'서비스를 이용하겠다고 예약을 했지만, 취소나 연락 없이 장소에 나타나지 않는 행위'를 가리키는 일명 노쇼(No-Show, 예약부도)가 사회적 문제로 떠오르고 있다. 이는 음식점을 비롯하여 열차, 고속버스, 병원, 미용실 등 예약 시스템이 갖춰진 사회 곳곳에서 발생하여 사회적·경제적 손실을 일으키고 있다. 그리고 이러한 노쇼는 자영업자의 경제적 손실로 직결되어 이들의 생존을 위협하기에 이르렀다. 음식점의 경우 노쇼로 인해 식재료 손실과 함께 해당 테이블에 다른 고객의 예약을 받지 못하는 2차 피해 발생이 가능하다는 점에서 타 업종에 비해 리스크 부담이 상당하다. 본 연구는 기존 식당 예약 웹 어플리케이션의 경제성·편의성·접근성을 취하는 동시에, 예약금 제도를 통해 노쇼의 비중을 줄이고, 노쇼가 발생한 고객 현황을 계측하여 관리할 수 있는 관리자 권한의 기능을 제공해 손실을 최소화하도록 돕는 웹 어플리케이션을 개발하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다.

기존의 예약시스템을 보게 되면 주로 웹을 이용한 정보 검색 및 예약을 하는 일이 많았다. 하지만 요즘 들어서는 사용자들이 웹과 더불어 모바일 디바이스 즉, 핸드폰, PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), 스마트 폰 등의 사용률이 급격하게 증가하고 사회가 급변하게 돌아가기 때문에 언제 어디서든지 접할 수 있는 모바일 디바이스를 이용한 예약 시스템이 필요로 하게 된다. 그렇기 때문에 본 논문에서는 마이크로 소프트 사의 닷넷 프레임워크 중에서 모바일 닷넷 프레임워크 또는 컴팩트 프레임워크를 기반으로 한 예약 시스템을 설계 및 구현해보았다.

환자 예약 시스템은 오프라인에서 초진과 재진환자에 대해 병원의 수용능력, 의사별 진료 시간의 차이, 환자의 진료호응도등의 독립된 요소들이 조합을 이루며 통합적으로 이뤄진다. 일반 환자들에게서 SNS를 이용한 예약 시스템은 전담 스탭이 운용하는데 있어 상당한 아이디어를 제공하며, 그 예약 비율을 참고로 하여 보다 진보된 SNS 예약 시스템을 예측해 본다.

As the number of channels and programs are increasing dramatically, a viewer seriously needs to book a program at the very time of watching its promotion program by "only one time" pressing remote controller's button. The program reserving system requiring to search a program via EPG is usually hard to operate and some researches that allow a viewer to book a program via its promotion program require additional heavy facilities such as image processing or ultra-frequency recognizing systems. In this paper, a new program reservation system is introduced. the system allows a viewer to book a program via its promotion program. The system is conformable to MHP (which is the data service standard most widely adopted in the world) so that the broadcasting stations need no additional equipments to implement it as long as they follow the MHP standard.

기존 PVR은 예약녹화를 하는 경우 사용자는 컴퓨터가 이이 부팅되어있는 상태에서 시간을 예약해야 한다. 만약 사용자가 미리 예약녹화를 하지 않고 외출했다면 집안의 다른 사람의 도움 없이는 녹화는 불가능하다. 이런 단점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 MS 윈도우 기반에서 PC용 TV수신카드와 WOL를 이용하여 원격지에서도 전원이 꺼진 컴퓨터에 휴대폰을 통하여 혼자서 예약 녹화할 수 있는 MS윈도우 기반의 PVR 시스템을 구현하였다.

