최근 인터넷을 이용한 대부분의 예약 시스템들은 예약 기능만을 중요시하고 있어서 한정된 예약자원을 효율적으로 관리하기에 많은 어려움이 있다. 또한, 한정된 예약 자원의 배정 및 관리방식이 중앙 집중식 관리로 처리되고 있기 때문에 고객들의 선호도를 고려하지 않고 예약이 이루어지고 있다. 예약 시스템의 효율적인 관리와 현대 서비스 산업에서 중요한 고객들의 예약 만족도를 향상시키는 것은 예약 시스템에서 가장 중요한 부분이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 예약 시스템에서 일어날 수 있는 문제를 복합 스케줄링 기법에 적용하여 예약 시스템들의 문제점을 해결하고자 하였다. 고객중심의 도서관 좌석배정 예약시스템은 객체지향개념을 기반으로 고객들의 선호도를 고려하여 고객들이 가지고 있는 사건들을 주어진 제약들에 만족하도록 목표인 도서관 좌석배치도에 배정한다. 또한 고객들의 도서관 이용 정보를 통하여 더욱더 편리한 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 고객들은 자신의 우선순위에 따라서 자원을 배정하고, 좌석 자원에 대한 고객의 선호도 차이를 가질 수 있게 하였다. 고객 클래스와 도서관 이용정보를 고려하여 우선순위를 가진 고객들은 제약을 만족하면서 최선의 좌석 슬롯을 선택하여 사건을 배정한다. 또한, 고객중심의 도서관 좌석배정 예약시스템을 모의 실험하여 고객들의 만족도를 살펴보았다.

The appointment system is widely used to facilitate customer access to service in many industries including healthcare and others. Because of its importance, much research has investigated how to build an effective appointment policy under various environments. However, most research has considered a single-server service system. The objective of this work is to evaluate several appointment policies in a two-stage service system in which multiple servers are available and build separate appointments at the second-stage. In such a system, we propose and evaluate the staggering appointment policy. Simulation experiments indicate that the proposed staggering appointment policy outperforms other traditional appointment policies in terms of customer waiting time, server idle time, and the number of customers who are later to scheduled appointments.

기존의 예약 시스템을 보게 되면 주로 뿔을 이용한 정보 검색 및 예약을 하는 일이 많았다. 하지만 요즘 들어서는 사용자들이 웹과 더불어 모바일 디바이스 즉, 핸드폰, PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), 스마트 폰 등의 사용률이 급격하게 증가하고 사회가 급변하게 돌아가기 때문에 언제 어디서든지 접할 수 있는 모바일 디바이스를 이용한 예약 시스템이 필요로 하게 된다. 그렇기 때문에 본 논문에서는 마이크로소프트 사의 닷넷 프레임워크 중에서 모바일 닷넷 프레임워크 또는 컴팩트 프레임워크를 기반으로 한 예약 시스템을 설계 및 구현 해보았다.

오늘날 자동차 이용자가 점점 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 주차 공간이 부족해져 많은 불편을 초래한다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 주차 예약 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 Spring Framework 기반의 주차 예약 시스템으로 예약과 취소를 자유롭게 이용할 수 있다. 또한 주차 예약 시스템의 이용 후기, 꼭 알아야 하는 공지사항 등 게시판을 활용하여 더욱 자유롭게 이용할 수 있다.

Most reservation systems make a reservation without customer's preference on-line. These reservation systems had problems not to improve customer's preference in modern society. To solve these problems, we have tried to apply these problems to complex scheduling technique. The scheduling technique for performing art reservation proposed in this thesis is based on object-oriented concepts. To consider the over all satisfaction, the events of every object are alloted to the sitting plan board along its priority. We have scheduled to rise customer's satisfaction in the performing art reservation.

In the tourism, reservations system is important of the efficiency. Reservations system of tourism is restrict within each travel agent. The homepage of reservations system is limited for booking of airports, hotels, and cars. In this paper, This don't interchange information between agents by using different system and by providing it for making a module to provide booking of airports, hotels, and cars. A user can identify the real-time reservation status through this integration system, and a provider can share information with them, therefore this result can increase the efficiency of system.

TV 프로그램 예약녹화 시스템은 시청자가 화면에 나타나는 프로그램 안내를 보고 간편한 리모콘의 조작만으로 예약설정을 하면. 부재중에도 정확한 예약녹화를 할 수 있는 방식이다. 이 방식은 방송국의 시간 변경이나 프로그램 변경시에도 정확하게 녹화가 되며 현재일로부터 최대 4주까지의 프로그램 데이터를 각 채널별로 운영할 수 있다. 방송 3사와 가전 4사가 공동규격을 정하고 개발한 이 방식은 한국형 예약녹화 시스템(Korean Broadcasting Program System KBPS)이라 명명되었다

사용자의 작업을 대신해 주는 에이전트의 필요성은 우리의 일상 생황 도처에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷을 통해서 교통편의 예약을 하고자하는 사용자를 도와주는 에이전트지향의 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 인터넷 예약이 가능한 대표적인 교통편으로 기차와 항공기를 선정하여 사용자에게 교통편의 예약상황정보를 제공하고 특정 예약정보를 감시하며 예약이 가능하도록 해주는 시스템으로, 복수의 단순 에이전트가 통합과정을 거쳐 목표를 달성하도록 구성되었다. 사용자는 본 시스템을 통해 하나 이상의 교통편에 대한 예약상황을 파악하여 자신이 원하는 가장 적절한 교통편을 선택한 수 있고, 교통편의 예약을 위해 정보 수집, 정보 필터링, 정보 감시등의 작업을 사용자를 대신하여 수행하도록 요구할 수 있다.

최근 모바일 기기의 발달로 모바일 환경에서도 예약 서비스를 이용할 수 있다. 모바일 예약 시스템은 서버와 사용자간에 예약 정보 데이터를 일관성 있게 유지하여 사용자에게 실시간 예약 현황을 제공해야 한다. 현재 모바일 예약 시스템은 어플리케이션을 기반으로 서비스를 제공하고 있고, 웹 서비스와 같이 요청 대 응답 방식으로만 데이터를 처리하기 때문에 사용자가 요청하지 않으면 변화된 데이터를 알 수 없다는 문제점이 있다. 이는 데이터 일관성의 문제로 연결되어 사용자에게 실시간으로 예약 현황을 제공하지 못하게 된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 모바일 예약 시스템에서 스트리밍 방식을 개선한 Push를 통해 데이터 일관성을 유지하는 동기화 메커니즘을 제안한다.

Nowaday, a system development which does to the foundation is drawing the concern that new foundation technique for Web application development. Various terminal is a service supply is not easy. Because of the protocol to use differs for every each terminal, We must make a server program the each every protocol. A reservation system setup itself was not easy at the reason. Because of the importance of the field which is the mobile have been enlarged to a day, We have been raised in reality to the problem to solve. This facility which the technique supports in the paper to use, We can offer the service to server program. The design will try to implement about the reservation system besides.
