Affecting Factors on the Technology Adoption of Object Orientation (객체지향 기술채택에 미치는 영향 요인)

  • 본 연구는 객체지향 기술채택에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사했다. 한가지의 중요한 연구 의문을 제시했다: 무엇이 객체지향 기술의 채택에 중요하게 영향을 미치는가? 본 연구는 객체지향 기술의 실제 사용정도에 영향을 주는 독립변수를 연구했다. 그 독립변수는 다음과 같은 세 가지 범주로 분류된다: (1) 개인적 요인: 구조지향 방법론을 사용한 경험, 새로운 기술에 대한 개방 정도: (2) 관리적 요인: 경영층의 지원 정도, 훈련, (3) 조직적/환경 요인: 부서와 조직에 있는 정보시스템 전문가의 수, 기술 챔피언에 대한 접근 용이성, 객체지향 기술을 지원하는 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어 환경. 설문지를 이용하여 위에서 언급된 독립변수들이 하나의 독립변수, 즉 객체지향 기술의 실제 사용정도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 그 구조화된 설문지가 미국에 있는 DPMA(Data Processing Management Association)에 소속된 정보시스템 전문가에게 돌려졌다. 본 연구는 기존의 연구 결과와 일치하는 중요한 내용을 보여 주었다. 새로운 기술에 대한 개인의 개방성, 경영층의 지원정도, 훈련, 그리고 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 환경은 객체지향 기술의 사용과 밀접한 관련이 있었다. 본 연구는 또 조직에서의 객체지향기술의 초기 채택을 이해하는 실증적인 근거를 제시하였다.

Effect of Characterisitcs of Service Quality on Continuance Usage Intention of Digital Healthcare Service Using Mediating Factors of User Expectation and User Utility (디지털헬스케어서비스에서 서비스품질 속성이 지속사용의도에 미치는 효과연구: 사용자기대와 사용자효용 매개요인을 중심으로)

  • This paper elucidates the effect of characteristics of service quality on continuance usage intention of digital healthcare service using mediating factors of user expectation and user utility. First, we classified independent factors into three types such as service system characteristics, user characteristics, and healthcare service characteristics from the previous studies, and investigated the effect of three independent factors on continuance usage intention of digital healthcare service. Second, we analyzed the impact of two mediating factors, user expectation and user utility, on the continuance usage intention. We developed a research model that includes three types of independent factors, mediated factors of user expectation and user utility, and a dependent factor of continuance usage intention. We surveyed a total of 357 samples from digital healthcare service users and analyzed the research model. The research results significantly show that Characteristics of Users is essential factor impacting a dependent factor of Continuance Usage Intention. The results indicate the followings: (1) Characteristics of Users including the variables of Innovation impacts User Expectation, and User Expectation affects Users Utility, and Users Utility also affects Continuance Usage Intention. (2) Characteristics of Service Systems including the variables of Functionality, Compatibility, and Convenience and Characteristics of users of Innovation variable impact the mediating factor of User Expectation, and User Expectation also affects the factor of Continuance Usage Intention. (3) Characteristics of Healthcare Services including the variables of Reliability, Ease of Operation, Safety, and Accuracy impact User Utility, and User Utility also affects Continuance Usage Intention.

An Empirical Study On Factors Influencing the Use Intention of Mobile Banking Service (모바일뱅킹 서비스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구)

  • Mobile technology-supported services have become one of the inevitable parts of present people's lives and mobile business have been spreading remarkably fast. This study is to find out key parts for popularizing mobile banking services by clarifying mobile banking acceptance factors and to get some practical tips for service providers and users. The results show that innovation and functional risk are found to have a significant effect on the use intention. And social influence and institution-based trust factors are found to have a strong positive effect on use intention.