One of the most challenging technical issues in mobile communication for multimedia is Quality of Service (QoS) management of handover calls. This paper proposes a 2-level handover control system to copy with this problem. A 2-level handover control system consists of resource reservation and call admission control modules. The resource reservation module divides the network resource into Hard and Soft reserved resource. The Hard reserved resource is only for the handover calls while the Soft reserved resource is for both the handovers and the new calls. And also, the resource reservation module classifies handovers into primary and secondary handovers based on often they occur. The call admission control module deals with the primary and secondary handover calls in different ways. The new calls can use Soft reserved resource only if there is sufficient amount available in the Hard reserved resource. Proposed system is evaluated using an M/M/c/c queueing model. It is shown that proposed system allows more efficient utilization of network resource without degrading QoS comparing with the legacy handover control systems.

Resource reservation scheme is effective for better QoS guarantee to handover call for the next generation cellular systems where handover rate highly increases. However, resource reservation for handover call can incur negative impact on the new user admission. In this paper, we propose a random access based adaptive group-wise reservation to effectively reduce dropping rate of handover call, while protecting new local call. In the proposed scheme, target base station divides adaptively future handover users into groups based on the expected handover time, and then does group-wise reservation, where service allocation within each group is done on random access basis. Markov approach is also provided to analyze the performance of the proposed scheme. By computer simulation, it is shown that theoretical analysis on the performance is similar to the simulation results and the proposed reservation scheme outperforms the conventional scheme with respect to dropping probability of handover call.

VoIP(Voice over IP)는 저렴한 비용과 다양한 응용서비스 기능으로 기존의 전화서비스를 보조 또는 대체할 서비스로 인식되고 있다. 특히 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)는 텍스트 기반으로 다양한 애플리케이션과 쉽게 연동될 수 있다는 장점 때문에 차세대 VoIP프로토콜로 급성장하고 있으며 이를 이용한 VoIP 망 구성 및 부가서비스에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 부가서비스는 콜의 발생 여부에 따라 사용자의 콜을 처리하여 서비스를 제공하는 형태와 서버가 직접 콜을 발생시켜 서비스를 제공하는 형태의 두 가지 유형으로 나눌 수 있다. 현재 SIP기반 VoIP에서는 사용자의 콜을 처리하는 서비스를 위한 CPL(Call Processing Language)이 표준화 중이며 이를 기반으로 여러 서비스도 구현되어 있다. 그러나 특정시간에 콜을 발생시켜 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하는 형태의 서비스는 논의되지 않고 있으며 구현된 사례도 아직 없는 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 유형의 새로운 서비스의 하나로 예약통화 시스템을 제안한다. 예약통화 시스템은 예약된 시간에 콜을 발생시켜 두 사용자간의 통화를 연결해 주는 예약 시간 기반의 서비스를 개발하는데 이용될 수 있다.

Nowaday, a system development which does to the foundation is drawing the concern that new foundation technique for Web application development. Various terminal is a service supply is not easy. Because of the protocol to use differs for every each terminal, We must make a server program the each every protocol. A reservation system setup itself was not easy at the reason. Because of the importance of the field which is the mobile have been enlarged to a day, We have been raised in reality to the problem to solve. This facility which the technique supports in the paper to use, We can offer the service to server program. The design will try to implement about the reservation system besides.

요즘 .NET을 기반으로 한 시스템 개발이 새로운 웹 응용 개발을 위한 기반기술로 관심을 끌고 있다. 기존의 예약 시스템은 다양한 유 무선 단말기(컴퓨터, PDA, 휴대폰, 스마트 폰, 비PC 장치 등)를 통한 서비스 제공이 쉽지 않다. 각 단말기마다 사용하는 프로토콜이 상이하기 때문에 각 프로토콜마다 서버 프로그램을 만들어 줘야 하는 단점을 가지고 있기 때문에 예약시스템 구축 자체가 쉽지 않았다. 이러한 단정은 모바일 분야의 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있는 현실에서 해결해야 할 문제점으로 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 .NET 기술이 지원하는 기능을 이용하여 하나의 서버 프로그램으로 PC는 물론 기타 컴퓨팅 기기에 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 예약시스템에 대해 설계 및 구현해 보도록 하겠다.
