In this paper, We have analyzed the application characteristics of the three different consequence programs(SuperChems Pro., PHAST Pro., and SAFER Trace) for the models (pool fire, jet fire ＆ flare, fireball, flash fire) based on the four possible accident scenarios. And we have proposed a development direction of fire consequence analysis models using the related theories and the results analysis of consequence programs.

본 논문은 국립 사이타마 병원(일본)이 계획하고 있는 새로운 전자차트 시스템 도입을 위한 병원정보 시스템 시방서(안)에 대한 개인정보 영향평가 평가방법과 결과를 정리한 것이다. 의료정보 시스템이 취급하는 데이터는 민감한 개인정보를 포함하고 있으며 한 번 유출된 개인 정보를 회수하기란 어렵다. 따라서 시스템 구축에 있어서 개인정보보호에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 개인정보 영향평가는 개인정보 유출에 대한 리스크를 시스템 가동 전에 평가하여 리스트를 경감하는 방법으로, 리스크를 가시화함으로써 사전에 리스크에 대한 대책방안을 마련할 수 있다.

본 연구는 자기결정이론과 사회적 영향이론을 중심으로 자기결정과 사회적 영향 중 어떤 것이 개인의 웹사이트 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하였다. 분석결과 타인의 추천 및 웹사이트에 대한 자신의 평가는 웹사이트에 대한 개인의 태도에 모두 유의하게 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기평가가 긍정적일수록 구전추천과 태도간의 관계는 강화될 것이나, 자기평가가 부정적인 경우 구전추천과 태도간의 관계는 약화될 것이라는 가설도 지지되어 개인의 평가에 있어 타인의 추천이 웹사이트에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 조절할 것이라는 것이 밝혀졌다.

'대기환경 관리와 환경영향평가는 어떤 연관성이 있을까?'라며 이 제목에 대하여 궁금하게 생각하실 분이 많을 것 같습니다. 환경영향평가를 모르시는 분들에게는 전혀 상관이 없는 것으로 보일 수 있습니다. 하지만 환경영향평가는 우리나라 환경 보호를 위한 매우 중요하고도 강력한 사전예방수단 중의 하나이며 대기환경 관리와 이주 밀집한 관계가 있습니다. 그래서 이번 저의 글에서 이 관계에 대해서 설명하고 보다 효율적인 대기질 관리를 위하여 향후에 필요한 사항 등을 살펴보고자 합니다.

This study investigates how adapting of K-IFRS effects NI and OCI affecting of credit rating on changing of the period and variable by using samples of around adapting of K-IFRS. First of all, after adapting of K-IFRS(2011-2013), it was noticeable that how NI affecting after adapting of K-IFRS(2007-2010) had been increased more than that of before affecting of K-IFRS. However, there was not a single difference in affecting OCI on credit rating comparing to the past of adapting of K-IFRS. Second, it seemed like NI affected more after adapting of K-IFRS(2011-2013). The first year of K-IFRS had bigger incremental effect than after adapting of K-IFRS. However, after adapting of K-IFRS, OCI affecting on credit rating had no ncremental effect. Third, it seemed like NI in the first year affected more than OCI on credit rating. After adapting(2012-2013) of K-IFRS, it seemed like NI and OCI do not affect on credit rating. To interpret this, NI and OCI affected the first year of adapting of K-IFRS; therefore, adapting of K-IFRS affected without affecting financial ratio on adapting credit rating. As the time goes on, it can be expected that adapting K-IFRS became stable; therefore, extra incremental effect will not be seen comparing to the early adaption. The implication of this study is when information users use credit rating, they have to concern of affecting of K-IFRS. This is because NI in financial ratio is affecting on credit rating.

Recently, soil has been recognized as a crucially important resource that even can change the quality of life. Also, recent studies have gradually mentioned the importance of assessing soil impact induced by development plans and projects. In this study, after detailed soil assessement items were selected from our national environmental policies and international agreements, they were tested for the long-term dam construction planning in order to ensure more suitable implementation of strategic environment assessment(SEA). We found that soil resources can be impacted by diverse factors such as soil erosion, soil organic matters, soil moving, soil biodiversity, and others. Such detailed factors are found to be overlapped with the pervious EIA factors. Accordingly, additional studies would be required for finding out more reasonable connection between assessment factors during any SEA progress.

Industrial complexes have have been played an important role in various aspects such as national industrial development, economic growth. However, it is a cluster of manufacturing facilities which has a great impact on the surrounding area and the overall domestic environment during the operation of the facility. In this study, environmental influences and siting characteristics of industrial complexes were investigated based on the environmental impact assessment report from 2009 to 2019. The development tendency of industrial complexes is continuous decline, and major development areas are Gyeonggi, Gyeongsang and Chungcheong areas. We also confirmed that the average area of defenestration due to industrial complex is on the decline. Furthermore, the residential area and educational facilities, and the exposed population affected by industrial complex is constantly increased.

This study was carried out to measure atmospheric environmental improvement effect and estimate its social benefit of thermal power plants through Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for quantitative analysis about operational performances of EIA. In this study, 'EIA outcome' is defined as whether or not the system is implemented, therefore, environmental standard to be followed by each project and consultation contents were compared. In total 60 cases of thermal power plant construction projects that have been consulted over the past 10 years since 2010, major air pollutants have been significantly reduced after the implementation of EIA. The $PM_{10}$ reduced annual 3,745 tons, $NO_2$ by 74,569 tons, and $SO_2$ by 37,647 tons, which were estimated at approximately 240 billion won~5 trillion 967 billion won per year for social benefit. This means the total cost of power plant operations will be cut to 7 trillion 192 billion won~178 trillion 994 billion won over a 30-year period. The reduced amount of air pollutants emitted by energy generation facilities across the country is worth 50%, and its economic value is larger than the annual Current Health Expenditure in Korea. This is meant by the fact that all projects are subject to uniform criteria under the existing relevant regulation, but that each project plans are optimized according to the characteristics of target areas and projects through the process of EIA.

This research focused on the research on nonverbal communication among communication, an important trait of consultants, who provide knowledge for the clients. The aim was to investigate meaningful influence on the perceived evaluation of clients, as well as the influence on the consulting corporate trust. The research results can be summarized as follows. It was verified that consultants' nonverbal communication positively influenced perceived consultants' evaluation. Also, it was confirmed that clients' perceived consultant evaluation positively influenced service provision corporate trust and long-term relationships.

Around metropolitan landfill area, specific vehicles such as garbage carrying trucks make noise problems and residents near landfill area organized to protest. However, it is difficult to distinguish the effect of noise of specific vehicles (ex: garbage trucks). In this study, noise map and CRTN were used to assess the noise from specific vehicles. Noise levels, which were predicted by using measured parameters such as traffic flow, traffic speed, composition of traffic for 1 year, were compared with measured results of noise level.
