As a communication language, non-text records and archives such as photographs, images, and videos are becoming more important than text records. As a result, domestic institution, organizations, and specialists related to record management have been emphasizing the necessity of the archive management system appropriate for the distinctive characteristics of image records. This paper summarizes the points to be considered for the establishment of the Korean audiovisual archives management system, based on the writer's experience of participating in the International Audiovisual Archives Management Training for professionals in the world(INA Frame) of 2018. In particular, various types of contents including cinema, broadcasting, cultural should be managed at the national level. Furthermore, the necessity of a new concept establishment for "public audiovisual heritage" is accentuated. In addition, the tasks regarding the establishment of foundation, such as the modification of the related systems and infrastructures, and the layouts of the institution or governance, should be reviewed and revised. Moreover, the preliminary tasks revised, should be lead to the establishment of stable management system for public audiovisual archives of Korea.

The advent of the handheld camera has dramatically transformed film production and consumption in countless ways. French director and theorist, Alexandre Astruc focuses on the development of 16mm camera and foretell film will be used as a tool to realize the personal vision of the author like other art. As proof of his claim French New Wave and Cinéma vérité create the film with handheld camera on the real location to capture new reality. Their films are distinguished itself from other films made by conventional Hollywood studios. Similarly, John Cassavetes in the United States began to focus on the handheld camera. Since then the handheld camera has become one of the popular shooting methods. Especially, handheld camera are noted for their agile movement and mobility as a way to capture various realities. However, with the advances in technology, lighter cameras and higher resolution have changed in different ways. The technology is neutral, one shooting method does not serve for one philosophy or ism. At one time, handheld shooting is now used as not only a means to capture the real world but also a tool to mimic a realistic feeling.

MovieLens data consists of recorded movie evaluations that was often used to measure the evaluation score in the recommendation system research field. In this paper, we provide additional information obtained by clustering user-specific genre preference information through movie evaluation data and movie genre data. Because the number of movie ratings per user is very low compared to the total number of movies, the missing rate in this data is very high. For this reason, there are limitations in applying the existing clustering methods. In this paper, we propose a convex clustering-based method using the pairwise fused penalty motivated by the analysis of MovieLens data. In particular, the proposed clustering method execute missing imputation, and at the same time uses movie evaluation and genre weights for each movie to cluster genre preference information possessed by each individual. We compute the proposed optimization using alternating direction method of multipliers algorithm. It is shown that the proposed clustering method is less sensitive to noise and outliers than the existing method through simulation and MovieLens data application.

광기록의 역사는 1980년대초 Sony와 Philips가 공동 개발한 CD (compact disc: 640MB)의 출현으로부터 시작하여 1996년의 DVD (digital versatile disc: 4.7GB)를 거쳐 최근의 BD (Blu-ray disc: >20GB)에까지 이르고 있다. Read-only memory, recordable, rewritable 등 다양한 저장 및 재생방식이 존재하는데, 이는 레이저 조사에 의한 기록매체의 특성변화의 가역성 (reversibility)에 의존하므로 저장 및 재생방식에 따라 저장매체 또한 다르게 된다. 기록용량의 증가는 레이저의 파장이 짧아지고 동시에 사용된 렌즈의 개구수 (NA: Numerical aperture)가 증가함에 따른 빔 spot size의 감소에 기인한다. 회절한계를 극복하여 빔의 spot size를 줄이고자 하는 연구는 현재도 전세계적으로 활발히 이루어지고 있고 이러한 노력의 일환으로 어느 정도의 추가적인 저장용량 증가는 가능할 수 있으나, 2차원 방식으로는 대용량 광정보기록 (수백 GB ${\sim}$ TB급)의 실현은 불가능하다는 것이 일반적인 예상이다. 한편 장기적으로 기존의 2차원 정보기록방식을 대체하고 저장용량을 획기적으로 증가시킬 수 있는 bit-type 3차원 광정보기록의 개념이 1990년을 전.후로 처음으로 제시되었다. 이는 2차원 bit 정보가 수십 내지 수백 개의 다층 (multi-layer) 형태로 기록되는 방식인데, 그동안 산업체의 관심이 상대적으로 높지 않았던 이유는 영화, 음악 등 엔터테인먼트 시장성 확대를 위해 Blu-ray disc나 HD-DVD에 대한 연구개발에 치중해왔기 때문이다. 하지만 최근 급변하는 정보시스템 서비스 환경 속에서 정보유통량이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있고 개인이 취급하는 정보량도 2010년경에는 수백 GB 단위가 될 것으로 예상되고 있으며 디지털 방송, 네트워크를 기반으로 한 서비스 수요 뿐 만 아니라 전자도서관이나 VOD (Video on Demand) 서비스 사업에 필수적인 수 TB급의 대용량 저장장치에 대한 수요 또한 크게 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 이에 따라 점차 그 물리적 한계에 다다르고 있는 기존의2차원 정보저장방식을 대체하고 저장용량을 획기적으로 증가시킬 수 있는3차원 정보기록(> $10^{13}$ $bits/cm^3$)에 대한 필요성이 대두된다.