Structural Equation Modeling Based on PRECEDE Model for the Quality of Life in the Elderly with Dementia in Rural Area (농촌지역 치매노인의 삶의 질 구조모형 - PRECEDE 모형 기반)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to test structural equation modeling of the quality of life of elderly diagnosed dementia living in the community in order to provide guidelines for development of intervention and strategies to improve their quality of life. Methods: The participants in the study were elderly who visited the public health center in C rural between May 30 and september 15, 2017. Data collection was carried out through one-on-one interviews. Demographic factors, knowledge, Attitude, Self-Efficacy, social support, accessibility, request for Information, health practice, depression, subjective memory complaints, dependence scale and quality of life were investigated. Results: The final analysis included 192 elderly. Fitness of the hypothesis model was appropriate(χ2=192.89, p=.000, GFI=0.90, SRMR=0.08, NNFI=0.94, CFI=0.95, PNFI=0.72, RMSEA=0.07). Depression, subjective memory complaints and dependence were found to be significant explaining varience in quality of life. Social support, dementia preventive behavior and health practice had an indirect effect on the quality of life. Conclusions: To improve the quality of life of elderly diagnosed dementia living in the community, comprehensive interventions are necessary to manage knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy, social support, health practice, depression, subjective memory complaints and dependence that can contribute to enchance the quality of life of elderly diagnosed dementia living in the community.

Survival Factors and Survival Rates of Foreign-invested Companies (외국인투자기업 생존율 및 영향요인)

  • This study was conducted to analyze firm survival rate and impact factors of survival of Foreign-invested Companies in Korea which is between 2006 and 2017. An empirical analysis of the survival factors of firms used explanatory variables such as characteristics of the and 3 firm dummy and 2 firm factors, financial variables of 3 profitability and 3 stability factors. The Kaplan-Meier method was chosen to perform analyses on the survival rates, Cox Proportional Hazard Model took to conduct on the impact factors. As a result of the impact factors of Foreign-invested Companies survival, Ownership (OS), Labour (NE ) of characteristics of the firm had positive effects. The Gross Sales Profit (GSP), Net Profit (NP ) and Operating Profit (OP ) of the financial characteristics had a positive effect. Additional Asset (LA ) had positive effects and Capital (LC), Debt (LB ) had a negative effect. Other factors did not produce significant results.

A Study on the Effects of Technology, Marketing, Network Competencies on Rapid Globalization in Korea (한국진출 글로벌 기업의 신속한 글로벌 성과에 관한 영향연구)

  • In this paper, we aim to advance our knowledge about factors influencing rapid globalization of firms in Korea. Through analysing empirically, this study focuses on the effect of technology competencies and marketing competencies and network in Korea rapid globalization. The subject of this study was foreign subsidiaries that entered in korea to expand their business overseas. This study are examined by the sample of 186 foreign subsidiaries operating in Korea. The empirical results from structural equation modeling and regression analysis. Our findings show that marketing competencies, technological competencies and network are key drivers of rapid globalization in Korea market. Meanwhile, we also find that marketing competencies related to overseas market development in B2C foreign subsidiaries and technology competencies related to overseas market development in B2B foreign subsidiaries. And it was revealed in the path analysis using AMOS model that the relevancy of the study model was higher for B2C foreign subsidiaries than B2B foreign subsidiaries and the explanatory power(statistic index) revealed to be 31.9% higher for B2C foreign subsidiaries than B2B foreign subsidiaries in the effect relation on the rapid globalization in Korea market. Company type (B2C/B2B) was revealed moderating factor on the rapid globalization. Our study confirmed that marketing, technological competencies and network of firms effects on the rapid globalization in Korea.

