김준 대표는 경북 의성군에서 2000년 대학 축산과를 졸업하기 전부터 축산을 시작했다. 의성군에서 축사를 임대해서 축산업을 시작하여 지금은 예천군 풍양면에 새로운 축사를 마련하여 육우 거세우의 비육을 하면서 육우 거세우의 고급육 생산을 위해서 열정을 갖고 축산업에 종사 중이다. 밑소의 구입은 군위군 금성면에 있는 영농조합 (주)목원에서 전 두수를 구입하고 있으며, 현재 축사시설은 4개동 $1,024m^2$로 육우 거세우 130두를 사육하고 있다. 김 대표는 예천군의 경우 한우 사육이 주가 되고 있으나, 소비자들이 가격이 비싸서 구입을 주저하는 경우가 많아 육우 거세우로도 고급육 생산을 통해 저가의 질 좋은 고기를 소비자들에게 공급할 수 있다는 신념을 갖고 육우 거세우 비육을 하고 있다.

경상북도 예천군에서 영주시 방향으로 가는 28번 국도 변에 위치한 예천천문과학문화센터(예천 '별' 천문대)는 '별' 천문대와 고천문학 및 기타 천문학 관련 전시물이 있는 야외교육장, 숙박시설, 2007년에 공사가 시작 될 예천우주환경체험시설 등을 갖춘 최초의 "Astronomy & Space Park(천문우주공원)"이라 할 수 있다.

Gyeongsangbuk-do moved its provincial office in October, 2015 and has been building a new town with a goal to construct a truly self-sufficient city with the population of 100,000 people before 2027. However, a new town tends to be dualized in terms of its administrative districts, so it is raising a lot of problems regarding from city construction up to operation. In order to solve those problems, this author has selected Si Gun Gu integration that was chosen as a major task to do in 2012 among the basic plans to revise the local administration system announced by the promotional committee to reorganize administrative districts as the range of this research and analyzed how it is going on in Andong-si and Yecheon-gun where a provincial office new town is being constructed. The main contents of this study regard the theoretical model to reform the local administration system, basic plans to revise the local administration system, and necessity and directions for reorganizing administrative districts in Andong-si and Yecheon-gun. Based on that, this author suggests integration of administrative districts as a way for a provincial office new town to establish its identity and grow as a sustainable, new growth focus city in Gyeongsangbuk-do.

This research is mainly focused on the distributions of pine mushroom(Tricholomo matsutake S.) in Kyungpook province, south eastern part of Korea. The study contributes to graps the trends of producing place and their distributions. The general trends of pine mushroom producing area are scattered over northern part of the province : such as Ulchin Kun, Youngyang Kun, and Bonghwa Kun. The term 'Kun' is equivalent to a country level district of administration. Less concentrated areas are listed : Munkyong Kun, Sangju Kun, Yecheon Kun, Euiseong Kun, Dalseong Kun, Kyungsan Kun, and Cheongdo Kun, which have shown growing spots in pine forest area Pine mushroom do not grow in south eastern part of province, which are Kumreung Kun, Sangju Kun, Chilgog Kun, Wolsong Kun, Koryong Kun. Producing spots classified by Kun area : 117 spots in Ulchin Kun, 70spots in Yongdeog Kun, 54 spots in Youngyang Kun, 38 spots in Munkyong Kun, 37 spots in Cheongsong Kun, 32 spots in Andong Kun, 32 spots in Sangju Kun, 26 spots in Bonghwa, 17 spots in Youngil Kun 15 spots in Yeongcheon Kun, 15 spots in Euiseong Kun, 10 spots in Gyeongsan Kun, 9 spots in Gunwi Kun, 6 spots in Cheongdo Kun, 5 spots in Yecheon Kun, 4 spots in Seonsan Kun, 2 spots in Chilgog Kun, and one spot in Weolseoog Kun.

경상북도는 경상도 개도 700주년인 2014년 완공을 목표로 새로운 도청 청사를 경북 안동시 풍천면과 예천군 호명면 일원에 건설 중에 있다. 경북도청 이전사업은 지난 1981년 대구시가 직할시로 승격 분리되면서 경북도민의 자긍심을 세우기 위해 신비의 가야문화, 천년의 신라문화, 지조의 유교문화가 융합된 민족문화의 본산지이자 한국의 정신 및 문화수도를 계승하는 한편 새로운 천년을 준비하기 위한 사업으로 추진되었다. 이에 따라 경상북도는 지난 2008년 안동시 풍천면과 예천군 호명면 일원을 도청 이전 예정지로 정하고 기본계획 수립 및 설계 시공을 일괄발주(턴키)하여 2011년 2월 (주)대우건설 컨소시엄[대우건설 지분 50%, 풍림산업, 세원건설(구미), 우석종합건설(경주), 동일건설(문경), 주일건설(경산), (주)진영종합건설(포항) 등 6개 업체의 50% 참여지분]을 실시설계 적격자로 선정, 2011년 10월 첫 삽을 떴다. 경상북도는 오는 2027년까지 경북도청 행정타운을 중심으로 3단계에 걸쳐 주거, 산업, 교육, 레저 및 문화단지 등 10만명의 인구가 거주할 신도시를 건립할 계획이다. 또한 이 지역은 지리적으로 세계문화유산이자 한국 정신문화의 수도인 안동 하회마을과 가깝고 한국적 우아함을 느낄 수 있는 지역이자 중앙고속도로, 고속국도 및 철도 등이 관통하고 있어 도내 주변도시와의 연계성이 높아서 경북지역의 신성장 거점도시로 성장할 전망이다.

Two different aquifers with different characteristics developed in the study area - a lower and upper aquifer zone. Nitrate contamination of the lower aquifer zone was likely due to infiltration of nitrate-contaminated groundwater of the upper aquier zone through abandoned groundwater wells. In order to evaluate the feasibility of a preliminary packer designed to prevent nitrate migration through abandoned groundwater wells NO3-N concentrations of the upper and lower part of preliminary packer installed at four sampling sites were measured. Nitrate concentrations of the and lower part of Yechun sinwolri were 10.3 mg/L and 5.0 mg/L, respectively. Yechun eosinri, Yechun jeowooriis, and Andong hoegokri were $NO_3$-N concentrations in the upper (11.3, 11.0, and 14.6 mg/L) and lower (8.8, 1.6, and 8.0 mg/L), respectively. $NO_3$-N contents of all groundwater samples in the lower part after the preliminary packer installation showed 22~85% lower than those of the upper part.

본 연구에서는 경상북도 북부지역의 5개의 소수력발전 후보지점을 설정하였으며, 5개 후보지점에 대하여 설치가능한 소수력 발전시설은 지형학적 측면을 비롯하여 다양한 타당성 검토를 통하여 댐식 소수력 발전시설이 타당한 것으로 분석되었다. 5개 후보지점에서 설정된 유량지속곡선을 이용하여 발전용량을 산정하고 수차를 선정하였다. 따라서 산정된 발전 용량을 편익비용 분석법과 내부수익률 분석법을 이용하여 경제성분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 3개의 소수력발전 후보지점(경상북도 봉화군 명호면, 경상북도 영주시 문수면 권선리, 경상북도 예천군 형호리)이 B/C 비율이 1이상으로 경제성이 있는 것으로 분석되었으나, 설비용량 500kW 이상인 최적 개발후보지는 경상북도 영양군 입암면 후보지점인 것으로 나타났다.