The history of modernization of Korea is divided into two folds of the colonial era in the 20's and the economic development era in the 60's. Most of the spaces built in the process of modernization were public spaces developed by the drive of the government. These spaces of modernization are functionality-oriented public places of production and at the same time, and they are the spaces of national power to symbolize the identity of national authorities. Along with changes in the society, modern spaces were reduced down to monument buildings without functionality and this requires new definition to renew the identity of modern spaces. Small stations, power plants, mines, warehouses, abandoned factories, and etc... the study has paid attention to the process of changing thought, one of the main characteristics of modernization, the relations of modern concepts projected in the spaces, framework of modern society, and placeness in the process of framework building and relations of people in the spaces with video records on the process of rebuilding new identity of modern spaces and memories of the spaces. The relations of modern spaces and memory were explored in < Seoul Station > while the relations between modern spaces and records and place identity were explored in < Onyang Folk Museum > and < Okpo Shipyard > respectively. In the relations between space identity and memory in each space, the ironic relations of power in modern spaces (placeness) and personal narrative (memories) were explored with oral narrative and video footage.

This study attempts to examine the impact of a documentary film, on the perception and satisfaction with the public health insurance system in South Korea. It is needed that public support to expand health insurance coverage and to intensify national health insurance. The documentary film investigates health care in the United States, comparing with the non-profit universal health care systems of Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Cuba. So an online education content for the general education was developed using this film and the surveys were carried out to gather information about perception, satisfaction and opinion on national health insurance system before the lesson and after. And pared t tests were conducted to analyze the effects of this education content using the film on perception and attitudes towards national health insurance system. Based on the empirical results, the way to develop education contents for improving the understanding public health system and to verify the effect of education contents were discussed.

Narrative activities are closely related to the space where human beings live and their awareness of space. In the film Parasite (2019), Director Bong Joon-ho demonstrated his unique insights into the spatial layout of the city. He not only built opposing up and down spaces with clear differentiation of distinct classes, but also conducted complex and smooth narratives in space. Bong Joon-ho used realism to express differences and some unresolvable contradictions between the classes in capitalist society by showing the daily lives of people living in different spaces. This present research focuses on Bong Joon-ho's spatial narrative in the film Parasite, hoping to observe the relationship between characters and between social classes, further exploring Director Bong Joon-ho's spatial narrative awareness and his film creation style. The research reveals that space, an important element of film narrative, has been paid attention to in the film Parasite and space is the narrative's foundation in this film. The narrative of film space is not limited to physical space but also refers to the relationship between characters and the society in which they live, showing metaphorical significance. This film transcends a genre film, portraying the changes of social classes in the development of the society. The film as a whole is one combining ideology and artistry. Every viewer can feel resonated from this film and understand the thought-provoking social situation.

모바일이란 본래 ‘움직일 수 있는’ 이라는 뜻으로, 휴대폰과 휴대용 개인 정보단말기(PDA) 등과 같이 이동성을 가진 것들을 총칭한다. 최근 휴대폰을 인터넷에 접속하여 입출금 등의 은행 업무를 보는 모바일뱅킹, 온라인 게임을 하는 모바일게임, 영화를 실시간으로 보는 모바일영화 등 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있으며 새로운 모바일서비스가 생겨나고 계속 개발 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 가계부의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 모바일 전자장부 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 언제 어디서나 지출수입내역을 확인하고 기록이 가능하며 인터넷과의 연동으로 전체적인 개인경제의 흐름을 확인할 수 있다.

This study tried to explore the contents of film critics' reviews reported in the press. Based on fifty nine Korean movies with over 100,000 audience in 2017, this study collected 1113 reviews from fifty five movies with the exception of four without reviews. This study focused on the correlation between film's overall quality and four evaluation items such as directing, acting, story, and the visual. Examining the difference in the report timing of the review, the length of the review, and the intensity of the opinion, this study also analyzed the relationship between the internal aspects of reviews and box office performance. According to the results, the valence of critics' reviews was generally positive. Looking at the difference of reporting time, this valence was higher in the week before release than in the release week of film. The evaluation items of reviews were highly covered both before movie release and in the opening week. These were significantly declined in the second week of release. In the relationship between the number of reviews by each movie and box office performance, a positive correlation was found.

This dissertation is considerably studied Faction Genre which is embossed as a new image content, and it is figured out practical used works' possibilities for Korea film production's varieties. Faction, a neologism, which is combined by Fiction and Fact, is a boundary as limits. If authentic history is closed to a truth, it is a record history description method. Also, if unauthorized history is closed to a fake, it is a fictitious history description method. In addition, macro history and micro history are respectively connected to social criticism's matter and personal action, and these can make various analyses, depend on a boundary's limits and personal analysis. On the other hand, history film could be remembered to audience merely history film itself without existed history's fact. However, there are Faction Genre's Genre possibility and film's attraction which indirectness experience of historic fact could be experienced through film. For Faction Genre’s developing solution, there are three cognitive switches; audience's interpretation ability about history film through watching perception, linking between the past and the present for audience through communication with history, audience's considerable decision about history first or fiction first as film writer's interpretation. Above all, hopefully filmic pressure can be shown with historical true to audience. Therefore, it would be Korea Faction Genre's attraction and hope.
