인 가공과 화학적인 가공에 의해 이루어지며 기존오렌지 형태의 PET/Nylon극세사에 비해 분할성이 우수하다고 보고되고 있다. 편평분할사의 용도는 Micro powder조의 Suede직물 등의 여성용 의류, 기능성 스포츠웨어, 2차 오염방지성이 우수하여 반도체 등의 정밀산업의 닦음천(Wiping Cloth)등의 크리너(Cleaner)용으로도 사용되어 질 수 있다. 중추신경계돠 자율신경계에 나타난 후각에 의한 감성변화를 측정하기 위해 후각자극은 0.6% 오렌지향과 2.5% valeric acid를 수증기로 포화시키는 후각 자극기를 통해 일정 flow와 농도로 시행하였다. 대조자극은 방안 공기로 향자극 전후에 시행하였으며 뇌파자극은 international 10-20 systim에서 4채널을 사용하였다. 이외에 ECG, EOG, heart rate, skin conductance와 respiration를 기록하였고 뇌파분석은 fast Fourier tuansform analysis의 power spectra로 하였다. 그 frequency banes는 delta(0-4.5Hz), theta(4.5-7Hz)은 쾌하고 친숙하게 valeric acid는 불쾌하고 성가시게 평가되었다. 뇌파분석에서 쾌와 불쾌 자극간의 차이는 PG2-A2 channel 에서 alphal의 자극전후의 차이를 나타내었으며 불유쾌한 자극에서는 모든 channel alphal, alpha2와 beta파 증가를 보였다. 또한 heart rate, galvaric skin resistance는 쾌자극에서 감소양상을 나타내었으며 불쾌자극에서는 반대경향을 보였다. 호흡에서는 쾌자극에서 호흡수 감소경향과 input/output amplitude dutation와 duration의 증가경향을 보였으며 불쾌자극에서는 반대양상을 보였다. 결론적으로 쾌와 불쾌 후각자극으로 감성변화를 뇌파와 자율신경계에서 볼 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 후각 자극에 의한 감성의 변화를 주관적 검사와 동시에 시행한 심전도에서 추출한 HRV parameter와의 상관관계를 보고자 함이다. 후각 자극은 0.6% orange와 2.5% valeric acid를 일정 flow와 일정 농오고 코 점막에 건조를 방지하기 위해 수증기로 포화시킨 향자극기로 주었다. 향의 주관적 검사에서는 오렌지향은 친숙하고 쾌하다고 하였으며 valeric acid경우 불쾌하고 성가시고 친숙하지 않는 감성을 표시하였ㅅ다. 이러한 쾌하고 불쾌한 향자극에 대한 HRV분석결과는 valeric acid에 비해 오렌지향을 제시하였을 때가 HF/LF값이 높은 변화를 보임으로써 부교감신경의 활동이 우세하였음을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 HRV스펙트럼 분석이 감성의 변화를 객관적인 지표로 나타내는데 유용한 정보로서의 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다.

본 연구에서는 비전공자들을 위한 디지털 교육을 위하여 노 코드 프로그램을 활용한 정보, 수학, 과학 융합교육 교양 강좌를 개발하였다. 노 코드 프로그램으로는 오렌지3 데이터 마이닝을 선정하였는데, 이는 데이터 분석, 시각화, 머신러닝 모델의 활용이 용이하다는 강점을 가지고 있다. 또한, 산업환경 변화에 대비하는 핵심 교과인 과학, 수학, 정보의 중요성과 데이터 분석과의 밀접성을 고려하여 교육 내용을 융합할 수 있도록 선정하였다. 개발된 교육 프로그램은 8인이 전문가 검토 결과 내용 타당도가 확보되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 연구에서는 이 강좌를 대학의 학부생에게 적용하여 그 효과성을 확인해 보고자 한다.

A germination method was used to detect biological changes in gamma-irradated apple, orange, and lemon at low doses at 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, and 1.0 kGy. Ten fruit seeds of each sample were placed on moistened cotton and germinated at 3$0^{\circ}C$ for 7 days. Shoot lengths of all fruits were gradually grown for 7 days, but the growth was signficantly slow down by fifth day. During 7 days of germination, the growth of unirradiated fruits were significantly highter than the irradiated fruits. By examining the gamma-Irradiated fruits in this study, a germination method could be possibly one of the screening test to identify irradiated fruits.

Various crosslinked poly(4-vinylpyridines) having different degrees of crosslinking were prepared by radical copolymerizations of 4-vinylpyridine with N, N'-2, 6-pyridinebisacrylamide as a crosslinker. The abilities of these crosslinked polymers to bind methyl orange and butyl orange were investigated at various temperatures in a buffer solution of pH 7. The first binding constants were evaluated from the equilibrium binding amounts. The first binding constants against the temperatures showed bell-shaped curves. Also, the first binding constants against the degree of crosslinking showed bell-shaped curves. When the temperature and the degree of crosslinking of maximum binding in the curves of these binding systems were compared with those of previous systems containing crosslinked poly(4-vinylpyridines) prepared by using N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide, N, N'-tetramethy-lenebisacryamide and divinylbenzene as crosslinkers, respectively, they were varied with the crosslinked poly(4-vinyl pyridines) containing different crosslinkers. These results were discussed in terms of the properties of the crosslinkers.

A new standard rose cultivar "Peach Pudding" was bred from the cross between deep red standard cultivar 'Red Sandra' and light pink standard cultivar 'Dolores' at the National Horticulture Research Institute. The cross was made in 2000 and "Peach Pudding" was finally selected in 2006 after investigating characteristics for three years from 2002 to 2006. 'Peach Pudding', a pink standard cultivar has good flower shape and fashionable flower color. The major characteristics of this cultivar are 113.1 stems/$m^2$/year in yield, 60.6 cm in length of cut flower, 8.7 cm in flower diameter, 38.6 in petal number, and 12.8 days in vase life. This cultivar can be propagated by both cutting and grafting. The consumer's preference of this cultivar is relatively higher than that of control cultivar, 'New Miracle'.

A new gerbera cultivar 'Ringgo' was bred by the 'Seohaenongsan' in 2013. 'Ma' with yellow and 'Caravan' with salmon orange, which have semi-double flower, were artificially crossed in 2010. After investigation of the characteristics for four years (from 2010 to 2013), it was selected specially for the use of cut flower. The 'Ringgo' had brilliant orange color (RHS O24A) with dark brown center. The flower was semi-double and 11.1 cm in diameter. And inner ray floret and disc diameter are 6.6 cm and 2.8 cm, respectively. It is a vigorous cultivar having a long and thick peduncle of which length and upper width were 54.7 cm and 4.6 mm, respectively. The vase life of 'Harmony' was 10.1 days, which was 1.2 days longer than the standard cultivar 'Dune'. And its average yield was 55.3 stems per plant, which were 6.6 stems more than the control.