과학자 연구성과에 대한 젠더, 코호트, 조직적 요인 효과: 생화학자를 중심으로

  • 국내 생화학 분야 학자들의 연구성과에 영향을 주는 요인은 무엇인가? 특히 젠더는 연구성과에 어떤 영향을 주는가? 이 연구는 다음과 같은 항목에 초점을 두었다. 첫째 연구성과의 특징에 따른 차이를 보기 위해, 연구성과를 학술지 유형에 따라 SCI논문과 비SCI논문으로 구분해서 비교분석했다. 둘째, 교육기간부터 경력기간별로 연구성과에 미치는 요인이 변화할 가능성을 분석하기 위해, 연구성과를 종속변수로 하는 모델을 대학원 기간과 졸업 이후 경력 기간별로 구성했다. 셋째, 연구성과에 대한 이론적 요인으로서 사회인구학적 요인, 조직적 요인, 그리고 이전 연구업적의 누적효과를 음이항모델을 사용해서 분석했다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, SCI논문성과의 경우 젠더 효과는 대학원 기간 동안에는 관찰되지 않았지만, 경력 초기부터 다음 기간 연구성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. SCI학술지 연구성과의 경우 조직적 요인 중에서 외국 학위가 중요한 것으로 파악되었다. 이전 연구성과 역시 누적적으로 그 후 연구성과에 영향을 주었다. 비SCI논문 수를 분석한 결과, 대학원 기간과 졸업 후 3년간 기간에는 젠더 차이가 관찰되지 않았고, 졸업 후 3-6년 기간에 젠더 효과가 발견되었다. 또한 대학원 기간의 비SCI논문의 누적효과가 지속적으로 나타났다.

Factors associated with risky drinking of adult women: Focused on convergent implications (성인 여성의 위험음주에 영향을 미치는 요인: 융복합적 함의를 중심으로)

  • This study is aimed to examine effects of sociodemographic, social relation, and health related factors on risky drinking among early, middle, and older adulthoods. Using the sixth(2013-2016) National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, separate logistic regression analyses were conducted for women's early adulthood (n=1,143), middle adulthood (n=1,306), and older adulthood (n=875) to test factors associated with risky drinking. For study results, as for women's early adulthood, education, marital status, employment, depressive feeling, and smoking were statistically associated with risky drinking. As for women's middle adulthood, only subjective stress level and smoking were associated with risky drinking. As for women's older adulthood, education, suicidal ideation, and subjective health condition were associated with risky drinking. These results found different factors influenced risky drinking according to life stages. Based on these results, convergent implications about reducing risky drinking according to life stages of women were discussed.

  • This study investigates the recovery of trust and provision of a contract between a franchiser and a franchisee in the food service industry. It has come to the following results after analyzing the inter-affections among the franchisers' conditions, the trust level of their support and their intention to contract. First, such factors as experience, confidence, and expertise of a franchisee have significant effects on the terms of a franchiser. Second, ad support, experience, expertise, confidence, and capital factors have significant effects. Third, such factors as history of a franchiser, the number of its franchisees, its brand have significantly influence on trust. Fourth, educational support, utilization of job instruction and purchasing of packages have significant effects on intention to contract.

The Effect of Push, Pull, and Push-Pull Interactive Factors for Internationalization of Contract Foodservice Management Company (위탁급식업체 국제화를 위한 추진, 유인 및 상호작용 요인의 영향 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of push, pull and push-pull interactive factors for CFMC (Contract Foodservice Management Company)'s internationalization. The study was a quantitative study part in mixed methods (QUAL ${\rightarrow}$ quan) which was mainly qualitative study and quantitative study. Mail survey was carried out for quantitative study. For study subjects, 1,281 persons who completed 'Food Service Management Professional Program' of 'Y' University were selected as a population because the program was mainly for CFMC's workers. The analysis methods used in this study were frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 17.0. Push factors had the saturation in domestic market and the manager's purpose (fac.1) and the investment for internationalization (fac.2). Pull factors had the company's external environment for internationalization (fac.3) and the global network and spread of culture (fac.4). Push-pull interactive factors had the information about foreign market (fac.5), the procedure and budget of overseas expansion (fac.6) and the national network and size of domestic market (fac.7). Internal dynamics factors had the deterrents for internationalization (fac.8) and the enablers for internationalization (fac.9). The result showed that the company's external environment in pull factors had positive effects on the deterrents for internationalization. The global network and the spread of culture had positive effects on the enablers for internationalization. The information about foreign market in push-pull interactive factors had positive effects on the deterrents and enablers for internationalization. The national network and the size of domestic market had positive effects on the enablers for internationalization. The deterrents and enablers for internationalization had positive effects on the level of internationalization, and the deterrents had more effects on the level of internationalization than the enablers did (${\beta}$= .492 > .177).
